Additionally, the range of available amenities, such as fitness options or entertainment facilities, are somewhat limited compared to similar properties in the same price range. Guests paying a premium rate expect a higher level of comfort and convenience, but the current offering seems to fall short of that. A few upgrades in the amenities could elevate the overall experience, ensuring that guests feel their money is well spent. In summary, while the property has potential, the value for money isn't fully realized unless there is a noticeable improvement in the amenities provided. Addressing these gaps would make Bina Pani Delix 1 a more competitive option in the market.

The property appears maintained below par may be because of less flow of funds. The entry road is very narrow and shabby looking. The reception area needs lot of revamp, also the room decor seems so so but needs careful touch up specially with lighting gadgets, replacement of torn curtains and upholstery including holed cushion and intercom, widened gap between the door and the floor to be attended immediately, loitering of couple of stray dogs in the property gives negative impact on the guests. May be the pond in the center could be more attractive if decorated well with guests being allowed to do boating in it after conforming all safety protocols. Behavior of the property staff was very amicable, down to earth and much obliged. Names of shri chanchal, shri pint u mishra & shri ujjwal deserves a special mention. Food served at lunch n dinner were homely kind of and tasted well, besides being reasonably priced. However the complimentary breakfast offered at the property lacked very much in variety and did not host buffet. In a nutshell, our stay of 3 fly members, for 3 nights w. E. F. 11. 03. 2022 (saturday) at the property was within budget and pocket friendly.

The environment of the location was very good' Peaceful. Food of the restaurant was good. Room was clean. Behaviour of all staffs also good. Only one problem that is there is no lift which is difficult for kids and old age person.

The hotel has a good swimming pool with 6. 6 feet depth. Room is decent but the washroom is not up to the mark. The hotel is approx 1km from the tarapith temple. We have enjoyed my trip with good accommodation and service. Inhouse restaurant and outer sitting area available in the property.
