Friendly and helpful staff and has amazing view! It can get a lil loud at night (the only time we are in the room) from bikes somehow. But doesn't last long and is quite bearable. Breakfast selection was ok. Good to fuel up before we get foing for our events. Great place. Will i come back again? For sure!! For real. Really liked the decor.

I have stayed here many times, but I am very disappointed to find that the standards have significantly declined during this visit. Upon entering the room, the floor felt sticky and uncomfortable to walk on. The towels had a noticeable unpleasant odor, and the washbasin was not cleaned properly. In the past, this hotel was known for its excellent service and cleanliness, but it now feels neglected. It is truly disappointing to see such a drop in quality.

Location is great if you are looking to hang out around PIK2 and to a certain extent, PIK. When available, there is free shuttle available. It is a very Chinese hotel with most signages in Chinese. Room is big and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt in Herloom! Bringt unseren Hund mit, zusätzliche 300k/night für kleinen Hund. Sie bieten Bett und Essen für unser Baby. Sehr empfohlen!

Hotel is old, but okay clean - mostly clean but details no. Especially for the towels, it “looks” dirty. I changed towels two to three times, two new towels every time but somehow at least half of time, the towels have black or yellow sports. I believe the towels are cleaned but very very old towels that they can’t get the marks off…sometimes the bed sheets also has marks. Tooth brush is so hard…unless you usually use the hard one.At the beginning, the hot water was not hot at all (kinda cold), but hotel fix it after reporting, so service wise was okay. Breakfast is a bit pricy but good and with diversity. If you regularly eat breakfast and eat decent amount, then it’s good to have breakfast included. Gym is great! Very complete unlike a lot of hotels. Pools area is good too, having a few locations and sizes (mostly quite big). But sometimes with a lot of leaves floating on top of water. P.s I even think the pool towels are cleaner than the room ones. Location-wise, quite good I suppose. Many malls and restaurants around the area and nice supermarket as well. Just hotel has a big parking lot and land, so if you gonna go around by foot, it might take a bit of time depending on how fast you walk(?) 

Als wir zum vierten Mal hier waren, war das Zimmer wie immer sauber und komfortabel, obwohl es bei unserer Ankunft nach Zigaretten roch, der Fernseher keinen Ton hatte und die Dusche Probleme hatte. Alles kann gut gehandhabt werden. Das Frühstück war dieses Mal enttäuschend, da das Servicepersonal nicht gut war. Das Hotel war voll mit Gästen, aber an mehreren Tischen waren Schilder für externe Gäste angebracht, die nur zum Frühstück ins Hotel kamen!!! Infolgedessen konnten wir keinen Sitzplatz ergattern und stattdessen bat uns das Personal, draußen zu sitzen, im Raucherbereich, der relativ unbequem war (es gab zwei weibliche Angestellte, die schmutzig waren). Dadurch war unser Frühstück alles andere als appetitlich, besonders als wir mit dem Essen fertig waren, war der Tisch noch leer, d. h. die Gäste waren noch nicht da!! Der Rest ist okay

Zunächst war der Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht kalt und die Küchengeräte waren nicht komplett. Morgen kann man für ein größeres Zimmer ausgetauscht werden und der Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Die Küchengeräte sind komplett, aber nur 1 Slips während 3 Personen bleiben.

Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und das AC funktioniert sehr gut. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Er zeigt Ihnen den Prozess von Anfang bis zum Abschied. Sehr empfohlen!

Das Zimmertyp ist gut, die Hygiene ist gut, es ist, dass ich etwas mit dem Geschirr bezahlt habe, im Allgemeinen ist es immer noch gut und der Preis ist auch hoch. Unterhalb ist der Einkaufspreis der Kauf zu essen und zu trinken.

Ich blieb hier wenige Mal wegen des Preises auch weise Lage. Aber nicht wie das übliche Hotel erwarten. Es ist nur in der Par für den Komfort. Für diejenigen, die empfindlich mit der Sauberkeit der Toiletten werden sicherlich vermieden.
