GGastnutzerDas Padma Hotel ist sicher eines der Top Hotels in der Java. Was es so besonders macht sind die exzellenten Mitarbeiter die um jeden Wunsch bemüht sind. Frühstücksservice heißt es wird Kaffee oder auch auf Wunsch auch Speisen gebracht und es wird jede Frage um die angebotenen Speisen beantwortet. Dies unterscheidet es zu einem ebenfalls 5 Sterne Hotel in der Nähe. Ebenso wie der Wunsch nach einer zweiten Bettdecke da ich nicht unter eine großen schlafen kann wenn sie geteilt werden muss. Es wurde umgehend erledigt. Das als Besonderheit zu bemerken ist deshalb der Fall da dass andere 5 Sterne Haus dies ablehnte. Ja richtig gehört man erbrachte den Service dort nicht.
Die Außenanlagen wie Pool, Garten aber auch Innenbereiche suchen ihresgleichen. Wäre nur ein Teil davon in Semarang so sauber wie hier dann hätte es eine neue touristische Qualität. Jetzt aber noch meine persönliches Highlight in diesem Hotel das Restaurant ”Kim Tia”. Wer Spitzenküche chinesischer Art sucht der findet hier ein Restaurant auf Topniveau. Wir waren begeistert und die Preise für das gebotene für Europäer begeisternd. Wir möchten hier heraushebend dass auch das Servicepersonal sehr gute Englischkenntnisse vorweist. Im ganzen Haus konnte nahezu überall Englisch auf gehobenen Niveau gesprochen werden. Eine einzelne Mitarbeiterin im Kim Tia wollen wir besonders hervorheben eine junge und schlank elegante Mitarbeiterin im Kim Tia. Tadellose Englischkenntnisse und ihr beim Tee einschenken zuschauen zu dürfen war ein Erlebnis so Meisterhaft wurde es serviert. Grandios! Auch sie sich am nächsten Tag noch beim erneuten Besuch an den Namen von uns erinnerte das überraschte positiv.
Unser nächster Aufenthalt wird in Semarang wieder im Padma stattfinden!

MM46156****Das Hotel ist gehoben, die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber, und das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich – absolut top! 👍 Es gibt eine kostenlose Minibar, und das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig! Im zweiten Stock des Einkaufszentrums gegenüber befindet sich ein gehobenes chinesisches Restaurant; das Essen hat mir hervorragend geschmeckt, und ich habe dort dreimal hintereinander gegessen. Ich werde dieses Hotel definitiv wieder wählen, wenn ich das nächste Mal in der Gegend bin.

SSharon PSKhas Hotel is located nearby city centre. I walked out from the hotel to the left I can go to Queen City Mall and to the right I can walk to Pollux Mall Paragon Semarang. Outside of the hotel, there are some local eateries during day time and night time. There's also a pharmacy called Apotek on the right after you walk out from hotel main entrance. There's a IndoMart opposite and the price was reasonable. Hence, very convenient. The cleanliness of hotel needs to be improved. There are some areas near clothing hanging area and bed side table quite dusty. I have to wipe it with my wet tissue. There were 2 lamps in the room one on the table in front of TV and one on the bedside table both were fitted onto the table, hence it made the space of table being blocked. The welcome drink served in a small shot glass and there was no water dispenser for hotel guest. The bathroom design was not good as after taking shower the water will flow out to the sink and toilet bowl area as the glass divider was too small to block the water from spilling out to the dry area. The shower head was fitted on top to the ceiling hence a bit hard to wash our body thoroughly. The water come down from our head directly. There was no way to adjust shower head as it was fixed onto the ceiling. Our room 318 was next to 3 Airconf compresser. Hence if other hotel guests on their Aircond, we can hear the noise so loud at night. The hotel offered a gift voucher for Grab app user but the front desk staff did not inform us. Only on our last night stay, we saw the gift voucher appeared in hotel in house TV screen outside of lobby lift. But too bad, I can no longer utilise the 10,000rp discount voucher although I being taking Grab for the past 4 days in Semarang. But hotel housekeeper was very helpful and same goes to the concierge also very friendly and helpful.

AAnonymer BenutzerMy fav hotel for staycation in Semarang but this time it’s not my lovely experience. First room I got has leaked aircon, it dripped every second so they offered a new room. In new room, the aircon didn’t work properly but I didn’t want to complain anymore as I didn’t want to change room again and again.
Booked with breakfast but they said it’s too few guests on that day so they will just let me choose my breakfast from the menu. Only one menu for each guest. I didn’t like this because the room has no proper table to eat. Even there’s only one chair. So yeah, not my best experience.
But maybe I’ll give it another try. This hotel usually offered good service. Maybe just wrong timing and situation for me.

GGastnutzerErfordernisse Verbesserung der Reinigkeit. Sofa, Betten und Teppiche wurden gefärbt. Wasserdruck war niedrig und auch durch Wartung unterbrochen. Als das Wasser wieder aufgenommen wurde, fließt braunes Wasser aus dem Duschekopf und spritz direkt in meinen Körper. Ganz eine schmutzige Erfahrung dafür. Auf der guten Seite bietet das Hotel eine gute Ausbreitung für Frühstücksbuffet.

TTaobaoweilaiDas 3 Bao Jiang High-End-Hotel ist teurer als China, aber der normale Hotelpreis ist niedriger als China. Ich habe dieses Hotel als Mittelwert gewählt, und es kann sowohl der Preis als auch die Qualität akzeptiert werden. Der größte Highlight des Hotels ist das Aussehen und der öffentliche Raum mit sehr besonderen Merkmalen, und in der Nähe des Großhandels, der Dienstleistungen sind voller warmer Lächeln, der Frühstücksbedienstete hat speziell einen Kaffee ohne Zucker geschickt, der Geschmack ist sehr geruchsfrei.
