Das Padma Hotel ist sicher eines der Top Hotels in der Java. Was es so besonders macht sind die exzellenten Mitarbeiter die um jeden Wunsch bemüht sind. Frühstücksservice heißt es wird Kaffee oder auch auf Wunsch auch Speisen gebracht und es wird jede Frage um die angebotenen Speisen beantwortet. Dies unterscheidet es zu einem ebenfalls 5 Sterne Hotel in der Nähe. Ebenso wie der Wunsch nach einer zweiten Bettdecke da ich nicht unter eine großen schlafen kann wenn sie geteilt werden muss. Es wurde umgehend erledigt. Das als Besonderheit zu bemerken ist deshalb der Fall da dass andere 5 Sterne Haus dies ablehnte. Ja richtig gehört man erbrachte den Service dort nicht. Die Außenanlagen wie Pool, Garten aber auch Innenbereiche suchen ihresgleichen. Wäre nur ein Teil davon in Semarang so sauber wie hier dann hätte es eine neue touristische Qualität. Jetzt aber noch meine persönliches Highlight in diesem Hotel das Restaurant ”Kim Tia”. Wer Spitzenküche chinesischer Art sucht der findet hier ein Restaurant auf Topniveau. Wir waren begeistert und die Preise für das gebotene für Europäer begeisternd. Wir möchten hier heraushebend dass auch das Servicepersonal sehr gute Englischkenntnisse vorweist. Im ganzen Haus konnte nahezu überall Englisch auf gehobenen Niveau gesprochen werden. Eine einzelne Mitarbeiterin im Kim Tia wollen wir besonders hervorheben eine junge und schlank elegante Mitarbeiterin im Kim Tia. Tadellose Englischkenntnisse und ihr beim Tee einschenken zuschauen zu dürfen war ein Erlebnis so Meisterhaft wurde es serviert. Grandios! Auch sie sich am nächsten Tag noch beim erneuten Besuch an den Namen von uns erinnerte das überraschte positiv. Unser nächster Aufenthalt wird in Semarang wieder im Padma stattfinden!

The hotel was really clean! The architecture is beautiful with it's black and white combination of color and it's minimalist elegant structure. The service was amazing! The staffs are also very kind and helpful! I can confidently say it's one of the best 4 star in semarang, and deserved to be in the list of 4 star select!

Khas Hotel is located nearby city centre. I walked out from the hotel to the left I can go to Queen City Mall and to the right I can walk to Pollux Mall Paragon Semarang. Outside of the hotel, there are some local eateries during day time and night time. There's also a pharmacy called Apotek on the right after you walk out from hotel main entrance. There's a IndoMart opposite and the price was reasonable. Hence, very convenient. The cleanliness of hotel needs to be improved. There are some areas near clothing hanging area and bed side table quite dusty. I have to wipe it with my wet tissue. There were 2 lamps in the room one on the table in front of TV and one on the bedside table both were fitted onto the table, hence it made the space of table being blocked. The welcome drink served in a small shot glass and there was no water dispenser for hotel guest. The bathroom design was not good as after taking shower the water will flow out to the sink and toilet bowl area as the glass divider was too small to block the water from spilling out to the dry area. The shower head was fitted on top to the ceiling hence a bit hard to wash our body thoroughly. The water come down from our head directly. There was no way to adjust shower head as it was fixed onto the ceiling. Our room 318 was next to 3 Airconf compresser. Hence if other hotel guests on their Aircond, we can hear the noise so loud at night. The hotel offered a gift voucher for Grab app user but the front desk staff did not inform us. Only on our last night stay, we saw the gift voucher appeared in hotel in house TV screen outside of lobby lift. But too bad, I can no longer utilise the 10,000rp discount voucher although I being taking Grab for the past 4 days in Semarang. But hotel housekeeper was very helpful and same goes to the concierge also very friendly and helpful.

Das Hotel befindet sich in der DP Mall. Das Zimmer ist recht geräumig. Ich konnte den Fernseher aus dem Zimmer direkt nebenan hören (ziemlich deutlich – ich konnte fast die Nachrichten verfolgen, die dort liefen). Es hat mich aber nicht wirklich gestört. Es gibt rund um die Uhr Begrüßungsgetränke (nur Heißgetränke wie Kaffee und Tee – ich hatte Eiskaffee erwartet). Das Zimmer ist mit einem Smart-TV ausgestattet, sodass Sie Ihre Lieblingssendungen auf Netflix, Disney+ und mehr genießen können. Das Personal ist herzlich und freundlich. Beim Check-in müssen Sie eine App herunterladen, um Ihren Zimmerschlüssel zu erhalten. Zur Bestätigung wird Ihnen ein OTP per SMS an Ihr Smartphone gesendet. Ich war etwas frustriert, da mein Alltagstelefon eine ausländische Nummer hat (die zu diesem Zeitpunkt keine SMS empfangen konnte). Zum Glück hatte ich ein Zweittelefon mit einer indonesischen Nummer (dessen Akku allerdings einen schrecklichen Zustand hatte). Ich wusste nicht, ob sie einen physischen Schlüssel bereitstellen oder nicht (ich habe nicht gefragt). Insgesamt hat mir mein Aufenthalt dort gefallen. Bitte geben Sie einfach einen physischen Schlüssel an (vielleicht einen aus Holz, passend zum umweltfreundlichen Thema).

Wie bei meiner vorhergehenden Bewertung erwähnt, bietet das Hotel morgen eine wirklich gute, aber alternde Einrichtungen und Hotelerfahrung. Der Aufenthalt war gut Das Essen war erstaunlich, aber ich muss sagen, dass in der vier-Sterne-Hotel-Klasse im Zentrum von Samarang gibt es viele andere Möglichkeiten, so fühlen Sie sich frei, sich zuerst auf diese zu schauen, aber lassen Sie nicht Novotel ganz aus Ihrer Liste.

This is my third time staying at Metro Park View and the experience was very good as always. The staff were kind enough to allow me to check in after 12 pm without having to wait until 2 pm because the room was already ready. I was also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade which was really appreciated. The service throughout the stay was excellent. The staff were friendly helpful and professional. Since I stayed during Ramadan the sahur breakfast was also very good with a nice selection of food and everything prepared well and on time. It made the early morning meal comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean comfortable and well maintained which made it easy to rest after a long day outside. Overall the hotel atmosphere feels calm and welcoming. The location is another big advantage. There is a Ramadan bazaar right next door which is very convenient during the fasting month. Around the hotel there are also many cafes and places to eat so it is easy to find food or just relax outside. Honestly I cannot think of any complaints or negative points about this stay. Everything was smooth and pleasant. If you are visiting Semarang I would definitely recommend booking this hotel.

Dari lokasi cukup strategis, pelayanan cukup bagus, Pelayan mengantar dan menunjukan lokasi kamar, beberapa kali terlihat petugas membukakan pintu saat tamu masuk/keluar hotel Kamarnya juga cukup luas Cuma kekurangannya ... Palkiran yang kurang memadai, lebih enak palkir diluar samping hotel, biar mudah keluar masuk, kalo palkir didalam kadang susah keluar karena tertutup mobil Semoga kedepannya, tempat palkir bisa lebih diperhatikan lagi, biar tamu lebih nyaman

Großes Zimmer und Badezimmer. Kessel und Mini-Kühlschrank mit Wasserversorgung auf jedem Stock. Viel Lager. Gutes Klimaanlage und angemessenes WLAN. Zimmer sind ähnlich einem Ibis-Design. Gute Lage, in der Nähe von Einkaufszentren und etwa 30 Minuten zu Fuß zur Altstadt. Wunderbares Personal, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr schönes Pool-Gebiet. Es ist auf einer Hauptstraße, so war es manchmal laut.
