인인니거주자Dies war das beste Hotel, in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Ich hatte es zunächst gar nicht bemerkt, da man es von der Hauptstraße aus nicht sehen konnte. Doch sobald ich eintrat, war ich von der wunderschönen Landschaft sofort gefesselt und fühlte mich wie in einer anderen Welt, nicht in Indonesien. Die Landschaftsgestaltung, die Natur und moderne Architektur harmonisch vereint, und die Raumaufteilung waren hervorragend. Es gab viele Sitzgelegenheiten zum Entspannen, sodass man sich wunderbar erholen konnte. Das Gebäude war neu und daher sauber, und die Zimmer waren geräumig. Das Frühstück war köstlich, und auch das chinesische Restaurant war sauber und bot hervorragendes Essen.

MM46156****Das Hotel ist gehoben, die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber, und das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich – absolut top! 👍 Es gibt eine kostenlose Minibar, und das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig! Im zweiten Stock des Einkaufszentrums gegenüber befindet sich ein gehobenes chinesisches Restaurant; das Essen hat mir hervorragend geschmeckt, und ich habe dort dreimal hintereinander gegessen. Ich werde dieses Hotel definitiv wieder wählen, wenn ich das nächste Mal in der Gegend bin.

SSharon PSKhas Hotel is located nearby city centre. I walked out from the hotel to the left I can go to Queen City Mall and to the right I can walk to Pollux Mall Paragon Semarang. Outside of the hotel, there are some local eateries during day time and night time. There's also a pharmacy called Apotek on the right after you walk out from hotel main entrance. There's a IndoMart opposite and the price was reasonable. Hence, very convenient. The cleanliness of hotel needs to be improved. There are some areas near clothing hanging area and bed side table quite dusty. I have to wipe it with my wet tissue. There were 2 lamps in the room one on the table in front of TV and one on the bedside table both were fitted onto the table, hence it made the space of table being blocked. The welcome drink served in a small shot glass and there was no water dispenser for hotel guest. The bathroom design was not good as after taking shower the water will flow out to the sink and toilet bowl area as the glass divider was too small to block the water from spilling out to the dry area. The shower head was fitted on top to the ceiling hence a bit hard to wash our body thoroughly. The water come down from our head directly. There was no way to adjust shower head as it was fixed onto the ceiling. Our room 318 was next to 3 Airconf compresser. Hence if other hotel guests on their Aircond, we can hear the noise so loud at night. The hotel offered a gift voucher for Grab app user but the front desk staff did not inform us. Only on our last night stay, we saw the gift voucher appeared in hotel in house TV screen outside of lobby lift. But too bad, I can no longer utilise the 10,000rp discount voucher although I being taking Grab for the past 4 days in Semarang. But hotel housekeeper was very helpful and same goes to the concierge also very friendly and helpful.

AAnonymer BenutzerMein Fav Hotel für Aufenthalt in Semarang, aber dieses Mal ist es nicht meine wunderschöne Erfahrung. Erstes Zimmer, das ich bekam, hat einen Aircon lecked, es zerrissen jede Sekunde, so dass sie ein neues Zimmer angeboten. In einem neuen Zimmer funktionierte das Klimaanlage nicht richtig, aber ich wollte nicht mehr Beschwerden, da ich nicht mehr immer wieder das Zimmer wechseln wollte.
Mit Frühstück reserviert, aber sie sagten, es sei zu wenig Gäste an diesem Tag, so dass sie mich einfach aus dem Menü auswählen lassen. Nur ein Menü für jeden Gast. Ich mag das nicht, weil das Zimmer keinen richtigen Tisch zu essen hat. Auch gibt es nur einen Stuhl. Also ja, nicht meine beste Erfahrung.
Aber vielleicht werde ich es noch mal versuchen. Dieses Hotel bietet in der Regel einen guten Service. Vielleicht nur falsche Zeit und Situation für mich.

DDanieeHVery good hotel! I would come again. Great location, and great service. Morning breakfast offers varied options as well. Room was big with comfortable bed and pillows.
However, it is not perfect. I suggest the hotel management to do deep and chemical washing of the toilets. My room toilet looks grimy and the grout was yellow and dirty. Better care need to be looked into.
As for the location, it definitely in a good location. However, it is not a tall hotel with only 5 levels. Hence you will be able to hear the sounds from the road, as well as calls to prayers (as early as 4am). Also, the hotel is next to a big field, and hosted some events. At 6am, they were hosting some exercise group and their microphone was loud. It was not a good nights sleep. Suggestion for the hotel to upgrade and insulate the windows.
All in all, I would come back again though. Hope to see many upgrades in the future.

Last but certainly not least, the receptionist deserves special mention. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the receptionist was incredibly helpful in answering my questions about local attractions and dining options. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made a fantastic first impression and continued throughout my stay whenever I interacted with the front desk. It's rare to encounter such genuinely helpful and pleasant staff, and it truly enhanced my experience.
In conclusion, this hotel is a gem. If you're looking for a place that offers exceptional cleanliness, high quality, a seamless experience, and fantastic service from the moment you arrive, I wholeheartedly recommend it. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area!

GGaryDGroßes Zimmer und Badezimmer. Kessel und Mini-Kühlschrank mit Wasserversorgung auf jedem Stock. Viel Lager. Gutes Klimaanlage und angemessenes WLAN. Zimmer sind ähnlich einem Ibis-Design. Gute Lage, in der Nähe von Einkaufszentren und etwa 30 Minuten zu Fuß zur Altstadt. Wunderbares Personal, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr schönes Pool-Gebiet. Es ist auf einer Hauptstraße, so war es manchmal laut.
