Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sodass es mit Kindern richtig Spaß macht, da es geräumig ist. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm und die Aussicht ist großartig, besonders direkt am Pool. Das kleine Detail, das mir 5 Sterne eingebracht hat, ist der Mülleimer. Der Mülleimer im Zimmer befindet sich in einer geschlossenen Holzkiste und ist für Kinder zum Spielen recht schwer. Das ist besonders praktisch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern, die gerne alles erkunden. Vielen Dank, Agro, wir hoffen, dass wir bald wiederkommen.

Die Lage ist sehr strategischer, nahe Jatim Park 2, vor Souvenir-Shops und einer Moschee. Die komplette Einrichtungen umfassen ein großes Grasfeld für Fußballspiele, ein Spielplatz (innerhalb und außerhalb), eine Mini-Trampoline, ein Schwimmbad, ein Fischbad und Kinderaktivitäten. Das Essen ist vielfältig und ziemlich geschmackvoll. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel, geräumig und sauber. Der einzige Nebenteil ist, dass der Heizgerät schwierig zu regulieren ist und manchmal zu heiß sein kann. Insgesamt ist es sehr komfortabel, und ich empfehle, hier nochmal zu bleiben

Sungguh luarbiasa mulai dari kamar yg estetik, bersih rapi breakfast yg enak bgt suami sampe terkagum2 suasana yg sangat menyenangkan buat anak2 pealayan yg sangat ramah satu komplek pul sama tempat wisata terbaik yg pernah kami kunjungi pkoknya the best lah..rekomen bgt

Room is clean and the bed is super comfy! I love the king bed, super comfortable and smell nice. Breakfast is ok i guess but they can do better than that considering its 5* hotel, location is a bit far from shop and attractions but overall its good!

Yes, hotel is nearby a shopping centre, however the roads are busy, to cross the road (front and left) can be a challenge esp w small children. I felt this hotel is heavily advertise by social media influencers, i dont get what they advertise. cleanliness is ok. THE POOL is sad. the breakfast buffet is meh. AND NO ONE FAIL TO MENTION that the nearby mosque will play recitation (pretty LOUD) at 4am daily.

The property is comprised of a small kitchen, with a worn non-stick pan and pot, and utensils, with two gas stoves, a worn small rice cooker, a microwave, and a minifridge. Worn means the non-stick coatings have been abused, which is typical of Indonesia, as no reads the instruction/care manuals of anything. The microwave vents are on its left side, and was positioned against the wall where the vents were blocked - relocating the microwave to the right side resolved this issue. The water gallon has a manual pump, and has to be relocated to occupy the stairs for use. There is no table for eating. The stairs has a low roof protrusion that you will hit your head on if not aware. There is a hidden door on the lower floor next to the kitchen to a cold-water shower and toilet, of which the wooden door is positioned next to the shower has smells of mold. The side of the kitchen bench is positioned adjacent to the window with a small uncovered gap, which there is signs it is impossible to clean. The TV was configured for headphone mode, which caused a static noise, I've changed it for speaker mode, and that has resolved the issue, and the TV looks and sounds great. There is also a fan and a couch on the lower floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with an elevated queen bed and with aircon that is quiet and cool, and the other room with a fan and two single mattresses, and there is an upstairs bathroom with toilet and shower. The shower upstairs water only lasts for 5 minutes, then requires what seems like a minimum 2 hour break - we don't know how much break it actually needs, as we only get hot water once for 5 minutes in the morning, and once for 5 minutes in the evening. We have tried to contact the property several times about this, and there has been no resolution, just responses to amount to ”adjust your expectations to not expect more hot water”. Overall, the place has enough of a kitchen to cook and store food, is exceptionally tidy sans the poorly designed gap between the kitchen bench and the window, and sans the poorly designed wooden door next to the shower on the lower floor. However, there is no functional hot water if you are more than 1 person, of which multiple people are the target market of this property.

Location seems ok the front of the hotel and public areas are almost spotless rooms on 2nd floor dua lantai have small balcony with 2 seats and a table 😀 great the room we booked had ac hot and cold water small tv connected to satellite the ac was not that good and actually heated the room regardless what setting i put it 16c cool the shower head was blocked so didn't work i reported both the problems to front desk the actually fixed it so that was good the staff can speak English. As for going bed me and my mrs notice ants emerging from near bathroom area and under the bed this episode was odd lasted 2 hours then restarted again about 7am we had no food in the room seems to happen after use of the bathroom shower as we was here for 1 night it was pointless complaining my advice always bring a can of bygon with you to low cost hotels warning they don't have elevator in the hotel so not a good idea for older people or disabled they have a nice pool area .in your room no fridge as for the tv set up you have start it up yourself saving grace is that they have wifi 😀 .the breakfast was ok glasses was very small like mouth wash cup smsll 4 of those glasses make a small decent glass of juice

Die Lage ist groß, aber man kann nicht die Berge sehen, wenn man auf der ersten Etage bleibt. Sie können Yo alunalu batu mit Fuß erhalten, das ist groß für Abendessen und Snacks am Abend. Das Hotel bietet Ihnen auch ein großes Frühstück und bietet Ihnen Fußgängerfreundlichkeit.
