Insgesamt war es ziemlich gut. Ich habe es im Voraus für mehr als 1.000 Yuan gebucht, aber der Preis fiel vor dem Check-in um mehr als 300 Yuan und Ctrip erstattete die Differenz. Als ich ankam, empfand ich das Hotel als etwas einfach, es war recht angenehm, darin zu übernachten, und auch mit dem Geschmack des Restaurants war ich sehr zufrieden.

I have stayed a few days in a few of the places in lombok as well as Senggigi. Look no further, just boook this place. It's the best choice! Services was too notched. Some other resorts or villas that's we've stayed around the area was not as good as Jeeva santai even though some priced higher than Jeeva. Breakfast was superb. Although it's ala carte, u can keep refill till you're full enough. Try their fried rice! Room was spacious and love their roomy bathroom! Will definitely come back again!

Dieses Resort gilt als eines der besten auf Lombok und ich kann ehrlich sagen, dass es diese Auszeichnung absolut verdient. - Sauber +++ - Lage/Aussicht +++ (Der Blick vom Infinity-Pool und der Villa ist atemberaubend, einer der besten, die ich je gesehen habe.) - Essen ++ ist ohne Zweifel großartig, insbesondere die Kaffeeauswahl mit ihren neuen Geschmacksrichtungen. - Frühstück à la carte +++ (Große Auswahl, gute Qualität) - Preis +++ (Für diese Qualität und diesen Luxus haben wir ca. 160 € für eine Nacht bezahlt – es war jeden Cent wert!) - Superfreundliches Personal ++ - 10/10

Der Strand des Resorts eignet sich zum Schwimmen (bitte beachten Sie die Gezeiten). Der Meeresgrund ist voller tropischer Fische und Korallen; beim Schwimmen werden Tauchschuhe und -handschuhe empfohlen (Korallenriffstrand). Das Resort stellt Schwimmwesten und große Handtücher (am Pool) zur Verfügung. Sie erreichen das Resort über WhatsApp. Der Zimmerservice ist per SMS (Englisch) verfügbar, nicht über das Zimmertelefon. Das Resort antwortet schnell. Gegenüber dem Resort befinden sich Supermärkte und Restaurants mit einer großen Auswahl an preiswerten Speisen. Um zum Resort zu gelangen, können Sie über die BlueBird-Taxi-App ein Taxi buchen (ca. 300.000 IDR). Dies ist günstiger als Grab oder der kostenpflichtige Shuttle des Resorts (600.000 IDR).

Eines vorweg...es ist insgesamt eine tolle große,saubere und grüne Anlage mit toller Poollandschaft,sauberem Strandabschnitt und unfassbar netten und sehr aufmerksamen Mitarbeitern.Diese machen einen fantastischen Job.Die Zimmer sind wie so oft beschrieben schon stark in die Jahre gekommen,und eine Renovierung wäre dringend erforderlich.Wir hatten so wenig Druck in der Wasserleitung der Dusche,das man fast mit der Nase an der Wand kleben musste,um nass zu werden.Das Frühstücksbuffett war von der Vielfalt und Qualität definitv das beste auf der gesamten Reise.Ansonsten nochmals vielen lieben Dank an die Mitarbeiter des Sheraton Senggigi😊.

Ein sehr schönes, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Resort in Meeresnähe. Es ist renovierungsbedürftig. Die Badewanne in der Dusche stammt aus den 90er-Jahren, ebenso wie der Boden. Beim Frühstück könnte es mehr Süßes geben. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Ein Aufzug wäre unbedingt notwendig, da wir viel Gepäck hatten und unser Zimmer im Obergeschoss lag. Das Zimmer war etwas dunkel und die Zündanlage alt. Der Spielplatz ist renovierungsbedürftig und müsste gereinigt werden.

Ausstattung: Dieses Hotel ist tadellos. Die Zimmer sind ca. 70 Quadratmeter groß und verfügen über separate Nass- und Trockenbäder sowie eine voll ausgestattete Badewanne. Es gibt außerdem einen großen Swimmingpool, an dem Sie die Meeresbrise genießen, Kaffee trinken, die Wellen beobachten und sogar Sonnenauf- und -untergänge beobachten können. Sauberkeit: Sehr schön, sauber und ordentlich. Ambiente: Perfekt. Frühstück: Ein reichhaltiges Frühstück und köstlicher amerikanischer Kaffee. Service: Das Personal half bei der Ankunft mit vier Koffern, ohne dass Trinkgeld verlangt wurde. Sie waren freundlich, aufmerksam und hatten ein herzliches Lächeln.

The hotel is in good location. The staff is the kindest in all Indonesia , they are so helpful and polite! 10/10. Unfortunately we were transferred to another room where the door was not closing properly so we got a huge COCKROACH in our room. Then in the night my husband got bitten by some animals in the bed and he got full red points on his arms, legs, chest and back… probably bed bugs or something else…. The walls had some mold. The shower head holder in the bathroom almost fell on my head cause it was not fixed on the wall…. (Around 1kg) This made our stay a bad experience. The ants that are coming to the hotels are also very annoying. However, the breakfast was excellent, really delicious and good quality! We met the owner who was really kind and he gave us a small compensation for their restaurant.

Mixed feelings The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first) Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for) I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol
