das Hotelzimmer war extrem schön eingerichtet, super angenehmes Bett und sehr sauber. Die Rezeptionistinnen sind soo freundlich und hilfsbereit, haben uns unterschiedliche Restaurants geschickt usw. Das Wlan funktioniert auch perfekt und wir haben Handtücher usw bekommen. Es gibt auch eine frei zugängliche Küche mit Besteck, Herd, Pfannen, Trinkwasser usw. die man benutzen darf. Und wir hatten eine süße Veranda. Alles in Allem wirklich tolle Unterkunft, würde es jedem weiterempfehlen!

Als ich vorhatte, nach Banyuwangi zu fahren, hatte ich dieses Hotel schon so lange im Auge … es war immer ausgebucht … bis ich die Chance bekam, hier zu übernachten. Ich liebe dieses Hotel … die Umgebung ist sehr schön und es gibt viele Einrichtungen … das Personal ist nett und freundlich … alles, was wir brauchen, wird schnell bereitgestellt und die Informationen sind sehr klar … . Danke, Dialogoog … ich werde wieder hierher zurückkommen …

Ouf, what a hidden gem! The bungalows at Purwa Ijen are top-notch, offering an amazing value for money. It is located in a super authentic, small and peaceful village with beautiful views and lush vegetation (besides all the rice fields). Our highlight was the breakfast, where we got the best smoothie bowl on our whole trip through Indonesia. The Ijen tour (500K) was also an unbeatable price. Transfer to the Bali ferry for 200K was also affordable. We especially loved the spacious bathroom and the comfy terrace with jungle and ricefield view. IMHO Purwa Ijen is one of the best value accommodation you can find in the Ijen area, highly recommended. WiFi also worked like a breeze.

Nach dem Check-in wurden Abendgetränke und Snacks zubereitet Das Frühstück besteht aus einem Grundnahrungsmittel + Saft/Kaffee pro Person Indonesischer Frühstücksbrei, italienische Frittata usw. sind erhältlich Beim Auschecken habe ich auch ein kleines Souvenir geschenkt~

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel im Hüttenstil war ein einzigartiges Erlebnis mit einigen Vor- und Nachteilen, die erwähnenswert sind. Die Hütten sind sehr sauber, modern und durchdacht gestaltet. Das Konzept ist wirklich gelungen – jede Hütte verbindet Technologie und Natur. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir gebeten, eine App herunterzuladen, mit der sich alles steuern lässt: Tür verriegeln/entriegeln, Essen bestellen, mit dem Personal kommunizieren, Beleuchtung anpassen und die Fensterbelüftung steuern. In der Hütte selbst befindet sich außerdem ein integriertes Smart-Gerät, das dieselben Funktionen bietet und zusätzlich Wetter und Datum anzeigt und sogar das Abspielen von Musik ermöglicht. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich. Als wir erwähnten, dass uns kalt war, brachten sie uns zusätzliche Bettwäsche, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Leider gab es zwei große Nachteile. Erstens stellten wir bei unserer Ankunft spät abends fest, dass es kein warmes Wasser gab – eine besonders unangenehme Überraschung, da es ohnehin kalt war. Auch die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Das Hotel schickte einen Techniker, und am nächsten Tag hatten wir warmes Wasser, allerdings nur begrenzt. Zweitens waren wir enttäuscht, dass Kaffee nicht inbegriffen war, obwohl das Frühstück in unserer Buchung enthalten war und jeder Gast nur ein Gericht von der Speisekarte wählen konnte. Dies wurde uns im Vorfeld nicht klar mitgeteilt. Die Aussicht von der Hütte ist atemberaubend – man kann den Mount Bromo direkt vom Zimmer aus sehen. Leider spielte das Wetter während unseres Besuchs nicht mit, sodass wir die Aussicht nicht voll genießen konnten. Die Speisekarte des Hotels ist hervorragend und bietet eine große Auswahl an leckeren Gerichten. Dieses Hotel bietet einen sauberen, modernen Aufenthalt mit wunderschöner Aussicht und exzellentem Personal. Eine klarere Kommunikation über die inkludierten Annehmlichkeiten und die Behebung von Problemen wie der Verfügbarkeit von Warmwasser würden das Gesamterlebnis jedoch deutlich verbessern. Delicious Indonesian Javanese food specially created by the host, May, as well as the level of dedicated service is the highlight of this hotel. The menu food sounds unappealing, but all 7 lunch and dinners were so good. You have to try the chicken satay, which is soft and has white clean meat. The tuna is melted and panini is so fresh. The spaghetti cakalang is her created recipe of smoked fish and spaghetti. Her tofu and Tempe must not be missed! Her tempong chicken is yummy and fresh! Feels like it's directly from the farm. Nasi goreng must not be missed! Papayas seem to be in the season. Fried bananas covered in coconut flakes are not to be missed! In this hotel, don't expect luxury cleanliness because there are a lot of insects (bees, butterflies, moths, grasshopper, flies), spiders, millipedes, lizards, even a gecko. If you want to stay in this rustic resort you have to be okay with them. I didn't like the insects stuff in the room but the hosts immediately sent their staff to deal with them. Staff are friendly just be patient with them because not all speak English. May was a super host, who gave ALL sorts of ideas on where to go, and how to go, and gives you contacts and numbers and details. Ibnu makes the best dirty latte in Banyuwangi, most probably. The hosts are very nice and go out of the way to make their guests welcome. They even dropped us at a nearby tour site, and also gave us a short walk to the beach nearby. This level of service is almost unbeatable. Staff are always ready and welcome to greet and smile at you. I think the Indonesian and Javanese meals are better than the breakfast menu. Breakfast pancake and American breakfast normal only. They generously dropped us off at Bangsring Underwater which was 3-5 mins away, which MUST NOT BE MISSED for snorkelling beginners! (But first check out if the season is good for snorkelling) If you stay here, be prepared there's not much in the area. And not much air-conditioned cafes or restaurant or shops nearby too. The family room has a breathtaking view of the mountains but because of the attic like structure, is prone to insects and lizards and stuff. It had a resident gecko. The deluxe suite room had a flat ceiling so lesser insects! + huge verandah for drying your clothes + pink bougainvillea. There are corn fields beside the hotel. They send food to your room if you don't want to eat in the restaurant which also has a amazing view. Restaurant has rustic vibes with antique candelabras (+ spiders).

The hotel features its own dairy farm with fresh milk, and offers activities like spice and coffee plantation tours. For adventure seekers, the basecamp of Mount Raung is only 20 minutes away by car, with a hike that takes at least two days and one night. The swimming pool is large and clean, and the garden is well-maintained. The hotel has a good restaurant offering a variety of Indonesian and Western dishes. Wi-Fi is reliable, though the TV had no signal, and there was a brief power outage, quickly resolved with a backup generator. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Lokasi sangat dekat dengan stasiun ketapang dan pelabuhan Ketapang, toilet sempit namun kamar sangat lebar, kasur ada bau2 sedikit, lumayan worth it dengan harga kamar nya, thank you

Osing Bamboo resort was exactly what I needed while I relaxed in preparation for my Mt. Ijen hike. I only stayed one night but it really felt rejuvenating. They really have done an excellent job at nestling into such a beautiful spot in the jungle overseeing the river. Despite the rural setting, I found the bedding and amenities to be very clean and fresh. The staff was excellent at accommodating my requests for room service and other things. Food and lattes were delicious!!! Such excellent quality overall and a great deal too! If you’re in Banyuwangi just hanging out before or after your activities definitely stay here!
