Das Hotel liegt an der Küste des Meeres, 30 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hafen, mit einem schönen Garten. Les piscines sont très agréables et les transats confortables. Das Personal ist nett, lächelnd, aber nicht auf der Ebene für ein Hotel in dieser Station. Ausbildungsprobleme sind offensichtlich: Tische nicht zwangsläufig entfernt, Nichteinhaltung der Bestellungen. Le ménage n’a pas été très bien réalisé dans les chambres, et souvent il a fallu réclamer à l’accueil pour qu'il soit corrigé. Ich bedauere, dass ich einen Zuschlag für eine Suite gezahlt habe, während mit einer klassischen Zimmer Seeblick die Sicht viel schöner war, und die Einrichtungen der klassischen Zimmer waren besser: Es fehlte auf meiner Terrasse, was die nass getrockneten Kleidung zu setzen, im Bad nicht Tablette zu setzen, es ist wirklich problematisch für ein établissement de ce standing. De même que dans l’armoire, impossible de poser les vêtements, je dois les laisser sur le bureau alors qu’il y a beaucoup d’espace vide qui aurait pu servir d’étagere. Ce n’est pas normal. Le service automobilier est appréciable. Insgesamt bin ich zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt, aber man muss aufpassen, denn der Preis ist hoch und die Leistungen nicht zwangsläufig auf der Ebene. 

This is an excellent hotel located right in the old town of Rethymno. It was easy to explore the charming streets on foot, and the central bus station—perfect for day trips—was just a 10-minute walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and eager to share local tips and recommendations, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a classic continental selection, including fresh eggs, sausages, bread, pastries, and fruits. Everything was fresh and satisfying. While the swimming pool is on the smaller side, it was a lovely bonus and a great spot to cool off after a day of sightseeing. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Rethymno.

Location was great, walking distance to beach, town, restaurants, bars and shops. Beautiful clean and spacious room with excellent hosts.

This hotel was amazing. One of my top 3 favorites in Crete. I highly recommend staying here. I only wish I stayed two nights here. Definitely worth it. Breakfast read included and an amazing selection. They even gave me a little gift when checking out. I would remove this to anyone coming to Crete.

Der Atlantis Beach war eine gute Wahl für meinen Besuch in Rethymnon. Eine kostenlose Zimmeraufbau hat es noch besser gemacht. Schönes Pool und Hotelstrand über die Straße. Gutes Frühstück wählen jeden Tag

In der Nähe des Meeres haben wir Frühstück und Abendessen bestellt, das Essen ist nicht gut und nicht schlecht. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Es gibt zwei Freibads, die zusätzlichen Punkte.

Breakfast was good, but sortiment of food wasn't explained, without captions, and cook at eggs was very unpleasant.

We stayed at May Hotel for two nights before flying back to Germany, and overall we had a pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we really appreciated being allowed to check in early. We booked the half-board option, and both the breakfast and dinner were good. Breakfast offered a nice variety of choices, and dinner was tasty with enough selection. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. The hotel also has a gym with enough equipment for a basic workout, which was a nice bonus during our stay. The hotel itself is comfortable, although the rooms and facilities feel a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovation. The location is also not the most convenient, as there is no direct beach access—you’ll need to walk a few minutes to reach the beach. Overall, it’s a good value for money with excellent service, comfortable rooms, decent food, and useful amenities. With some modernization and a more convenient beach location, it would easily be an even better stay.
