Beautiful environment and especially great vibe at the pool and restaurant area. In the evenings they play some music and it’s a lovely place to relax and enjoy if you don’t feel like going out. You can have a drink and they even have shisha if you like. The waitress Catherine at breakfast time was absolutely lovely! Warm and helpful and friendly, we really missed her when she wasn’t around on the weekend. The one thing I didn’t like about our stay was that some of the front desk staff seemed to have a bit of an attitude towards us because we had extended multiple times and chose to do so through trip as it’s cheaper than the USD rates that the hotel charges directly. They said that what we paid through trip was too little however, we didn’t make those rates so I found that a bit rude. The whole hotel operates on USD rates so for value added services like laundry or transportation it can be very overpriced.

Shops und Restaurants in der Nähe, es in der Stadt so nicht weit von Aktivitäten und Nachtleben, alle Einrichtungen wurden bereitgestellt! 10/10

I had a good experience. They have a very good hospitality. The service was great and the food was awesome. It is very cleaned hotel. I will be back again .

Ich wollte gerade einfügen, aber ich habe die Kommentare gesehen, dass der Abendgeräusch sehr groß ist, ich habe dieses Haus geplant, aber die Umgebung ist sauber. Es gibt immer einen großen schwarzen Bruder auf der Rezeption, der mit dem Gepäck hilft. On the plus side: they provide a complimentary airport pickup service. When I arrived, I was upgraded to a better room. The hotel is located closer to the airport than to the city center, so it's a great option if you need to be near the airport or the University of Ghana. The negative side: it's far from the city center, and I think it's too expensive for what the hotel offers. I insisted a lot on the breakfast issue because I had read comments about the problems people had experienced trying to have breakfast there. In my case, I was going to attend some conferences, so punctuality in serving breakfast was important. Although I called reception at 7:00 AM to make sure I could have breakfast at 7:30 and they told me yes, when I went at 7:30 the guy at reception didn't know anything about it and had to go look for breakfast, so I couldn't have breakfast at the hotel and had to take it with me. There's almost no natural light in the room, and the artificial lighting is very dim, so if you like places with plenty of natural light, this isn't the place for you. At 6:00 AM, they start making a lot of noise outside – I understand it's related to cleaning, but it sounds like they're scraping something. I think they should be more respectful of guests' rest. The water pressure isn't enough to wash your hair if you have long hair, and I couldn't get hot water either. I wanted to get a SIM card upon arrival at the airport, but since my flight arrived late, I didn't want to keep the driver waiting. I asked him if there would be any place near the hotel to get a SIM card. He told me he would do it for me because a special card was needed that foreigners didn't have. Even though I asked him if he thought it was possible with just my passport, he said it wasn't possible. He wanted to charge me 100 GHS to do it himself, and I told him I would think about it. In the end, I did it myself with my passport – so it is indeed possible, and they charged me 25 GHS. I had planned to stay 6 more days, but all these events made me end up canceling my stay at this place and moving to another, cheaper place with better service.

Das Hotel ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, das sich in einer lebendigen, aber entspannenden Atmosphäre befindet. Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel. Das Essen war auch beeindruckend, mit einer Vielzahl von leckeren Optionen, die sowohl lokalen als auch internationalen Geschmacksempfängern gerecht werden. Mit einem sehr wunderschönen Koch und warmem Lächeln, die Sie schaffen, wie Sie gehen. Die Nähe des Hotels zum Flughafen machte es für meinen Aufenthalt unglaublich bequem, aber es fühlte sich immer noch wie ein Rückzug von der Stadt Hügel entfernt. Ob Sie für Geschäfts- oder Freizeitbesuche besuchen, dieses Hotel bietet eine perfekte Mischung von Komfort und Stil. Ich würde hier sicher wieder bleiben!

I had a wonderful stay at GhanaLancaster Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Accra. The location is very convenient, close to key areas of the city, which made getting around easy and stress-free. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and secure. I also enjoyed the hotel facilities, especially the pool area, which was perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Breakfast was another highlight — a great variety of options, fresh food, and good service. The restaurant and bar area were also pleasant, with tasty meals and a nice ambience. Overall, GhanaLancaster Hotel offers excellent value, great hospitality, and a comfortable experience. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Ghana.

Das Zimmer war schön und sauber. Ich war 3 Nächte lang da und hatte nie Zimmerservice auf der Tür zu tun was in dem Zimmer. Abgesehen davon waren die Mitarbeiter ziemlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage ist großartig, aber ein wenig laut. Aber nicht so weit, wo es sich mit täglichen Angelegenheiten befasst. Ich werde aber sicherlich noch einmal buchen.
