Der Service war aufmerksam und es war sehr sauber. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt! Die Umgebung mit der Universität und dem Park ist sehr angenehm. Die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum macht Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Verkehr sehr praktisch!

Friendly service by everyone we met. Ladies on reception took special care of my 2 year old when we entered and gave her an Easter colouring activity whilst we checked in. Rooms are basic but ok. Bed is huge and very comfy. Air con doesn't circulate very well at all, under it, freezing, in the bed I'm boiling. Also what's the deal with no fridge in the room? Restaurant is ok, bit over priced for what it is really and it was a sunny day and so, so so hot.its only April and I was sweating! Could do with some air con or circulating air in there. Nice location though, if your a cricket fan you'll love it and opposite a golf course so nice view that side too. Have stayed before and will again

Zunächst war ich wegen fehlender jüngsten Bewertungen ein wenig zögerlich zu buchen, aber ich bin sehr froh, dass wir vorangekommen sind. Die Wohnung übersteigt unsere Erwartungenit war sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt. Die Parkplätze waren auch sehr bequem, was unseren Aufenthalt noch einfacher machte. Wir besuchten Paultons Park während unserer Reise, und die Lage funktionierte perfekt dafür. Insgesamt hatten wir eine wunderbare Erfahrung und würden glücklich hier wieder bleiben.

Honestly, I have been to many hotels around Birmingham and London, and I also work at multiple hotels as security. I have seen how they are from inside and outside, but trust me, this five-star hotel truly won my heart. The moment I entered, it gave me an old-fashioned feeling. The furniture was amazing, and the view was breathtaking. The ability to play YouTube and watch movies added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient. Opposite the hotel, there are many food shops, and we went around 7:30 PM for food, which I thoroughly enjoyed. McDonald’s is just two minutes away, and a beautiful beach side is within a five-minute reach. The combination of luxurious accommodation and strategic location makes this hotel an absolute gem. Overall, my experience was extraordinary. The five-star hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I’m definitely booking this hotel again in the future. If anyone is interested in a truly remarkable hotel experience that combines classic charm, modern amenities, and a perfect location, I highly recommend visiting and seeing this exceptional hotel for yourself. Lovely hotel, beautiful grounds. Feels like you're well outside Southampton but are only 15 mins away. (Daughter in Uni there) Room was nice, we had exec but this isn't worth it to me. It only gives you a better coffee machine and we weren't in the room enough to use it. Save the £20. No lifts so cases up to the third floor was a bit of a pain. If you're waiting for a ferry and have lots of cases then this could be an issue. We saw a few people struggle with this. Breakfast was good, staff very friendly. We didn't eat there in the evening, burgers and chips sort of menu but the nearby pub, Chilworth Arms was really good. The pool is great, small (16m) but very nice with jacuzzi, steam and sauna. Towels provided. Staff very friendly. Pool surrounding has quite slippery tiles though. Leisure facility is a bit away from the hotel, only 300 hundred meters from the hotel front but enough to need an umbrella if raining. All in all, a good value pleasant hotel. Much cheaper than Leonardo's in Soton and still close to Uni etc.

Booked hotel just for a night in order to spend the day at Beaulieu the following day. Hotel room was clean and staff had accommodated our request for a cot with the room being spacious for our family of 2 adults and 2 young children. Amenities are basic but for our stay it was perfect. Those wanting to stay for longer may find the amenities a little limiting. Parking is included with the stay which is helpful however noting a quirk is that if you want to charge your EV/fill up on petrol or happen to drive your car next door for drive through food/small purchases, you technically need to exit the roadside services and drive away from the location before turning back down at the nearest junction, a round trip is approximately 15-20min. There is a one way system in effect. Quieter periods may allow you to quickly get back without causing any issues. Staff were friendly and welcoming. There is also a voucher for £10 to use at the service station available for £7.50 for hotel guests at the hotel reception desk which is handy.

Ich checkte um 3 Uhr ein und der Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht es war wie ein warmer Haartrockner. Die Temperatur war 28c in dem Zimmer es war sehr heiße eine Wärmewelle an diesem Tag. Ich ging runter und die Rezeption war leer. Ich musste 15 Minuten warten. Einige namens Raman schließlich aufgetaucht und war nicht interessiert, das Mindeste zu sagen. Sie sagte mir, dass es von hinter der Bar oder so etwas kontrolliert werden könnte. Ich musste noch einmal 3 Stunden später bitten, dass sie einen Jungen aus der Bar herauskommt, um zu behaupten, er hatte eine Kontrolle über alle Luftkonditionierer im Hotel. Warum die Lügen, nach E-Mail-Trip .com sie die AC zugegeben, war fehlerhaft und ich verschoben in ein anderes Zimmer. Es war trip.com, der mir nicht die uninteressanten Mitarbeiter half, warum sie mich nicht das erste Mal bewegten. Nicht beeindruckt.

The hotel is in a great, quiet location and it is a very beautiful building. The room was clean and pleasant, but it wasn't quite what I expected. Through Trip I thought I had booked one room up from the smallest option, but alas turns out I had not! The bed was also advertised as a standard double, it definitely is not in the smaller rooms, it is a small double, and this made sleeping for two a little uncomfortable. The room was also very hot even though we turned the radiator off and had the window open all night but I think this is just due to it being an older building, heat rises etc. The pool room really needs TLC. It is very overlooked and we felt really lets the hotel down. It's shame as it's a lovely space - even a quick lick of paint would bring it back to life if money doesn't allow for larger maintenance. Staff were all very friendly, especially the two we were served by in the restaurant for dinner. The food was okay but a little over priced but the service made up for that. All in all for a quick overnight stop it was fine.
