Großartig
AAliLovely place and lovely people. Great customer service/care, great greeting, and what a lovely room, too. I loved everything about this place. Location is not the best (over the hill) but has great views of the city. Breakfast is good and the whole place gives you a cozy feeling that you'd like to stay at this lovely B&B more. Stayed for one night but would certainly choose this place if I get back to Bath again. Thanks.

GGastnutzerWe had an amazing stay at The Bailbrook House Hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful. We ate in the restaurant on both evenings and all the food was excellent.
We had a small issue at breakfast as were quite late coming in for it and some of the fruit had gone, however having said that the poached egg and avocado on sourdough I had was to die for, and was delicious, and the full english was very good too. All in all it was all very enjoyable stay and would definitely return, and recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Alles, was ich sagen kann, ist, dass sie buchstäblich sicher gemacht, dass ich nicht ablassen und die Zeit durch die Überschreitung und über alles, was sie tun mussten, um meinen Aufenthalt schön zu machen nach meinem Fehler ......Das Essen war wunderschön und auch alles war wie es in den Bildern war, wenn nicht besser etwas für sich selbst zu sehen, sollte man vorwärts gehen und einen Aufenthalt ....... buchen

诺诺瓦拉瑟夏侯渊Erstens sind Hotels sehr schwer zu finden. Apples eigene Navigation ist falsch. Zweitens ist das Badezimmer im Laden extrem klein und es gibt nachts immer noch Wassergeräusche im Abwasserkanal. Es besteht das Problem, dass im Raum Nr. 3, der zu spät gemeldet wurde und nicht von selbst gelöst werden kann, kein heißes Wasser zugeführt werden kann. Schließlich ist der Parkplatz klein. Obwohl die Parkplätze in Bath sehr klein sind, ist dies das einzige Hotel in Großbritannien, das mir 15 Pfund pro Nacht berechnet hat. Ernsthaft nicht zu empfehlen.

AANSHIKAEs ist ein schönes Eigentum in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums
Erstaunliches Personal und extrem willkommen, Zimmerausstattung waren gut und das Zimmer war schön
Die Damen an der Rezeption gab uns eine Tour des Hotels und es gab willkommen genießen und frische Milch für Gäste, die eine seltene in britischen Hotels ist, so dass wir es wirklich geschätzt
Insgesamt würde es definitiv empfehlen

Aannamimi體驗非常好的一家酒店，入住時送了歡迎卡及紅酒，離店時送了奶酪及配奶酪的小餅乾及無花果醬，冰箱裏的飲料及啤酒免費喝，每天客房打掃非常乾淨，每天臨睡前還會把瓶裝水、玻璃杯放在床頭，另外在被角放一衹脣膏和一衹助眠香氛。據説是巴斯唯一一家有天然温泉的酒店，泡温泉的感受很好，身體很多部位都可以噴水按摩，泡完温泉還有幹蒸、濕蒸、紅外蒸。房間的被子很舒服，輕便且保暖，應該是鵝絨的。英式早餐，奶茶不錯👍
可以改進的地方是衞生間洗澡不是乾濕分離，很小心地洗完澡地上依然很多水！
地理位置非常好，就在巴斯浴場和巴斯修道院附近，周邊餐飲也很多。
前台的一位年輕帥哥母親是中國香港人，會説點中文，下次入住巴斯還會選擇這家酒店🏨

LLiam and JennyAttended on Tuesday 27th Feb. Paid a little extra for room with a bath as like the couple ****** we are, we wanted a bath in Bath. My wife's first time ever visiting here. The hotel is a lovely setting, there is history here and all the staff have been wonderful. Close to the station, literally in front of it, and close to everything. Had the great pleasure of having many encounters with Tim, one of the reception staff and I believe concierges. Super pleasant and always helpful.
We had breakfast included and after having that this morning can honestly say it's bang for your buck, with hot food to order including steak and eggs, (best steak my wife has had in the UK), a breakfast grill and a selection of others plus a typical selection of baked goods and fruits. The bar is pleasant and we enjoyed drinks last night before heading up to our room. Strawberry daiquiri we have had many times but the Amaretto sour was an interesting twist with a strong lemon zest.
The only downside to the visit would be the bath/shower experience. Lukewarm bath and cold shower when we attempted it last night. This morning we got hot water for a total of ten mins to share before it went cold again. Not the worst thing all in all but a downside considering the extra pricing for a bathtub room. I was however assured that had I brought it to the desks attention I would have been assisted and I had just done the British thing of not wanting to fuss.
One last perk that made an impact to me; free luggage storage. We checked out early so we could make the best of our time exploring Bath before we ride home. We were offered free luggage storage for even after we checked out so we could come back in quick before our train at 3pm and grab our bags and go, no extra charge. Fantastically useful as the Abbey tour does not allow luggage inside and we wanted to go.
Anyway, thank you to Tim and all the staff at The Royal for making us feel welcomed and our time there special, we will definitely be coming back someday soon and will stay again. - Liam and Jenny Stephenson, Room 109.

GGuest UserPositive - hervorragende Empfangsmann (Vipin) und ohne seine Hilfe hätte ich wahrscheinlich früh geprüft. Hat Parkplatz. Vernünftige Lage und Zugang zum Zentrum des Bades. Hat eine elektrische Kessel und ein Paket von Cookies.
Nicht so positiv - In dringender Notwendigkeit, die Bodenspitzen zu schaffen, das Bad außerhalb des Badezimmers waschen. Es ist nicht für arbeitsbezogene Reisende, da Sie nicht einmal ein Eisen verwenden können, ohne den gesamten Gebäude-Hauptschalter abzuschieben und wenn das geschieht, gibt es keine 24-Stunden-Aktive Rezeption. Kein Fan oder Eisen im Zimmer, so müssen Sie fragen. Kleine Computer-Monitor verwendet als Make-Switch-TV, die Sie aus einem Schrank ziehen müssen. Kein Trinkwasser im Zimmer. Wert für Geld gibt es nicht so viele bessere Orte verfügbar zu gleichen oder niedrigeren Preis.
