Hotels in Bath mit Parkplatz

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Chestnuts Boutique B&B! I was able to park up my car at the front of the establishment and walk around Bath for the rest of my visit! Attractions and places of interest were around a 15 minute walk away- which is fantastic! The host was so helpful and attentive. My room was clean and comfortable! I had access to plenty of wardrobe space,a TV with Netflix, a fridge, kettle and a well stocked box of tea treats (& fresh cakes too!) Breakfast was gorgeous and fresh. There were plenty of local leaflets available to read about local events and attractions too. Thank you very much!

Ich möchte dem Personal für alles danken, was sie für mich und meine Frau getan haben, nachdem ich einen schrecklichen Fehler gemacht, der ist, um schämend zu gehen in ... Alles, was ich sagen kann, ist, dass sie buchstäblich sicher gemacht, dass ich nicht ablassen und die Zeit durch die Überschreitung und über alles, was sie tun mussten, um meinen Aufenthalt schön zu machen nach meinem Fehler ......Das Essen war wunderschön und auch alles war wie es in den Bildern war, wenn nicht besser etwas für sich selbst zu sehen, sollte man vorwärts gehen und einen Aufenthalt ....... buchen

Erstens sind Hotels sehr schwer zu finden. Apples eigene Navigation ist falsch. Zweitens ist das Badezimmer im Laden extrem klein und es gibt nachts immer noch Wassergeräusche im Abwasserkanal. Es besteht das Problem, dass im Raum Nr. 3, der zu spät gemeldet wurde und nicht von selbst gelöst werden kann, kein heißes Wasser zugeführt werden kann. Schließlich ist der Parkplatz klein. Obwohl die Parkplätze in Bath sehr klein sind, ist dies das einzige Hotel in Großbritannien, das mir 15 Pfund pro Nacht berechnet hat. Ernsthaft nicht zu empfehlen.

Self check in was a bit strange as we have not experienced that before in Bath however it worked extremely well and as the instructions were emailed it was simple. The room was stunning and huge! We stayed in Room 1 which was on the lower ground floor. The bathroom was lovely with a huge shower and the bath in the room was an unusual but nice surprise. Breakfast is pretty ordered and was absolutely outstanding. The staff were so pleasant and helpful- we will return!

Located on a hill top outside the Bath city, the hotel provides what we needed for one night's stay. The only shirtcoming is we had to drive into the city for dinner as we wanted something different from what the hotel restaurant provided. Apart from the location, we were happy with our stay.

Das Abbey Hotel Bad war so bequem mit sehr hilfsbereitem und freundlichem Personal gelegen. Wir buchten einen zusätzlichen Tag und sie waren so hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war wunderschön, das Bett bequem und ich würde jedem empfehlen, dort zu bleiben. Es liegt in der Nähe der Abbey, der Romanen Badeort, Sally Lunn’s Buns und viele schöne Geschäfte und Gebäude. Ein wunderschöner und wunderschöner Ort, um während des Besuchs von Bath zu bleiben!

The hotel is an incredible building which must take some maintenance. We booked a double room for one night and arrived at lunchtime with the intention of sightseeing in bath for a couple of days. The hotel was happy for us to park all day both days which was great. The check in process (after 3pm) was very easy and we had a very clean room with plenty of towels, 2 robes and slippers for the spa/pool. The double room had a king size bed which was very comfortable. The hotel pool was crowded and looking a little tired but was as expected. The outside heated pool was very nice and relaxing. We didn’t have any spa treatments or use the gym but both looked well kept and the gym had good modern equipment. We didn’t eat in the restaurant preferring to find a restaurant in bath itself. Breakfast was a bit of a chaotic affair with several hotel staff doing various jobs with no apparent coordination. The wait for a table, then coffee was long and then we had to wait again to order breakfast. The whole process of breakfast took well over an hour which is poor. It was clear that there was no clear process as some tables were getting their cooked breakfast before us even though we were taken to our table 30 mins before them. The little waiter man with his paper pad was a bit useless. When the ‘full English’ breakfast came it was a small plate of well cooked food but not really as described in the menu. In terms of portion size it was more like a kids breakfast. We weren’t served any toast either and had to ask for it unlike other tables who received it with their drinks order which seemed a bit weird. The continental buffet was a bit scarce with no bowls or spoons so we had to use our fruit juice glasses for the yogurt and fruit. The whole thing could be improved with a breakfast buffet under a hot plate if they haven’t got enough staff to serve it.

Attended on Tuesday 27th Feb. Paid a little extra for room with a bath as like the couple ****** we are, we wanted a bath in Bath. My wife's first time ever visiting here. The hotel is a lovely setting, there is history here and all the staff have been wonderful. Close to the station, literally in front of it, and close to everything. Had the great pleasure of having many encounters with Tim, one of the reception staff and I believe concierges. Super pleasant and always helpful. We had breakfast included and after having that this morning can honestly say it's bang for your buck, with hot food to order including steak and eggs, (best steak my wife has had in the UK), a breakfast grill and a selection of others plus a typical selection of baked goods and fruits. The bar is pleasant and we enjoyed drinks last night before heading up to our room. Strawberry daiquiri we have had many times but the Amaretto sour was an interesting twist with a strong lemon zest. The only downside to the visit would be the bath/shower experience. Lukewarm bath and cold shower when we attempted it last night. This morning we got hot water for a total of ten mins to share before it went cold again. Not the worst thing all in all but a downside considering the extra pricing for a bathtub room. I was however assured that had I brought it to the desks attention I would have been assisted and I had just done the British thing of not wanting to fuss. One last perk that made an impact to me; free luggage storage. We checked out early so we could make the best of our time exploring Bath before we ride home. We were offered free luggage storage for even after we checked out so we could come back in quick before our train at 3pm and grab our bags and go, no extra charge. Fantastically useful as the Abbey tour does not allow luggage inside and we wanted to go. Anyway, thank you to Tim and all the staff at The Royal for making us feel welcomed and our time there special, we will definitely be coming back someday soon and will stay again. - Liam and Jenny Stephenson, Room 109. The hotel is situated on a beautiful road with amazing buildings surrounding it. It is pretty much a stone’s throw away from where all of the shops, bars, and cafes are. The staff are extremely friendly, always smiling as they greet you. They act professionally and even give you ideas and suggestions for tours. The room we had wonderfully tall walls and high ceiling, however, the carpet for the floor hurt our feet to walk on, so I would suggest taking slippers (we did not take any unfortunately). All in all, it was a great place to stay with a delicious breakfast the morning after. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed at Wentworth House for one night. The location was handy — only about a 6 or 7-minute taxi ride into the centre of Bath. Parking on site was free, which is always a bonus, though spaces were limited. The shower worked fine with good hot water, and at £120 a night for three people, the price wasn’t unreasonable for Bath. On the downside, the place is very dated and could do with some serious modernisation. Our room had a noticeable damp smell and the single-glazed windows didn’t help keep the room warm or quiet. I can’t comment on the food as we didn’t eat there, but overall, it’s an okay option if you just need somewhere for a night and aren’t too fussy — though a refresh would really lift the place.
