AAliLovely place and lovely people. Great customer service/care, great greeting, and what a lovely room, too. I loved everything about this place. Location is not the best (over the hill) but has great views of the city. Breakfast is good and the whole place gives you a cozy feeling that you'd like to stay at this lovely B&B more. Stayed for one night but would certainly choose this place if I get back to Bath again. Thanks.

Alles, was ich sagen kann, ist, dass sie buchstäblich sicher gemacht, dass ich nicht ablassen und die Zeit durch die Überschreitung und über alles, was sie tun mussten, um meinen Aufenthalt schön zu machen nach meinem Fehler ......Das Essen war wunderschön und auch alles war wie es in den Bildern war, wenn nicht besser etwas für sich selbst zu sehen, sollte man vorwärts gehen und einen Aufenthalt ....... buchen

GGastnutzerIt was a very special reunion for a group of nurses celebrating 50 years since we started our course in May 1975. In those days this hotel was a nurse's home and we all lived here for around 18 months. We had booked lunch,the food was lovely and the service was amazing. We so enjoyed our stay, 5 of us stayed for one or two nights. So beautiful and peaceful, couldn't have been better. Benice organised things for us, highly recommend her if you are booking an event.

The only shirtcoming is we had to drive into the city for dinner as we wanted something different from what the hotel restaurant provided. Apart from the location, we were happy with our stay.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel hatte eine tolle Lage und schmackhaftes Frühstück. Das Zimmer war schön und gut Toilette. Großer Zimmerservice für dasbringen Ihres gelieferten Essens in Ihr Zimmer für Sie. Das Personal muss jedoch ihre Kommunikationskompetenz und Wissen verbessern. Ich wurde gesagt, dass ich Frühstück vor dem Tag kaufen kann, den ich möchte das Frühstück und ich musste keine Zeitslot buchen. Aber wenn ich auschecken wollte, wurde mir gesagt, dass ich den Preis für das Frühstück, das am Tag gekauft wird, gezahlt wurde, nicht vor dem Tag. Ich sprach später mit dem Personal und sie verstanden ihren Personalfehler. Das Hotel hat keinen Abendessenservice, den ich erzählte.

HHelenI recently stayed at Henrietta Hotel in Bath. The room was clean and tidy, which was appreciated, but it was quite warm and lacked air conditioning. A floor fan was provided, which helped a little, but the heat was still noticeable. The shower was frustrating — once the water got hot, it was difficult to adjust it back to a cooler temperature.
Breakfast was underwhelming. The ingredients felt cheap, and the portions were small — especially the juice served in tiny glasses. Overall, the stay was fine for a night or two, but a few improvements would make a big difference.

LLiam and JennyAttended on Tuesday 27th Feb. Paid a little extra for room with a bath as like the couple ****** we are, we wanted a bath in Bath. My wife's first time ever visiting here. The hotel is a lovely setting, there is history here and all the staff have been wonderful. Close to the station, literally in front of it, and close to everything. Had the great pleasure of having many encounters with Tim, one of the reception staff and I believe concierges. Super pleasant and always helpful.
We had breakfast included and after having that this morning can honestly say it's bang for your buck, with hot food to order including steak and eggs, (best steak my wife has had in the UK), a breakfast grill and a selection of others plus a typical selection of baked goods and fruits. The bar is pleasant and we enjoyed drinks last night before heading up to our room. Strawberry daiquiri we have had many times but the Amaretto sour was an interesting twist with a strong lemon zest.
The only downside to the visit would be the bath/shower experience. Lukewarm bath and cold shower when we attempted it last night. This morning we got hot water for a total of ten mins to share before it went cold again. Not the worst thing all in all but a downside considering the extra pricing for a bathtub room. I was however assured that had I brought it to the desks attention I would have been assisted and I had just done the British thing of not wanting to fuss.
One last perk that made an impact to me; free luggage storage. We checked out early so we could make the best of our time exploring Bath before we ride home. We were offered free luggage storage for even after we checked out so we could come back in quick before our train at 3pm and grab our bags and go, no extra charge. Fantastically useful as the Abbey tour does not allow luggage inside and we wanted to go.
Anyway, thank you to Tim and all the staff at The Royal for making us feel welcomed and our time there special, we will definitely be coming back someday soon and will stay again. - Liam and Jenny Stephenson, Room 109.

GGuest UserPositive - hervorragende Empfangsmann (Vipin) und ohne seine Hilfe hätte ich wahrscheinlich früh geprüft. Hat Parkplatz. Vernünftige Lage und Zugang zum Zentrum des Bades. Hat eine elektrische Kessel und ein Paket von Cookies.
Nicht so positiv - In dringender Notwendigkeit, die Bodenspitzen zu schaffen, das Bad außerhalb des Badezimmers waschen. Es ist nicht für arbeitsbezogene Reisende, da Sie nicht einmal ein Eisen verwenden können, ohne den gesamten Gebäude-Hauptschalter abzuschieben und wenn das geschieht, gibt es keine 24-Stunden-Aktive Rezeption. Kein Fan oder Eisen im Zimmer, so müssen Sie fragen. Kleine Computer-Monitor verwendet als Make-Switch-TV, die Sie aus einem Schrank ziehen müssen. Kein Trinkwasser im Zimmer. Wert für Geld gibt es nicht so viele bessere Orte verfügbar zu gleichen oder niedrigeren Preis.
