We were coming for a special event and asked for a lovely room, we were very pleased with the room and the staff and the breakfast was first class, would def stay again.

Check in was very quick and easy. The room was minimalistic, clean and welcoming. We liked the layout. Two windows made it bright. The bed was very comfortable. Shower a good size. Check out quick and easy. Staff very nice. Really couldn’t find fault with anything.

Unfortunately, I'm disappointed with this hotel. The most important thing is that taxis can't pull up to the hotel because there's a sign on the roundabout next to the hotel prohibiting parking and a £10 fine. I ordered a taxi and waited in the hotel lobby. No one from the staff informed me about this. The taxi almost left without me, and as a result, I would have missed the helicopter departing for the platform. Secondly, I think the standard of your breakfast is important not only to me. I really have five times more choice at work. Unfortunately, I decided not to stay at your hotel anymore to avoid stress.

I have stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks and this week the manager upgraded my room at no extra charge which was very much appreciated, thank you. I would also like to say thank you to my room attendant HK Natalia. I am not a great lover of the food however I did eat in the restaurant during my stay. I will be booking in next week again. This hotel will be my first choice now were as before it was Mill of Mundorno in Bridge of Don Thank you team 👍

I had a very good time at the hotel very friendly staff good clean hotel. I would stay here again but possibly in the summer ☀️ the rooms are good with comfortable beds the only thing is the double mattress are two singles pushed together but still comfy the decore is abit outdated but it goes with the hotel. My suggestion would be for a spar or swimming pool

Sehr gut, das Frühstück ist gut, die Lage ist günstig, das Hotel ist modern, die Umgebung ist sehr gut, es gibt Bushaltestellen in der Nähe, es ist leicht, die Stadt zu verlassen, und die Zimmer können den Sonnenaufgang sehen.

Hotel staff very friendly. If you needed anything they would bend over backwards to help you. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Will definitely be back 😀

Das Hotel ist in der Nähe von der Stadt. Nach 10/15 Minuten ging ich zum Premier Inn Rezeption, um sich zu beschweren, da der Lärm schiefging. Der Manager musste zum Restaurant gehen, um die Frühstücksgäste zu bitten, zu gehen und zu organisieren, wie die Alarmschaltung ausschalten. Sie entschuldigt sich und erstattete unsere Frühstückskosten, gut für sie. Aber wo ist die Mitarbeiter wöchentliche Ausbildung. Es hätte ein echtes Feuer gewesen sein können und sie waren clueless.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ich war eine Nacht hier mit meiner Frau und hatte eine tolle Erfahrung. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ein komfortables Aufenthaltsort, perfekt für das Besuch des Schlosses in der Nähe. Sehr empfehlenswert dieses Hotel!
