Our visit to Champagne Domaine Sacret was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Champagne. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt warm, authentic, and incredibly well thought out. This is a family-owned B&B. The setting in Aÿ is stunning—peaceful, scenic, and surrounded by beautiful vineyards that perfectly capture the charm of the Champagne region. The hospitality was exceptional; the hosts were welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do, complimentary champagne tasting every evening at 6 pm is cherry on the cake. The champagne itself was outstanding—refined, elegant, and memorable. Each tasting came with insightful explanations, making the experience both enjoyable and educational. You can really feel the craftsmanship and heritage behind every bottle. What stood out the most was how personal and genuine the entire visit felt. It wasn’t just a tasting—it was an immersive experience into the world of champagne making. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the region. Whether you’re a champagne enthusiast or just looking for a unique and relaxing experience, this is a must-visit.

Charmante und elegante Hotel, hervorragende Poolservice mit kaltem Champagner und anderen Getränken, ideales Poolwasser und leckere Küche im Restaurant (bester Escargot, den wir je gegessen haben) Ich danke dem Hotelpersonal (vor allem bei der Ankunft, wo die Frau, die uns empfangen hat, sehr sympathisch und effizient war) all das Personal, das uns mit viel Professionalität und gutem Stimmung in allen Bereichen des Hotels empfangen hat!

Sehr sauber und geräumig Hotel. Das Personal war super freundlich. Die Bar und das Restaurant sind bis Mitternacht offen, sie haben einen Snackshop. Das Frühstück war auch schön das Hotel ist geräumig und schön. Ich würde sicher zurückgehen, wenn ich in Reims wohne. Es ist jedoch nicht direkt im Stadtzentrum gelegen, aber zumindest ist es ruhig. Sie haben einen Parkplatz für diejenigen, die mit dem Auto kommen. Ich empfehle es

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Zentrums, ideal für einen Fußgängerbesichtigung. Der Bahnhof ist in der Nähe. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig, ein guter Empfang für das Hotelpersonal.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

Das Hotel liegt etwa 10 Minuten von der Kathedrale in der Nähe der Autobahn off-Ramp entfernt. Eincheckung war effizient und willkommen. Sie bot einen zusätzlichen Kupon für einen Champagner vor Ort mit einigen München im Lobby. Das Zimmer war gut Größe Europa. Aber ich würde das als 3-3.5 Star vs 4 Star Hotel betrachten, da das Endergebnis nur ein wenig belastend mit purpuren Themen, Wein, Trauben usw. ... Ich hätte gern ein Fitnessraum vorgezogen. Das Frühstück war großartig und eine große Auswahl. Ich würde zum Preis wieder in diesem Hotel bleiben.

Es war ein sehr sauberes und gut geschnittenes Zimmer. Auch das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Auch die Lage war sehr praktisch.

Check-in at Hôtel des Arcades was easy, and the staff were helpful, friendly and very welcoming, which made a good first impression. The room itself was fine, although it was warm. However, the bathroom was disappointing. Taking a shower felt a little like being in a caravan, with the curtain touching the toilet, and once the shower had been used the toilet area was wet. The door also did not close properly. Overall, the hotel could definitely do with some TLC. Given its location in such a great city, a few thoughtful touches, such as photographs or local artwork on the walls, would really help give the place more character and make it feel more connected to its surroundings.

Ich bin ein wenig auf meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Objekt entspannt. Eine Liter am oberen Rand, schöne Oberfläche des Zimmers. Aber Ausstattungsniveau.. Nichts. Kein Seifen in den Händlern, WC-Gläser mit halben Schleifen, sehr alt Mocket. Es scheint, als würden wir nichts tun, um den Kunden wieder zu bringen. Ich begrüße die Mitgefühl des Personals.
