Due to noise issues in the room I initially booked online, the understanding and experienced hotel staff promptly upgraded me to a fantastic Deluxe City View room. The presentations, gifts, and overall arrangement in the room were simply outstanding. I would also like to thank the concierge team for making reservations at all the restaurants and beach clubs.

HHeixiongsiwen這應該是我在法國旅遊期間住過最好的酒店，首先，前台接待特別好，我第一次碰見前台登記入住的專門離開工作崗位把我送到房間的，這是我在國外旅遊第一次碰到，而我竟然忘了給她小費。其次，酒店的環境特別好，有一個露天的泳池被酒店的房間包圍着，私密性很好，泳池的員工服務也特別好。房間設計得極其的棒，可能是專業設計師來設計的，不論是床品還是佈局，還是整個房間的背景佈置，都感覺非常舒服。再説説不太好的，第一就是在離店的時候多收了錢，所以千萬不能拿卡去做擔保，否則的話他們會收你兩次錢，寧願給現金做按金，這是我在他們這邊學到的一個經驗，後來為了要回這個錢，折騰了好長時間。第二就是他們的沙灘，並不像想象的這麼好，不是衹給酒店的客人，而是什麼人都可以進，而且沙灘床距離太近，躺在床上感覺跟別人睡在一張床上。

GGastnutzerGroßes kleines Hotel. Echt sauber. Leicht zu finden. Es ist ein Hügel so ein bisschen von einem Trek mit Gepäck, aber nur um 5-10 Minen nach Stadt, je nachdem, wo du hingehst (unterhalb des Hügels). Super freundliches Personal mit ausgezeichnetem Englisch. Das einzige negative war, dass wir im Boden waren, so dass es ein wenig Lärm gibt, wenn Menschen kommen und auskommen und das Frühstück wird vorbereitet und serviert, aber das störte uns nicht, als wir beide frühen Morgens auf- und abends waren.

Located In a quiet neighbourhood only 10 mins. easy drive to the beach and restaurants.
Beautiful oasis like pool in the back and relaxing jacuzzi and wet sauna.
Simple yet lovely continental breakfast was served in a room every morning.
Free indoors car parking.

GGastnutzerThe apartment was very well located near the town centre. The staff were lovely - good communication before we arrived and looked after us so well while we were there - checked us in early and looked after our bags after checkout on the final day before our evening trip back to the airport.
The accommodation was spacious - would easily have slept 4 if we'd used the sofa bed. Actually we hardly used the sitting room.
Everything was very clean and tidy - daily room service. The coffee machine in the kitchen was a bonus.
Plenty of cups and glasses - but no cutlery or plates, so although the kitchen area was set up for cooking, making a meal wouldn't have been easy. As we were only there for the weekend it wasn't an issue for us.
Reception is not 24 hours though it looked simple enough to get instructions for key safe etc for late arrivals. Very good security around access to the building.
It was expensive, but it was the film festival, so actually we were grateful to find any accommodation with vacancy for a late booking. Would definitely go back.

SShamin GholamiWe booked this place for the pools, the spa and the parking.
Upon arrival we were told the parking is full, we don't have breakfast although I showed proof in app and in my emails.
After getting to ”our room” we found it was already taken (there was an upon luggage on the bed) and we were informed someone got upgraded to our upper floor room with breakfast and we got their lower floor room (without breakfast, which would explain the initial confusion ).
They asked for a credit card for the mini fridge goods but our mini fridge was empty.
We didn't have enough towels and I literally had to bring them up myself.
The upper floor/outdoor pool (the oke in the first picture of the hotel) needs to be booked the same day and has 10 spots only with no booking limit per person and the spa/massages were fully booked (with only one 30min available at 7:15am and we are a couple) needless to say we didn't get to enjoy neither.
We used the sauna and there were no towels, although mandatory to use in the sauna as per their sign, no water to rehydrate and no water to pour on the stones for steam.
We didn't go to the indoor pool initially because of screaming/shouting kids although there were signs with instructions for a quiet and relaxing area.
Honestly, I feel like we were scammed 😪 would never stay again and really wished we booked another place especially given the wide variety of beautiful Hotels in the area.
Moreover the room didn't have a ceiling light but just ambience lamp, ours was constantly flickering so we turned it off and spent our time in the semi-darknes (room 325)..
The breakfast was good and the staff lovely, we interacted with Joao (upon arrival with the big mess up, he was very helpful and apologised many times), Manal and Nabil and they were all great and very helpful.

VVera_KalininaAusgezeichnetes Hotel, absolut keine Beanstandungen. Geräumige Zimmer, alle Annehmlichkeiten, hervorragendes Frühstück, günstige Lage und ein mehr als angemessener Preis. Hunde sind erlaubt, dürfen sich aber nicht im Frühstücksbereich aufhalten (unser Freund hat während unseres Frühstücks in seinem Zimmer geweint). Parken ist mit 20 Euro pro Nacht nicht gerade günstig.
