I really enjoy to stay in this hotel, located in the historical part of the city just below the castle (10 min walk to the gates). The room was very clean and comfortable, with a coffee machine- which was a very nice surprise 😃. The hosts are very friendly, giving recommendations on the restaurants and cafes nearby, always welcoming and ready to help. The breakfast is good! Breakfast location is so nice and cozy that I enjoyed just to sit there)) There is a bell tower nearby, so every hour you hear this time-bell, but it tolls only during the day and +100 points to the atmosphere Definitely recommend!

Gute Punkte : Superb Hotel ruhig und sauber, 200m vom Strand, neben der Fußgängerstraße mit allen Restaurants und Kaffee. Der Schwimmbad ist klein, aber genügend, um zu erfrischen. Schlechte Punkte : Einchecken 16:00 bis 20:00 Uhr. Auschecken 8am bis 11am ... Sie erhalten 19h max, aber Sie zahlen immer noch für die Eröffnung des Schwimmbads am Morgen, wenn Sie auschecken müssen. und wirklich zu wenig Parkplätze ..... in der Saison, Sie müssen sich in die Gegend wandeln, bis Sie Glück haben, einen zu finden. Room was comfortable, housekeeping actually really made the room! Some hotels have been so slacked at this, so it was a great surprise to come back to. Free parking, not far to walk to LA Cité. The bunk bed and single bed configuration was great for children.

I appreciate the accommodation here. Almost everything was perfect. Narbonne doesn't have a famous attraction, but it's a great place to quietly enjoy the view of southern France, but I couldn't, because my mother was sick. If my mother had a healthy body, we would have made more good memories. The way a sick person sees the world is bound to change. It is inevitable that the son's heart is given a perfect score to those who were kind to the sick mother and a zero score to those who were unkind.

We had Jean's room, which is spacious with a window facing the medieval city wall that is lit up at night. All the amenities are clean. You get a cup of champagne upon arrival and the breakfast is a communal experience as you fill the area with the other guests. I have already recommended this place to friends if they visit the city. Great ambiance for couples.

Wir haben keine Beratung erhalten, dass das Hotel nicht mit dem Auto zugänglich ist, so Satnav ist nicht hilfreich. Es war fast 9 Uhr, als wir den Flughafen 11 Minuten mit dem Auto verließen, aber wir kamen nicht bis 90 Minuten, innerhalb der verkehrsfreien Altstadt. Telefonanrufe an das Hotel (separate Telefone, mehrere Male) haben uns an eine Tesla Charging-Nummer (wir hatten ein VW Mietwagen|) oder ein Agent Immobilier angerufen. Wir kamen endlich in einen sicheren Hotelpark mit elektronischem Code-Zugang, ein junger Mann erschien, als er die Nacht verriegelt. Er sagte uns, wir hatten Glück, ihn dort zu finden. Wir parkierten und wurden von ihm über einen kreisförmigen und unwahrscheinlichen Weg durch die Festungen. Warum wurden wir nicht an diesen Park gerichtet und warum wurde dieses System nicht uns erklärt? Diabolisch!

The hotel was perfectly situated literally just outside the old city walls of Carcassonne. The rooms were very clean, tidy and well kept. The facilities were excellent at the hotel and the terrace was the perfect setting for ending the day with sundowners. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of taking a trip to Carcassonne.

Ample, free parking spaces, good spoken English at the front desk. Located next to a large supermarket. Rooms are clean and comfortably designed. We booked one night but ended up staying two. Cleaning service was very observant, noticing that we'd only been drinking the decaf coffee sachets provided and topping up extra of those. Nice, small details that help make the trip more comfortable. The hotel is around 30 minutes walk to Carcassonne castle. You can drive there in the evening and park outside the castle for free after dark - a highly recommended experience. Overall, this hotel is the perfect choice if you're like us: foreign visitors, travelling in France by car.

Alles gut, aber ein wenig schrecklich Lage, obwohl in der Nähe des Flughafens, 20 Euro Taxi vom Zentrum von Carcassone und 10 zum Flughafen. Kleiner Pool aber schön, es zu haben und Rauchen auch aus. Standard Doppelzimmer war gut, sauber, ausreichend. Und wir haben einen Duvet! Ein Licht, nur genau für das Wetter zu der Zeit. Service war gut, Frühstück war super. Ein bisschen betont, obwohl bei der unbegrenzten Zeit der Ankunft des Taxis am Flughafen am Morgen. Buchung von Rezeptor. Aber insgesamt gut und großartig! 👍
