TTongWe spent four unforgettable days and three nights at the Seda Club Hotel in Granada. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, with Ms. Martha providing a warm and welcoming reception that instantly made us feel at home.
The personalized check-in process with Martha was exceptional, complete with a welcome drink and detailed information about the hotel's offerings and local attractions. Her kindness, patience, and respectful demeanor left a lasting impression.
The breakfast crew, particularly Rafael, were outstanding. Despite attending to multiple tables, Rafael provided swift and efficient service. We also appreciated his exceptional service during dinner on one of the evenings.
Special mentions go to Pablo, who provided excellent service on our departure day, and Imma, who made our checkout process smooth and warm. The concierge team, who assisted us with our bags and escorted us to the taxi, were also noteworthy.
The staff at Seda Club Hotel truly made our stay special. Our beautifully decorated hotel room showcased evident thought and attention to detail in its design. Every corner of the room featured fine touches and small details that added to its charm.
One minor suggestion for improvement: the coffee and kettle cabinet was slightly cramped, and we were concerned that the steam from boiling water might affect the glass shelves and surrounding food.
Overall, our stay at the Seda Club Hotel was truly memorable, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking exceptional service and accommodations in Granada.

Bbjcuibao攜程上隨便搜的酒店，當時衹想着需要2個卧室，和孩子分房間住，；需要有停車位，其他都沒有仔細看。旅程臨近時候，又從其他國外大平台搜了一下這家酒店，發現是滿分10/10酒店，於是就沒有再變更預訂。
之前和酒店溝通很順暢，現在翻譯軟件很普及。自駕需要提前報備護照，駕駛員，車輛訊息。如果自駕的話，還是需要有西語/英文溝通能力的，自駕進老城區，尤其去地庫（圖2）非常有挑戰性。輕易不建議自駕去。
酒店位置出乎意料的好，就在老城最中心最繁華的地段，去主教堂，市政廳，逛街，吃飯都步行3-5分鐘以內。去阿爾罕布拉宮也不遠,但是都是山路，強烈建議打車！公交太慢，每人2歐，從酒店打車可以直接到正義之門，去納宮特別方便，3個人才7歐元。
酒店內部乾淨整潔舒適寬敞，就像網上介紹的一樣。入住全程都可以自助辦理，但是有問題可以隨時發短訊，打電話，服務人員非常熱情。
臨街的卧室有點吵,但也屬於可以接受的範疇。建議給客人準備耳塞。

ZZaidMy stay at Catalonia Granada was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well located — close to the city center and only a few minutes by car from the Alhambra Palace.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful, always ensuring guests’ comfort, and the breakfast was varied and delicious.
However, I have one small comment: the room I was given was located down a few steps, which was a bit inconvenient since I was traveling with a baby and a stroller, and I had to carry it every time I entered or left the room.
Overall, it’s a great hotel that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Granada, and I would definitely stay here again.

QQiruBeatiful hotel rooms are next to Alhambra Palace Hotel that you can walk to the gate of wine for a few hundred meters Alhambra attractions. Excellent room view of the whole Granada city (You need book city view rooms). Espresso machine and electric kettle in room to make coffee or team. The best breakfast in our entire two week Europe trip!

이이다혀Die Lage des Hotels war so gut. Es war sehr bequem zu Fuß zu gehen. Die Zimmer wurden zugewiesen Zimmer 402, aber 1.2 ging auf den dritten Stock durch einen separaten Aufzug im Inneren Lobby und ging zurück zum ersten Stock durch Steppe. Ich musste hochgehen ㅠㅠ Ich konnte nicht reibungslos mit dem Lobbypersonal kommunizieren, also war ich ein Transporter im Lobby und ging halb sofort runter und wurde nicht beunruhigt.. Es ist nur zehn Schritte im Lobby, aber bitte erzählen Sie mir direkt. ㅠㅠ Ich denke, der Führer war unzureichend. Und es war zu kalt während meiner zwei Nächte bleiben.. Der Temperaturunterschied zwischen Innen- und Außenbereich hielt das Wasser auf den Fenstern, und die Lachenluft war so kalt, dass ich nicht schlafen konnte. Das Badezimmer war zu kalt, also als ich am Morgen zum Bad ging, schreckte ich. Andererseits war der Wasserdruck stark, so das heiße Wasser kam gut aus. Es war nicht eine Alhambra-Aussicht, sondern der Hof außerhalb des Zimmers? Ich ging für eine Weile zum Rauchbereich der Terrasse und konnte die kathedrale Aussicht sehen.

KKuailedehalaanDas Hotel hat eine günstige Lage im Zentrum von Granada, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und des Busbahnhofs. Die Kathedrale von Granada liegt direkt vor dem Hotel und der Alhambra-Palast ist etwa 20 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Aussichtsplattform kann auch zu Fuß erreicht werden. Das Zimmer ist alt, aber sauber und der Preis ist angemessen.

1. Am Haupteingang gibt es nur Treppen, keine Anleitung, den Seiteneingang zu benutzen, wenn man schweres Gepäck hat. Das Personal hilft einem nicht einmal und weist einen auch nicht an, den Seiteneingang über den Parkplatz zu benutzen. Ich weiß es nur, wenn ich frage. Und sie können deutlich sehen, dass wir zwei große Gepäckstücke tragen.
2. Das Personal ist nicht freundlich, man fühlt sich überhaupt nicht willkommen. Das Zimmer ist nur durchschnittlich. Es gibt keine Restaurants/Supermärkte in der Nähe.

GGastnutzerThis Aparthotel was in an absolutely perfect location and easily accessible to the main sites of Granada. The communication with the customer support was excellent and it was easy to check in and out or get an early check in for an additional cost. The app was really useful as I could check in that way and had a note of my entrance key in case I forgot the number. The facilities, cleanliness and little extras provided such as water, coffee and crisps were really appreciated after a day of travel. The studio I was in was absolutely gorgeous, modern, clean and whilst in the centre of the town, quiet, so I could get a good night's sleep. The only thing that was a slight disappointment was that I booked the apartment thinking I would be getting a view of the town/square, but I did have balcony views over the balconies and into the apartments of the identical building directly in front of me. So, no view to speak of, but I didn't spend much time in the apartment as there was plenty to do in Granada. Overall, 4/5 for the experience and will be staying in the Libere again when next travelling to Spain.
