I've been around the world. Born in London. I'm Greek Cypriot, so I'm always in Cyprus. I'm living in Florida, so I'm used to top-end hotels. And I'm here. This hotel is a classic. It's perfect. It's everything you want with some sense of tradition and a bit of old school. The staff are amazing. The facility is wonderfully laid out. The cleanliness of food. Considering it's a busy place, it's well laid out. Even the gym, the diving, the cycling, higher that you can do at a professional level or an amateur level. You've got top-end bikes that you can cycle higher from here. It's right opposite the shops. It's perfect. For the money, you can't get better.

Frühstücksreiches Standardzimmer. Die Eltern wohnen auf dem Balkon mit einer großen runden Badewanne. Vierköpfige Familie. Großartig. Es gibt einen Pool. Es gibt einen Strand. Kinder haben Spaß. Der unbesiegbare Meerblick ist einfach nur wow ~~~

It's a very nice accomodation for families with small children. The beds were hard but the rest of the accommodation and park was amazing. We were in the family area in a senior family suite and this was renovated/looked very nice. The all inclusive is as good as can be expected from all inclusive. They have around 5 themes in the restaurants so the variety of the food is good. The quality of the food as well. The only things that would make it even better would be a slide of some sort and maybe a small pool bar by the family area. It's only a 2 minute walk to the main pool bar, but if also have to keep an eye on the kids;)

Hotel zlokalizowany jest zaraz obok przystanku autobusowego jadącego z Maspalomas w przeciwnym kierunku należy dojść do centrum Puerto Rico. W odległości 5 min spacerem znajduje się kilka restauracji i dobrze wyposażony supermarket Dino. Codzienne sprzątanie. Wygodne łózka. Fajny basen z lekko podgrzewaną wodą. W czasie zameldowania obowiązkowa kaucja wpłacona gotówką zwracana od razu w czasie wymeldowania.

We booked this hotel as we needed an extra night before checking into our main holiday. Pleasantly surprised at how lovely this place was. We had a pool level room with a huge terrace, very clean, well maintained. The only downside was only the bedroom had air conditioning and as we used the sofa bed (very comfortable) as well it was a really hot night! Excellent y friendly service and the buffet breakfast was lovely. But a long walk and multiple lifts … but wow the view from up top was incredble. We would definitely stay here again

Lovely hotel. Very clean and bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. Only 10 mins to the beach ( but you do need to climb 100 steps, but I don’t think you can escape that if you stay in Peurto Rico!!) and about the same distance to the shopping centre where all the restaurants are. A great holiday and would return.

Everything was good, loads of choice for the food. The entertainment team was working very hard, all the staffs were very friendly, suitable for families with young kids.

Wir hatten einen 4-Tages-Ruhepause in diesem Hotel und liebten die hohen Aussichten, die die Bucht überblickten. Der Pool war für Februar schön warm und die Einrichtungen waren groß, das Hotel war klein genug, dass wir nicht über unsere 8-jährigen Abfahrt und Freunde etc. zu besorgen. Es hatte ein sehr entspanntes Gefühl, es gab genug Sonnenunterkünfte und das Solarium-Bereich war auch für zusätzliches Sonnenbad groß. Die Lage war großartig - obwohl es ein sehr starker Spaziergang vom Strand/Hafen und dem Hauptgeschäftszentrum war, bevorzugten wir das kleinere Europa-Zentrum, das eine 5-minütige Spaziergang war - schöne Bars und Restaurants und ein offenes Mittelbereich mit kostenfreiem Soft Play, die das Kinder genossen. Würde definitiv als einfache, gute wertvolle Option für Familien empfehlen.

Unterkunft sauber als guter Zustand, Poolbereiche gut, Frühstück zweit bis keine,Lift guter Service auf der Hauptbusroute, Personal sehr freundlich
