We booked this hotel as we needed an extra night before checking into our main holiday.
Pleasantly surprised at how lovely this place was. We had a pool level room with a huge terrace, very clean, well maintained. The only downside was only the bedroom had air conditioning and as we used the sofa bed (very comfortable) as well it was a really hot night!
Excellent y friendly service and the buffet breakfast was lovely. But a long walk and multiple lifts … but wow the view from up top was incredble.
We would definitely stay here again

Arrived on Monday evening with Jet2 holidays, this is Saturday,. Check in very smooth, always nice to be recognised as a return guest. Told us we’d get wine delivered to room the next day as is usual, still waiting! A bottle of wine isn’t important but why say it and not do it? Paid a bit more for Royal Suites, they are nicely furnished and have very comfortable beds. Disappointed that the pool isn’t open as was looking forward to a peaceful pool. No one from Jet2 advised of this, check in didn’t tell us either, no notices anywhere only found out when we arrived on 5th floor to find the door locked. A couple of days later asked at royal reception if the pool would be open any time soon and the only answer was “No”! As usual the apartment complex is lovely and clean, staff very pleasant and the balconies and position of complex in the resort makes up for a lot. We will be back soon

We've been coming to the terrazamar on and of for about 17 years and we have never been disappointed,we always go self catering but all inclusive is available,there's loads of room around the pools,very near the commercial center and about 10 minute to the beach highly recommended from us

As usual great facilities and great staff who always go beyond there limits. Just around the corner from the commercial centre, restaurants and bars. The place is great for families, solo travellers. Lovely pool bar with a good choice of meals. The balconies are a great size.

Hotel located close to the local shops and shopping centre loads of restaurants to choose from. To get access you will need to navigate a lot of steps there are lifts but bear this in mind. The locals are very friendly and there is no pressure from people trying to get you buy or eat in restaurants. The beach is only a short 10min walk away and it’s less than 10 euros for a sun lounger and brolly. The Tipsy Bee cocktail bar is definitely worth a visit. All in all a good place to go with the family would definitely recommend.

Returned on the 11th July from our annual 2 week holiday - our 8th time staying here. Booked direct with hotel and paid for high floor - was allocated room on floor 9. Given that it's our 8th time here its fair to say we love the hotel. Clean spacious apartment for a family of 4. Free Air Con and Wifi. Central location with easy access to Mogan Mall and Commercial Centre. Wonderful staff from reception, onsite bakery, onsite shop, lifeguards and pool bar staff. Pool bar menu very reasonable as well as food from bakery to take away. Cocktails at pool bar were fab. We love this place and love how not one member of staff passes without a hello or an acknowledgement. For first time this year our kids ventured to kids club and had the best time with lots of fun activities. Can't wait to be back next year

Another amazing 2 weeks at our favourite hotel.. We stopped in the sun suite royal for the first time with a huge jacuzzi, complimentary slippers, dressing gown and extra pool towels, beer, wine and water in the fridge. Huge balcony and beautiful view, we were room 3411 on the very top floor. First year we have booked breakfast, great selection, everything from an English fry up to pancakes, fresh fruit, continental breakfast aswell, omelettes and pancakes cooked fresh to order. Lifts are a godsend down to the bottom floor straight out onto the commercial centre. Staff extremely helpful, especially the waiters at breakfast. Pool bar great value for money. Already booked to come back in January.
