Ich habe viele Male in Hilton Cairo Heliopolis geblieben, und ich liebe Hilton-Eigenschaften, wohin ich gehe. Ich habe gerade nach einem Nachtaufenthalt in Hilton Corniche Alexandria geprüft. Dieser Aufenthalt war dazu bestimmt, uns zu helfen, zu entscheiden, welches Hotel für die verbleibenden 13 Nächte unserer Reise reservieren soll. Leider war Hilton Alexandria für uns nicht die richtige Wahl. Das Hotel selbst ist schön und erfüllt die physischen Standards, die Sie von Hilton erwartet hätten. Allerdings war die Personalerfahrung die schlimmste, die ich jemals bei jeder Hilton-Eigenschaft hatte. Die Eincheckung war sehr langsam und keine Informationen wurden überhaupt bereitgestellt. Wir entdeckten nur, dass das Hotel durch einen Unfall zu einem Strand zugegriffen hatte. Im Buffet war der Service extrem langsam, mit Bestellungen entweder fehlen oder falsch. Ich habe nach Abreise das getan, was ich immer tue: Ich habe die Empfangsbestätigung gefordert, um den Ausflug zu bestätigen und sicherzustellen, dass es keine ausgezeichnete Balance gab. Ich wurde mir klar gesagt, dass alles abgewickelt wurde und dass wir frei sind, zu verlassen. Nachdem wir das Hotel verlassen hatten, fuhr ein Dieb nach mir und meiner Frau in der Straße und bat uns, zurückzukehren, weil sie „sagten, sie wollten reden. „ Wir wurden nur zurückgebracht, um von einem Rezeption Mitarbeiter (Frau, dunkle Haare, Brille) zu erzählen, wie ich trotz der Anrufe zu dem Büro kommen sollte. Es gab keine Frage, keine Balance, und nichts zu lösen she lehrte mich einfach und dann lass uns gehen. Das war unnötig, unprofessionell und ehrlich gesagt beledigend. Sie hätte sich das Zimmergleichgewicht leicht überprüfen können, statt uns in einer so billigen und beschämenden Weise zurückzurufen.

It was incredible time staying in Galaxy Hostel. I have so many great memories from this experience. When I was ill from food poisoning owner Charlie gave me medicine and the even cooked me a soup and some drink from poisoning. I feel myself like in home there, I guess that’s the most highly rating. Everybody was really nice to me and I felt so good there! I can’t even describe how good that hostel is! If you want to stay in Alexandria that’s for sure perfect place for you. Thanks everybody I’m really glad that I was able to live there

I trully enjoyed my stay. Amazing hospitality, and services. Perfect location and views. Very relaxing.I particulary loved the breacfast outstanding selections. Im certain I will be returning.

The apartments are clean. We stayed for one night; special thanks to the reception; they facilitated the check-in for us Note: The beach related to the hotel not included into the appartment price, you have to pay extra fees per each person

Exactly as described. Had an amazing time at the Property, beautiful ocean view, close shops nearby, and a beautiful beach. Amro is an awesome man, was there for anything we needed. We explored Alexandria and stayed here turned out perfectly, would gladly come again!
