Romance Alexandria Hotel

Die Buchung ist einfach und die Lage ist gut

Food is great, my room is clean. All in All my stay was great, But i dont like their hotel policy, you cannot accept your friends to stay in a while into your room

The view from the room is amazing, the breakfast is rich and has variety. The location is great. Everything was fine. I recommend it.

Good stay and friendly staff

Had a wonderful time. Seaview room. Breakfast and dinner was lovely. The staff was professional and friendly. Love every moment of my stay

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional in every sense. The room was impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, reflecting great attention to detail and providing a very comfortable and relaxing environment. The level of service was outstanding—highly professional, prompt, and consistently attentive. The team was available around the clock, always ready to assist with genuine warmth and care, which greatly enhanced the overall experience. The food was of excellent quality—fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with great care and attention. I would especially like to extend my sincere appreciation to Mr. Mohamed, Ms. Nabila, and Mr. Hashem for their exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and dedication. Their efforts truly made a lasting impression. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience that reflects the highest standards of quality and comfort. The hotel is undoubtedly worth every pound spent. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and refined stay, and I very much look forward to returning in the future. Many thanks

Great location and professional friendly staff. From the start of entering the hotel with the bellman Eassam to the front desk staff as well the restaurant staff.Keep up the great hospitality 👍

I’m not satisfied with that particular service ,it’s my first time as a guest hotel, the hotel is charging the guest parking can you share with the hotel manner asking where the guest of their hotel is to park his / her car !!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When I arrived, I was told that my reservation had been “accidentally cancelled,” and I ended up waiting for over an hour just to get my room. After reading the Google reviews, it seems I’m not the only one, other guests had the same issue and were even sent to another lower-quality hotel. Although I eventually got the room I originally booked, they never informed me that valet parking costs 300 EGP, and I was only told about the charge during checkout. Charging 300 EGP for parking in Egypt is honestly ridiculous. Overall, the stay was frustrating and poorly managed. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
