AAnonymer BenutzerWe stayed here because it is close to Dinghu Mountain (about 20 min) and were happy with our choice. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was also very good. The staff does not speak English but they were able to communicate using a translating app, everything worked out great. There are lots of restaurants & shops within walking distance.

Das Haus ist groß, und beide können schlafen.
Es ist sehr nah am Speisemarkt, morgens gehen und einen früheren kaufen, einen Wassernuss kaufen, die Küche kann sich selbst DIY, das Gefühl, zu reisen
Kleine Jungs mögen es.
Der Chef ist sehr nett ～ Nächstes Mal wiederkommen

The hotel itself is spotless, with rooms that are always kept clean, comfortable, and well stocked with water, toiletries, and all the essentials. The staff are exceptionally warm and attentive — they go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed and cared for throughout your stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the fresh fruits provided in my room and the mooncakes they gave me to take home.
The location is another highlight. Just across the street is a beautiful park, perfect for exercising, taking peaceful walks, or simply sitting and observing daily local life. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and charming, giving you a real sense of peace and security. Convenience stores and restaurants are nearby, and in the evenings, the streets come alive with small food stalls offering authentic Chinese flavors — a delightful way to experience local culture.
Overall, Vienna Hotel in Zhaoqing exceeded my expectations. With its cleanliness, excellent service, welcoming staff, and ideal location, it offers both comfort and a genuine sense of connection to the community. I would absolutely love to return and stay here again.

GGastnutzerWould have all been okay, except for the fact that we deliberately spent quite some time looking for hotels where we can explicitly book non-smoking rooms. But as we were inside, we clearly smelled cigarette smoke coming in. We realised it is coming in from the toilet ventilation system. The smell was unbearable so we went down to reception to let them know. But their reply was super incompetent, saying “oh right, I will send someone up with some air freshener”. We then told her that this will not solve the issue, and she said she will ask for the ventilator to also be checked. By the time we got up clearly someone had already been there as the whole room was then swimming in citrus air freshener. It was almost worse than the cigarette smell if that is possible. We then had to open all doors and windows trying to breathe and since it was late and we had no energy to try and complain and then move rooms still, we had to sleep in that all. Of course in the morning we again woke up to cigarette smoke drafting in, and we immediately checked out and went to find another hotel. Would never stay with the City Comfort Inn again.

GGastnutzerThere was a bit of messing around with the rooms when we arrived, but in the end we stayed in the room we originally booked. The room was like a full apartment with its own conservatory area, which we thought lovely. The highlight though was the location and view just outside though, the ginormous city park right across the street. It was all beautiful, we had a lovely coffee next to the water in the sun in the morning and the owner then took us in by car to discover the city center. At the end the owner again drove us with our suitcases to the train station. We absolutely loved our stay here.
Only downside I would say were the single use towels, which first of all were not very effective, secondly a horrible waste for the environment.
(On an additional small note regarding rooms, if you fear that guests would not like the cheapest room and insist they upgrade, you’re making the impression of having misled the guest during booking. We personally would have loved it, but we’re quite surprised to have it downplayed for us on arrival that it is too small and too loud. It was not too loud and size was good, perhaps a small cleaning to the windows and an upgrade in interior design could do the place good).

Von der Einreise in den Hallen, zeigt das Personal eine professionelle und enthusiastische Haltung. Während der Einreise stellt das Spielfeld in der Umgebung vor, und es aktualisiert die High-Etage-Besichtigungsräume intim und gibt die Details voll. Das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber und überraschend, die Bettwaren weich und die Haut weich, und sofort erleichtert die Reisen. Die Nachtszene außerhalb des Fensters ist noch unerwarteter. Die Wäschetrockenheit ist vernünftig und ist von der Qualität der Badegegenstände online, und die Lieferung von Warmwasser ist stabil und schnell. Das Personal hat auch die Initiative ergriffen, um das Gepäck zu entnehmen, und der gesamte Service ist intim und stört nicht. LLoves TravelZhaoqing ist zwar ein schöner Ort, der Transport von Kaiping dort zu erreichen war praktisch nicht vorhanden. Wir haben fast die Idee von Besuch abgeschafft, bis wir festgestellt haben, dass wir überfahren und auf einen Bus von Jiangmen wechseln können. Leider haben wir auch einen weiteren Schlag am Busbahnhof von Zhaoqing getroffen, weil es keinen öffentlichen Verkehr zum 7 Star Crags-Bereich, wo das Hotel liegt. Aber die schöne Frau Besitzer kam zum Rettungsdienst und holte uns auf. Wie cool ist das? Die Dame Boss ist zweit bis niemand. Sie war äußerst hilfreich - schlägt Orte für Lebensmittel und Attraktionen und sogar die Bestellung, sie zu tun. Sicherlich ist der beste Teil hier zu bleiben.
Aber auch ihr Homestay ist großartig. Es ist sehr gut vor dem schönen berühmten See gelegen, so dass wir Sonnenuntergang und Sonnenaufgang Szenen leicht erfassen können.
In Rückblick hätten wir mindestens eine Nacht verblieben haben sollen. Vielleicht treffen wir uns wieder?
