Hotels in Zhaoqing mit Parkplatz

Note: This is a repeat review as I extended my stay through Trip. Location: 15mins drive from Zhaoqing city, which is 35mins bullet train ride from GZ south station. Located in a village 250m from Dinghushan mountain, the area's main scenic attraction with waterfall, temple and lush greenery. Steps from food and local shopping. Service: One of the best in GZ. Owner couple were extremely friendly and helpful. Treated me to lunch and drop me off to town on last day. I extended a day due to the mountain being closed off due to typhoon and have no regrets. Cleanliness: Clean and smoke free. Entire hotel was spick and span. Room: Neat, good size and everything you need is available. The toilet and automation features compare well with more expensive hotels. Value: Good price. Worth it. Highly recommended if you want local experience, clean rooms and friendly owners. Facilities: Washing machine only. Key considerations: Wifi, hot shower, air-con and friendly service. All passed with high marks. Cons: 5 stories and I stayed in 2nd level. No lifts and can be a problem for elderly folks.

We stayed here because it is close to Dinghu Mountain (about 20 min) and were happy with our choice. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was also very good. The staff does not speak English but they were able to communicate using a translating app, everything worked out great. There are lots of restaurants & shops within walking distance.

Das Hotel ist sehr neu und alle Einrichtungen sind schick! Die Vorhänge öffnen sich automatisch, sobald Sie den Raum betreten. Auch die Klimaanlage ist sehr komfortabel Vom Balkon aus kann man den Feuchtgebietspark sehen. Die Aussicht ist sehr gut Das für den Check-in zuständige Personal in der Lobby im zweiten Stock ist sehr professionell. sehr höflich Fähigkeit, Gästen zu einer angenehmen Reise zu verhelfen Für Touristen ist die Betreuung an der Rezeption sehr wichtig Ich bin dem Lobbykellner für seine Professionalität sehr dankbar Was die Ausstattung angeht, ist der Wasserdruck im Badezimmer sehr ausreichend und die Umgebung ist komfortabel und sauber. Das Parken auf dem Parkplatz ist sehr bequem und kostenlos! Werde beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

Großer Platz und der Vordertisch war super freundlich. Der junge Mann am Abend gab uns auch eine große Empfehlung für den Rostpfeffer. Einen Punkt von der Reinigung zu becken, weil die nichtraucherzimmer noch etwas wie Rauch stinken, aber sonst groß.

Room is huge, tub is clean and comfortable. The bed is kind of soft, didn't get good sleep. There's a wedding in the morning so super noisy. Location is super good just by the lake. Shower is great

Truly excellent service from the Front Desk staff on duty when we checked in on 6/1/26 afternoon & checked out on 8/1/26 morning. The staff were very informative, helpful, polite & warm. Makes me smile when I think of them. The 3 staff gave the best Front Desk service in our 10-day trip in Guangdong. Comfortable rooms with windows. A well-equipped & designed laundry room. A cosy, quiet courtyard. We appreciated the pot of refreshing hot tea (a soothing & tasty combination of red dates, tangerine peel & jasmine leaves, I think) at the front lobby. Such a thoughtful & kind gesture indeed. We will stay at White Swan Guest House again when we return to Zhaoqing next year. To the Hotel Management & the 3 wonderfully warm Front Desk staff whom we think of fondly, a Big Thank You 🙏🏻🌹🙏🏻.

Would have all been okay, except for the fact that we deliberately spent quite some time looking for hotels where we can explicitly book non-smoking rooms. But as we were inside, we clearly smelled cigarette smoke coming in. We realised it is coming in from the toilet ventilation system. The smell was unbearable so we went down to reception to let them know. But their reply was super incompetent, saying “oh right, I will send someone up with some air freshener”. We then told her that this will not solve the issue, and she said she will ask for the ventilator to also be checked. By the time we got up clearly someone had already been there as the whole room was then swimming in citrus air freshener. It was almost worse than the cigarette smell if that is possible. We then had to open all doors and windows trying to breathe and since it was late and we had no energy to try and complain and then move rooms still, we had to sleep in that all. Of course in the morning we again woke up to cigarette smoke drafting in, and we immediately checked out and went to find another hotel. Would never stay with the City Comfort Inn again.

Sehr freundlich und nett Personal Ein fantastisches Bett Sehr modern, sauber und großes Zimmer Ein fantastisches Bett Es ist ein paar Minuten zu Fuß von einigen verschiedenen Mahlzeiten Aber es hat ein fantastisches Bett. Insgesamt sehr glücklich mit meinem Aufenthalt, ein schönes Hotel.

There was a bit of messing around with the rooms when we arrived, but in the end we stayed in the room we originally booked. The room was like a full apartment with its own conservatory area, which we thought lovely. The highlight though was the location and view just outside though, the ginormous city park right across the street. It was all beautiful, we had a lovely coffee next to the water in the sun in the morning and the owner then took us in by car to discover the city center. At the end the owner again drove us with our suitcases to the train station. We absolutely loved our stay here. Only downside I would say were the single use towels, which first of all were not very effective, secondly a horrible waste for the environment. (On an additional small note regarding rooms, if you fear that guests would not like the cheapest room and insist they upgrade, you’re making the impression of having misled the guest during booking. We personally would have loved it, but we’re quite surprised to have it downplayed for us on arrival that it is too small and too loud. It was not too loud and size was good, perhaps a small cleaning to the windows and an upgrade in interior design could do the place good).

It’s quite okay, it’s cheap, just the room a little bit small, and a few disturbances from neighbors, otherwise other stuffs were ok
