We stayed here because it is close to Dinghu Mountain (about 20 min) and were happy with our choice. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was also very good. The staff does not speak English but they were able to communicate using a translating app, everything worked out great. There are lots of restaurants & shops within walking distance.

Auch die Klimaanlage ist sehr komfortabel Vom Balkon aus kann man den Feuchtgebietspark sehen. Die Aussicht ist sehr gut Das für den Check-in zuständige Personal in der Lobby im zweiten Stock ist sehr professionell. sehr höflich Fähigkeit, Gästen zu einer angenehmen Reise zu verhelfen Für Touristen ist die Betreuung an der Rezeption sehr wichtig Ich bin dem Lobbykellner für seine Professionalität sehr dankbar Was die Ausstattung angeht, ist der Wasserdruck im Badezimmer sehr ausreichend und die Umgebung ist komfortabel und sauber. Das Parken auf dem Parkplatz ist sehr bequem und kostenlos! Werde beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

My stay at the Vienna Hotel in Zhaoqing was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is spotless, with rooms that are always kept clean, comfortable, and well stocked with water, toiletries, and all the essentials. The staff are exceptionally warm and attentive — they go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed and cared for throughout your stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the fresh fruits provided in my room and the mooncakes they gave me to take home. The location is another highlight. Just across the street is a beautiful park, perfect for exercising, taking peaceful walks, or simply sitting and observing daily local life. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and charming, giving you a real sense of peace and security. Convenience stores and restaurants are nearby, and in the evenings, the streets come alive with small food stalls offering authentic Chinese flavors — a delightful way to experience local culture. Overall, Vienna Hotel in Zhaoqing exceeded my expectations. With its cleanliness, excellent service, welcoming staff, and ideal location, it offers both comfort and a genuine sense of connection to the community. I would absolutely love to return and stay here again.

Bequeme Lage, etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Jademarkt. Zimmer ist sauber und geräumig. Anständiges chinesisches Frühstück. Das Empfangspersonal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir erhalten eine Stunde Verlängerung für die Abfrage, was ein Plus ist. Realwert für Geld. Ich werde sicher wiederkommen.

Location is close to 7 Craig Lake. But far walk to the main shopping district. Friendly staff, very clean. If the pool was active it would be a 5/5. Would recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a family room made up of two connected rooms, which was spacious enough for our needs, though it only had one toilet. The hotel is centrally located with plenty of eateries nearby, making it very convenient for meals. However, on the third day of our stay, the toilet bowl became badly clogged and could not be flushed after use. The hotel did send staff up to clear the blockage, but it was still quite inconvenient, especially for a family room with only one bathroom.

Truly excellent service from the Front Desk staff on duty when we checked in on 6/1/26 afternoon & checked out on 8/1/26 morning. The staff were very informative, helpful, polite & warm. Makes me smile when I think of them. The 3 staff gave the best Front Desk service in our 10-day trip in Guangdong. Comfortable rooms with windows. A well-equipped & designed laundry room. A cosy, quiet courtyard. We appreciated the pot of refreshing hot tea (a soothing & tasty combination of red dates, tangerine peel & jasmine leaves, I think) at the front lobby. Such a thoughtful & kind gesture indeed. We will stay at White Swan Guest House again when we return to Zhaoqing next year. To the Hotel Management & the 3 wonderfully warm Front Desk staff whom we think of fondly, a Big Thank You 🙏🏻🌹🙏🏻.

Das erste Mal, dass ich in der Volkshalle wohne, fühlt sich sehr gut an, alles, was ich will, das Zimmer ist wie Fotos, die Landschaft des Sees ist sehr schön, die Tür ist am See und es ist sehr bequem zu Fuß am See.

There was a bit of messing around with the rooms when we arrived, but in the end we stayed in the room we originally booked. The room was like a full apartment with its own conservatory area, which we thought lovely. The highlight though was the location and view just outside though, the ginormous city park right across the street. It was all beautiful, we had a lovely coffee next to the water in the sun in the morning and the owner then took us in by car to discover the city center. At the end the owner again drove us with our suitcases to the train station. We absolutely loved our stay here. Only downside I would say were the single use towels, which first of all were not very effective, secondly a horrible waste for the environment. (On an additional small note regarding rooms, if you fear that guests would not like the cheapest room and insist they upgrade, you’re making the impression of having misled the guest during booking. We personally would have loved it, but we’re quite surprised to have it downplayed for us on arrival that it is too small and too loud. It was not too loud and size was good, perhaps a small cleaning to the windows and an upgrade in interior design could do the place good).

Zhaoqing ist zwar ein schöner Ort, der Transport von Kaiping dort zu erreichen war praktisch nicht vorhanden. Wir haben fast die Idee von Besuch abgeschafft, bis wir festgestellt haben, dass wir überfahren und auf einen Bus von Jiangmen wechseln können. Leider haben wir auch einen weiteren Schlag am Busbahnhof von Zhaoqing getroffen, weil es keinen öffentlichen Verkehr zum 7 Star Crags-Bereich, wo das Hotel liegt. Aber die schöne Frau Besitzer kam zum Rettungsdienst und holte uns auf. Wie cool ist das? Die Dame Boss ist zweit bis niemand. Sie war äußerst hilfreich - schlägt Orte für Lebensmittel und Attraktionen und sogar die Bestellung, sie zu tun. Sicherlich ist der beste Teil hier zu bleiben. Aber auch ihr Homestay ist großartig. Es ist sehr gut vor dem schönen berühmten See gelegen, so dass wir Sonnenuntergang und Sonnenaufgang Szenen leicht erfassen können. In Rückblick hätten wir mindestens eine Nacht verblieben haben sollen. Vielleicht treffen wir uns wieder?
