There is a big traditional market near the bus terminal. Fruits are very cheap. The market people and the taxi drivers were all nice However, I don't think there are many foreigners visiting this area. There were many places where I couldn't use Alipay. If you are a foreigner, prepare cash for stores that do not use Alipay. And foreigners who were not fluent in Chinese felt it was too difficult to know the existence or running time of the bus connecting Wumao Tulin and Yuanmou. I visited the bus terminal on the afternoon of the 21st and asked the male employee there what time the bus to Wumao Tulin was. But he ignored the questions we asked, and even if we showed him a Chinese sentence, he ignored them. Fortunately, a kind lady who was passing by helped us, so we got information that there was a 9:20 departure bus, but we didn't get information about the bus time from Wumao Tulin to Yuanmou before she left. We gave up our Tulin trip, canceled the train ticket we booked, and went back to Kunming early in the morning on the 22nd. If you are sightseeing by taxi, visit this area right away. Use one of the taxis in line in front of the high-speed rail station. If you are a foreign tourist who plans to use the bus like us, please visit this area after getting the information in advance so as not to waste it.
