GGastnutzerDie Umgebung des Hotels ist sehr ruhig und eignet sich zum Ausruhen und Entspannen. Service: Jindus Service ist so gut wie eh und je. Aufgrund der Akklimatisierung hatten wir an diesem Tag einen Luftbefeuchter und Honiglimonade für uns vorbereitet, wodurch wir die Wärme eines fremden Landes spüren konnten. Lage: Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, direkt im Zentrum von Yiwu, in der Nähe beliebter Geschäftsviertel. Essen: Auch das Frühstück gefällt mir, es ist sehr international, die Gerichte sind exquisit, die Umgebung ist sehr gut und auch der Service ist sehr feinfühlig. Ausstattung: Es sieht sehr neu aus. Man sagt, dass es sich um ein etabliertes lokales Hotel handelt, das seit mehr als 20 Jahren geöffnet ist und letztes Jahr renoviert wurde. Wir sehen uns wieder!

GGastnutzerThe hotel itself is good for its price. The receptionist are nice, but people are smoking everywhere. We ordered non-smoking room and eventhough the room itself was maybe non-smoking, when other guests were smoking in rooms above or below, the smoke carried through the pipes and filled up our room. It smelled horrible, to the extend we couldn't bare it.
After telling the reception, the lady tried to help us and talked to the security guy to go and check it but he was rude, laughed at us, said that there I s no smell anywhere and just being obnoxious.
The toilet also smelled bad with some string chemicals, the security dude said it's no problem he will bring some perfumes and laugh at us again. Generally it took about 45 minutes really late in the night to solve that simple problem, and instead just moving us to the other part of the building as we suggested it was back and forth. The security guy wasn't helping and I think it was the rudest person I've met in China so far.
We had to change room three times and only after third time the smell was gone.
Generally, the ladies at the reception are lovely, hotel is decent enough for its price, rooms are clean, coffee is terrible, it smells like cigarettes everywhere and the security guy is a uneducated douchebag. Your choice to make!

The chair was broken with slanting back and unable to adjust, after complaining the chair was fixed with adjustable, the back is still slanting and might fall down if user did not aware of it.

However, during the winter season, the air conditioning system operates through central ventilation, so only heating is available. The bedroom windows cannot be opened, which made the room feel stuffy, and I had to request a fan for better airflow.
In addition, some amenities were not provided in the room and had to be requested from the staff.
As for breakfast, there was a reasonable variety of options, and the taste was acceptable.

📍Nice location, you can go to Yiwu International Trade City District 1 by just walking through the underground tunnel, it's very convenient and easy. There're many shops, restaurants, and night market near the hotel, all in walking distance.
🛏️Clean and no odor inside the room, the room is big and bathroom is clean, the bed is very comfy. There is also a big wardrobe that you can put many stuffs inside.
🥪Breakfast has variety and all delicious, I love it!
🤵🏻♀️🤵🏻The front desk and staffs are very helpful and quick response for any requirement. When I felt sick, 漫庭大叔 also went to hospital with me and provided all necessary assistance to make sure I'm ok and back to my return flight safely. This is literally beyond expectation and I deeply appreciate him and this hotel for taking care of the guest at this level of the service. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Das Einzige ist, dass der Raum etwas klein ist, da sich nur die Hälfte des Fensters am Fußende befindet. Die Schalldämmung des Zimmers ist schlecht, man hört das Flüstern neben sich. GGastnutzerWir hatten ein kleines gelbes Enten-Eltern-Kind-Zimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig und die Kinder waren sehr zufrieden. Auch der Hotelservice ist sehr gut und das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig. Nicole Jinny Mandy ist sehr nett. Als ich meine Kleidung nach dem Auschecken im Zimmer ließ, wurde ich so schnell wie möglich benachrichtigt und nach Hause zurückgeschickt. Ein sehr zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt

My room was very spacious and clean, much more generous in size than I expected. The smart controls were a nice modern touch, and the bed was comfortable with good linens.
A really thoughtful detail? They provide a foot soak tub right in the room. And after spending hours walking through the massive trade center, I totally understood why. Your feet will thank you.
However, do note that around 5pm, the noise from car horns outside gets pretty loud, especially if your room faces the street. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to request a room on a higher floor or bring earplugs.

While it’s not surrounded by restaurants and the traffic noise can be noticeable at rush hour, Heng Na International Hotel is an excellent base for business travelers. The location between District 2 and 3 is unbeatable, the rooms are spacious and clean, and small touches like the foot soak tub show they understand exactly what guests need after a long day in Yiwu’s massive trade markets.

MM787019****這次住的酒店整體挺讓人滿意的。停車方便，酒店旁邊還有公交站，出門坐車特別省事，不管是去景點還是商圈都很方便。 房間住得還算可以，空間不算侷促，日常活動完全夠用。洗漱用品也挺齊全，牙刷、梳子和麪巾都是獨立包裝的，用着放心。保潔都會準時來打掃，換垃圾袋、補日用品都很及時，桌面地板始終乾乾淨淨的。 前台和樓層服務員態度都特別好，入住時耐心解答問題，退房時還主動幫忙提行李，全程都笑眯眯的，讓人感覺很親切。下次再來這附近，應該還會選這家。
