🌟 10/10 – Truly a Home Away from Home! 🌟 I absolutely loved my stay at H Hotel! From the warm welcome at check-in to the kind and helpful staff, everything was just perfect. Special shout-out to TongTong at the reception...she’s the best of the best! Always so kind, patient, and ready to help with anything I needed. The cleaning staff were amazing too... very humble, friendly, and hardworking. My room was always spotless, towels and toiletries changed regularly, and bins emptied all the time. I also loved the free laundry service... they washed my clothes twice during my stay, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everyone here is so welcoming, especially to foreigners, and they truly make you feel at home. If I had more time, I would stay here forever! I’ll definitely be coming back. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! I am currently visiting and do not speak a word of Chinese, which can usually make things stressful—but the team here made everything seamless. We had to communicate entirely through a translator app, and the staff couldn't have been more patient or kind. I ran into a bit of a crisis where I needed same-day dry cleaning, and the reception team jumped into action immediately. They handled the situation with such grace and efficiency, ensuring my clothes were ready right when I needed them. Why this hotel stands out: • The Reception Team: All the girls at the front desk are absolute gems. They are professional, lovely, and never made me feel like my language barrier was a burden. • True Hospitality: I felt welcomed from the second I arrived. Even the security guard at the entrance was incredibly friendly and helpful! • Top-Notch Service: They go above and beyond to assist with any request, no matter how complex the ”lost in translation” moment might be. If you’re a solo traveler or someone who doesn't speak the local language, stay here. You will be in great hands. Thank you to the whole team for making me feel so well-assisted!

Highly recommended to stay here. Price is very reasonable and the room was clean and comfortable. Definitely my saved list of hotel for Xuchang. Only downside is you will need to take a taxi to most of the attractions. Taxi fare around 10-15RMB per trip

When we arrived, reception said our bedroom was upgraded. Very comfortable and bedroom size was spacious. The next day in the evening, we had another surprised. They extend 2 free breakfast and make our stay a memorable one. We were also allowed to extend 1-2hrs more. They were indeed kind and had tried their best to serve their guest well. 首先價格非常實惠 雖然酒店裝修有點老 但是服務特別好 還送了果盤 套房房間非常大 非常適合二胎家庭出行。早餐很好吃 有好幾種本地特色， 還有個細節非常值得一説 住了這麼酒店不管四星五星超五星目前我就碰到衹有他們一家連所有遙控器都包了保鮮膜的 給人很用心 很乾凈的感覺

Ausstattung: Komplett ausgestattet. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Kühlschrank, in den die Getränke, die ich bei Pang Donglai gekauft habe, perfekt passen. Die Ladestation ist unglaublich praktisch. Sauberkeit: Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und verfügte über eine schicke Toilette, eine tolle Dusche und eine große Badewanne. Umgebung: Wer kann schon verstehen, wie wichtig bequeme Parkplätze, zahlreiche Aufzüge, hohe Stockwerke und eine tolle Aussicht sind? Zhongyuan ist das höchste Gebäude in Xuchang, unweit von Angel City und Times Square. Taxis sind direkt unten gut erreichbar, was die Lage sehr praktisch macht. Service: Dieses Hotel ist ein militärfreundliches Unternehmen und äußerst zuvorkommend gegenüber Veteranen. Auch der Service an der Rezeption war sehr aufmerksam. Der Hotelpage trotzte der sengenden Sonne, um uns beim Tragen unseres schweren Gepäcks zu helfen. Beim Check-in gaben sie uns sogar eine Schutzhülle für unsere Ausweise. Diese kleinen Gesten waren wirklich herzerwärmend.

Es ist ein Hotel mit ”Ruhe”, das nicht so gut ist, das Personal ist ruhig und lächelt. Jedes Mal, wenn Sie hier kommen, möchten Sie dieses Hotel sehr gerne. Und sie denken wirklich an die Kunden, weil die Reise vorübergehend verändert wurde, was zu einer Abkehr von der Unterkunft führte, die Rezeption nicht abgelehnt wurde, sofort Lösungen vorgelegt und bestätigt, eine angenehme Lösung. Beschreibung der Ausbildung ist sehr vorhanden. Als ich in den Shop kam, sah ich, dass sie Xijiang kauften, und er sprach von einem Xijiang 🍉 Sommersack und klares Herz. Eine Schale war ursprünglich für die Landwirte und empfahl, alle zu bleiben. Ein Hotel, das die anderen sehen, wird nicht schlecht sein, super empfehlen, alle zu leben.

Die allgemeine Umgebung ist sauber und komfortabel, die Rezeption ist sehr effizient. Das Hotel verfügt über einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, ohne Druck auf die Autofahrt, die eigene Waschbecken können die Waschbecken und die Fitnesszimmer sind bequem und täglich. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und die öffentliche Region verfügt über einen eigenen Süßwasserzubehör. Geh zu Tsang Dong und komme in der Engelstadt, der Time Square ist sehr nah. Die Tür ist der kleine Park am Fluss. Es ist alles, was zu essen und zu trinken ist. Das nächste Mal wird Xu Xu hier leben.

In general very nice hotel. Friendly staff besides no one could speak in English fluently (but they were very proactive and experts using translation apps and AI). Anyway, not so many foreigners in Xuchang. Cleaning is very good, they give you water and tea everyday. Breakfast is a lot of food, mostly Chinese but also eggs, omelette, bread and sausage. My negative feedback is that coffee there was not good, I think the machine and the grains are not ideal. In general very worthy the price but I believe the gym could be improved with one or two benches and maybe some essential machinery. The rest let me very satisfied and I even prolonged my stay. Staff is very happy what gives you a nice vibe!

Im Allgemeinen fühlt sich gut an, das Sonderzimmer ist relativ praktischer, die Innenausstattung des Zimmers ist etwas alt, die Videokanal ist angepasst, kann man viele Bücher sehen, sehr viel besser als ursprünglich. Das Frühstück ist noch gut, der Gaststättenservice fühlt sich etwas kalt und kalt, als ob wir essen und essen. Die große Schwester und der kleine Bruder von Eiern sind sehr gut!
