一般我旅行喜歡住希爾頓酒店，無論是歡朋還是惠庭酒店。但有些城市的酒店位置不好，就衹能放棄了。沒想到在禹州能夠遇到，位置不錯，果斷入住。希爾頓酒店，首先是它的用餐很享受，菜品也齊全，咖啡等一應俱全。其次，是服務設施好，有健身房和洗衣房。它在禹州市主幹道上，對面就是法院。想特別告訴大家的是，我從許昌過來，坐的長途車，司機在法院門前將我們放下，不用再打出租車了。另外酒店服務特別好，我們去高鐵站的時候，對方提供了優質的接駁、送客服務，酒店新買的車，豪華舒適，漂亮，真給人意外的驚喜！

I had a very pleasant stay at H Hotel (Xuchang Wuyi Road Pangdonglai Branch) and would gladly choose this hotel again. The location is excellent — right in the city center, close to Pangdonglai, shops, restaurants, and public transportation, yet the area itself is quiet and comfortable for rest. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were polite, professional, and always willing to help. Even with limited English, communication was friendly and effective, which made the stay much easier. The room was clean, spacious, and well-designed with a modern style. The bed was very comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the room was well soundproofed, allowing for a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness throughout the stay. The bathroom was spotless, with good water pressure and complete amenities. Breakfast exceeded expectations — a good variety of fresh and tasty dishes, suitable for both Chinese and international guests. Wi-Fi was fast and stable, which was important for work and daily use. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, high service standards, and a comfortable environment. I highly recommend H Hotel (Xuchang Wuyi Road Pangdonglai Branch) for both business and leisure travelers visiting Xuchang.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! I am currently visiting and do not speak a word of Chinese, which can usually make things stressful—but the team here made everything seamless. We had to communicate entirely through a translator app, and the staff couldn't have been more patient or kind. I ran into a bit of a crisis where I needed same-day dry cleaning, and the reception team jumped into action immediately. They handled the situation with such grace and efficiency, ensuring my clothes were ready right when I needed them. Why this hotel stands out: • The Reception Team: All the girls at the front desk are absolute gems. They are professional, lovely, and never made me feel like my language barrier was a burden. • True Hospitality: I felt welcomed from the second I arrived. Even the security guard at the entrance was incredibly friendly and helpful! • Top-Notch Service: They go above and beyond to assist with any request, no matter how complex the ”lost in translation” moment might be. If you’re a solo traveler or someone who doesn't speak the local language, stay here. You will be in great hands. Thank you to the whole team for making me feel so well-assisted!

Where to start? What an Exceptional, Centrally Located, Grand Hotel; Location and Staff were superb. A great experience and decision for my needs. I enjoyed my short stay very much! Only wish I had more time to explore more of its amenities; but I will definitely return. The hotel is peaceful with no problem achieving a good night’s rest. In the middle of Tianyue Square; next to Wanda Mall, so at night it is very vibrant, social, and the whole area is illuminated and beautiful. The people of Xuchang are extremely polite and respectful & this extends to the lovely, young and helpful staff. Only slight feedback would be attention to detail when cleaning (but I am a clean freak), changing the TV to English and I struggled with WiFi the entire time. A place of peace and security nonetheless especially during a busy business excursion. Comfort 10/10; Location 10/10; Amenities 8/10; Standard; 9/10. Es ist ein Hotel mit ”Ruhe”, das nicht so gut ist, das Personal ist ruhig und lächelt. Jedes Mal, wenn Sie hier kommen, möchten Sie dieses Hotel sehr gerne. Und sie denken wirklich an die Kunden, weil die Reise vorübergehend verändert wurde, was zu einer Abkehr von der Unterkunft führte, die Rezeption nicht abgelehnt wurde, sofort Lösungen vorgelegt und bestätigt, eine angenehme Lösung. Beschreibung der Ausbildung ist sehr vorhanden. Als ich in den Shop kam, sah ich, dass sie Xijiang kauften, und er sprach von einem Xijiang 🍉 Sommersack und klares Herz. Eine Schale war ursprünglich für die Landwirte und empfahl, alle zu bleiben. Ein Hotel, das die anderen sehen, wird nicht schlecht sein, super empfehlen, alle zu leben.

The variety of breakfast is good and they also have various healty items. The free late check out was given until 14:00. THe room is spacious. After check out, the staff checked my room to find out my lost item, which, I immediately manage to recover.. Free laundromat is available and the monitor as to how many machines are available can be done from TV screen in the room, which, is very convenient.

Die Erfahrung beim Rezeption-Aufenthalt ist sehr angenehm. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind sehr enthusiastisch und sorgfältig. Der Lächeldienst macht Menschen wie Wu Chen. Die Behandlung ist effizient und professionell, und es wird auch geduldig die Attraktionen und die Speisen in der Umgebung eingeführt. Die Gastgeber der Tür haben von der Tür herzlich geholfen, ihre Gepäckstücke zu ziehen, uns den ganzen Weg zum Boden zu senden, dann wird das Wasser vor uns gegeben, der Service ist großartig! Die Zimmer sind intim und die Details zeigen die Sorge. Ob die Antwort auf die Frage oder die Nachfrage ist rechtzeitig anwesend und es macht die Leute sich so fühlen wie die Gäste zurück. Dieser Service ist lobenswert, wir werden das nächste Mal hier wählen!

The hotel is a bit old. It has good melodies. Only the carpet has old smell. Otherwise the price is acceptable and the room is quite big clean, but it’s not clean enough.

In general very nice hotel. Friendly staff besides no one could speak in English fluently (but they were very proactive and experts using translation apps and AI). Anyway, not so many foreigners in Xuchang. Cleaning is very good, they give you water and tea everyday. Breakfast is a lot of food, mostly Chinese but also eggs, omelette, bread and sausage. My negative feedback is that coffee there was not good, I think the machine and the grains are not ideal. In general very worthy the price but I believe the gym could be improved with one or two benches and maybe some essential machinery. The rest let me very satisfied and I even prolonged my stay. Staff is very happy what gives you a nice vibe!

Im Allgemeinen fühlt sich gut an, das Sonderzimmer ist relativ praktischer, die Innenausstattung des Zimmers ist etwas alt, die Videokanal ist angepasst, kann man viele Bücher sehen, sehr viel besser als ursprünglich. Das Frühstück ist noch gut, der Gaststättenservice fühlt sich etwas kalt und kalt, als ob wir essen und essen. Die große Schwester und der kleine Bruder von Eiern sind sehr gut!
