BBobbaDas Hotel war gut, aber die Zimmer hatten einen mühsamen Geruch. Das Paar, das wir mit gebeten hatten, ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen, das sie änderten. Das Personal war hilfsbereit, uns zu essen Orte in der Spazierweite geführt.

One of the highlights of my time at Hotel Usuites was the stunning view. From my room, I was greeted with breathtaking vistas that spanned the city skyline and beyond. It was truly a sight to behold, and I found myself constantly drawn to the window to take in the mesmerizing scenery.
Not only did the view enhance my stay, but the overall ambiance and atmosphere of Hotel Usuites were second to none. The hotel boasted a contemporary and sleek design that exuded luxury and sophistication. The attention to detail in the decor was evident, and it made for an incredibly inviting and comfortable environment.
The staff at Hotel Usuites were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was warmly greeted and made to feel like a valued guest. Any questions or requests I had were promptly addressed, and their dedication to exceptional service truly stood out.
The location of Hotel Usuites was ideal, as it allowed for easy access to various attractions, restaurants, and shops. Whether I wanted to explore the city's vibrant nightlife or discover its cultural treasures, I found myself conveniently situated to do so.
All in all, my extended stay at Hotel Usuites was nothing short of exceptional. The stunning view, impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and prime location combined to create a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. GGastnutzerThis is our second stay with Hanting hotels during our 2 weeks trip to Beijing-Wuxi-Shanghai from 30-Aug till 13-Sep. In Beijing, we have selected Guanganmennei branch, and I have given a good review.
As for this Nanchansi branch, they are comparably good except for certain services - Front desk attitude. Except for one lady who was very friendly and helpful, the rest were more like ”could-not-be-bothered” attitude when attending to us, especially when we enquired information about the tourism spots. I hope the Management will look at this on-site as providing good front services should be a high priority besides than good facilities.

Location: Perfect. Right opposite Nanchan Temple and night street market. Hence, food is not an issue. Subway is just 100m or less away. Do note that this Subway only has an escalator going up but not down. Can call for DiDi right in front of the hotel.
Room & Cleanliness:
Ours were quite small, including the shower, but couldn't complain with the price we paid. Importantly, they are clean and house kept every day. Enough to have a good rest after a day of travelling. Just one down side - Sama as Beijing Guanganmennei branch, the shower door architecture is not good. Even when the door is closed, water can drip/flow out to the floor. Can refer to photo attached.
Ammenities & Facilities:
A toiletry bag with toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, and cotton swab is provided together with 2 bottles of mineral water with a bag of coffee and tea daily. Room slippers were provided, too. What we like the most were the washers and dryers. There were 2 each, and unlimited liquid detergent and disinfectant in packet were provided at the laundry area. It's a first come, first serve basis. There's a big long rectangular table at the lobby where it is convenient, even for quick, simple dining. There were books that you could read too. They have multiple robot cars to send food delivery to rooms.
By the way, since our first stay with Hanting in Harbin during last Christmas, we realised the room WiFi had been really weak, almost not functioning for international websites. But it worked ok if streaming in WeChat or any local websites.
Breakfast:
Decent but good enough to have a full tummy. Just one downside was no cold or ambient temperature drinking water was provided. We need to let the hot drinking water cool down before consumption.
Surroundings:
There are 2 convenient stores at each side of the hotel. There is a pharmacy shop also.
Overall, we had a good stay.

Mit dem Baby reisen, sehr glücklich, das Essen ist besonders lecker, das Abendessen hat in den Blumen gegessen, die wahre, alte Zichang-Flake ist besser als die alte Flake auf dem Markt, es gibt kein so ein scharfes Gefühl, die Rohstoffe sind frisch, das Fleisch ist gut, der ursprüngliche Geschmack der Tofu ist noch einzigartiger! Das Frühstück ist auch frisch und lecker, die Schale ist besonders lecker!!

Es gibt Qingtuan-Knödel und Xiaolongbao, die die Leute in Wuxi essen. Sie werden jeden Tag frisch zubereitet und schmecken mir persönlich sehr gut.

They went out of their way to assist me, even after I had checked out. Their level of service and responsiveness truly exceeded my expectations.
One of the key highlights for me was the hotel's cleanliness. As a parent with a crawling baby, cleanliness is of utmost importance, and I was impressed by how well-maintained and spotless the hotel was. The rooms were tidy, and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryers, toothpaste, and soap.
I particularly loved the fact that our room had a balcony. It was a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. I appreciated the option to close the curtains and enjoy the balcony while our daughter slept peacefully inside.
The hotel's location was convenient, with two nearby stations providing easy access to Shanghai. The staff even provided helpful directions and recommendations, such as the address of a nearby supermarket when we needed to buy supplies.
Despite being a smaller hotel, the quality of service surpassed my expectations. The staff's ability to communicate in English was a definite advantage for us as foreigners, making our stay even more comfortable.
In terms of dining, the food at the hotel was satisfactory, offering a regular Chinese menu. I particularly enjoyed their noodles, and the friendly service with a smile made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay at. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and helpful staff made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and friendly place to stay.

GGastnutzerDas Wuxi Hotel ist eines der ersten Vier-Sterne-Hotels in China. Der in der Lobby im ersten Stock ausgestellte Teppich zeugt von vergangenem Ruhm. Die Einrichtungen und Ausstattung sind relativ alt, aber der Service entspricht immer noch dem Sterne-Standard warm. In einigen Details spürt man, dass das Hotel auch sein Bestes gibt, um einige Verbesserungen und Verbesserungen vorzunehmen. So wurde beispielsweise die Toilette im Badezimmer mit smarten Funktionen ausgestattet und das Toilettenpapier wird täglich durch neues ersetzt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Dame an der Rezeption, Xiaoquan. Als sie erfuhr, dass unser Flug Verspätung hatte und wir später auschecken wollten, teilte sie dem Leiter rechtzeitig mit, dass wir noch ein paar Stunden im Hotel bleiben konnten ohne dass Sie sich Sorgen machen müssen, auf Ihren Flug warten zu müssen.
Wir hatten ein Standardzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett. Der Zimmerpreis von 298,00 pro Nacht war wirklich günstig.

Es ist kein Problem, Essen und Einkaufen zu lösen. Obwohl der Ort in einem wohlhabenden Bereich liegt, ist das Zimmer sehr ruhig. Die Größe des Zimmers ist angemessen, die Layouts sind vernünftig, die Infrastruktur ist perfekt und wird gut gewährleistet. In diesem Bereich und im Preis ist der Preis wirklich sehr hoch! Die Service-Personal ist auch sehr gut und reagiert schnell. Es wird stark empfohlen, Freunde, die sich auf die Bequemlichkeit und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis konzentrieren!
