Sehr zufrieden mit einem Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und die Badewanne ist sehr ausreichend. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und jeden Tag wird man die Gerichte wechseln und in einem gleichen Hotel zu nehmen. Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption und des Reinigungsraums sind sehr bescheiden. Das Hotel befindet sich in der neuen Stadt Wuwe, sehr ruhig. Die Hauptattraktionen in der Stadt sind 3, 4 km entfernt. Es ist sehr bequem, bis zu 8 Yuan zu fahren. Das einzige unbehagliche ist, dass etwas im Frühstücksraum passiert ist. Als ich Kaffee gekauft habe, fand ich, dass die Milchbeutel neben ihm geschlagen wurden, in einem großen unterirdischen Strand gegraben und neben einem 10-jährigen Jungen stand. Ich weiß nicht, was passiert, also rief ich den Gastfreund an, um ihn zu reinigen. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und hell, mit kompletter Ausstattung und guten sanitären Einrichtungen. Das Badezimmer ist von den Trocken- und Nassbereichen getrennt. Der Service an der Rezeption ist ausgezeichnet (Gegenüber liegt das Leitai Han Tomb Scenic Area). Ich war drei Tage hintereinander hier.

Das Gesamtaufenthaltserlebnis ist besonders zufrieden! Der Halle ist sauber und hell, die Rezeption-Personal ist mäßig und der Aufenthalt im Ausland ist schnell und effizient. Das gesamte Zimmer ist sorgfältig gespült, es gibt keinen Staub in der Ecke, die Wäsche ist nicht schmeckt, das heiße Wasser kommt schnell aus, die Wassertemperatur ist stabil, die Klimaanlage ist normal, das Zimmer ist gut geräuschlos und die Nacht ist sehr ruhig. Das Hotel ist im vierten Stock des Restaurants, es ist bequem zu essen und es ist bequem, um den Wagen zu besuchen. Die Hardware und der Service sind sehr gut zu den gleichen Preisen, ob es sich um einen Ausflug oder einen Tourismus handelt, wurde empfohlen für Freunde, das nächste Mal lokal zu bleiben!

Very old premium 3 star hotel in Wuwei. Despite showing their age the rooms remain comfortable with complete amenities. The beds are excellent, the showers are strong and hot and the air-conditioning was working satisfactorily. Due to diamond status on ctrip we received an upgrade and the room turned out to be excellent. The location is strategic although not exactly near the main attractions. Housekeeping and reception were very good. If you are looking for good value and don't mind an ageing property you might want to consider this property as your place of stay in Wuwei. I had an amazing stay in this hotel, It was clean and right next to the train station(1 minute walk). I would definitely recommend it for the rest of the travellers, the price per night is also very fair!

An immaculate hotel with a delicious breakfast buffet located within walking distance of the city. Across the road (through the underpass) is a lovely dirt-path park for birding, and at the end you can access the bridge to town. Behind the hotel is access to hiking trails to take you up to the ridge and pagoda. The hotel itself had a kettle, the standard toothbrush-comb-slippers-towel amenities, and a friendly supportive staff (though with minimal English). There’s parking out front. For those on foot, the hotel will pick up/drop off at the train station. There is a restaurant and a convenience store a couple of doors down from the hotel. Gulang is a fabulous destination for seeing the Great Wall; we hired a driver for the day and did a couple hours of hiking along the wall (next to corn fields!) and then visited the grottoes. Not touristy at all — one of my favorite spots on the trip!

This hotel has very courteous staff and a good location near Wuwei museum and bus stops to get to the train station and other points in the city. The room was clean and with a very comfortable bed, we had a window facing the inside of the block so it was quiet at all hours. Much recommended for the price and would definitely stay again.

Firstly, we wish to express our thanks for the excellent services provided by the hotel staff. The pickup from the bus station in Wuwei was efficient and hospitable. We were very impressed by the hotel's warm hospitality. The staff also upgraded us to a big and spacious room. The hotel is located in a strategic location, nearby Wuwei's main attractions. The morning breakfast was delivered to the room. Nevertheless, the hotel's facilities are old and really needs upgrading or refurbishment; including the plumbing system. It's a pity if the management does not look into this issue because your plus points - excellent staff services and location - will be wasted.

這次武威之行，入住雲軒大酒店真的超出預期！酒店大樓外觀氣派亮眼，地理位置特別優越，出行遊覽雷台漢墓、文廟這些知名景點都很近，遊玩非常方便。 一進門前台服務特別好，工作人員熱情有禮貌，辦理入住手續高效順暢，有問題諮詢也耐心解答，讓人感覺很舒心。客房裡麪乾淨衞生，打掃得很細緻，沒有異味，床品整潔舒適。酒店細節做得很到位，房間配套齊全，連消防自救呼吸器、一次性洗漱用品都貼心準備好，安全感十足。 酒店環境安靜，晚上休息質量很好。整體硬件和服務都在線，不管是自駕還是自由行來武威，這家酒店都很值得推薦，下次再來武威，還會選擇入住這裏！
