This marks our second year of celebrating the holiday season with Club Med, and once again, it was truly worth every penny. Our first unforgettable experience was December 2024 at Club Med Anji, where we were warmly welcomed by Mr. George and his amazing team. From the very beginning, they made us feel genuinely cared for. The team was approachable, attentive, and incredibly warm, making our stay relaxed and memorable. This year’s December holiday brought us to Club Med Urban Oasis Taicang Resort, and the experience was just as wonderful. We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Stanley and Mr. Jake, who were very professional and responsive in addressing all our concerns, ensuring everything went smoothly throughout our stay. Traveling with three kids, comfort and cleanliness are extremely important to us. A very special thank you to our dear ayi 张二双, who we met in Taicang as well. She took such great care of our room. She was kind, helpful, and meticulous, our room was always spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The kids absolutely loved it. From the service to the atmosphere, Club Med continues to deliver exceptional holiday experiences for our family. We will definitely keep choosing Club Med for our holiday celebrations. The Yitel in Taicang is a fantastic hotel.  From the great front desk staff allowing us a bit of an early check in, to the wonderful breakfast, great room with a lovely big bathtub, to the very warm and friendly housekeeping and restaurant staff, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Yitel. We have been staying at many hotels over the last few months in China, and this hotel is a standout.  The location in central Taicang is great, with a shopping mall and Walmart right across the street, and many other shops, restaurants, banks, and more within easy walking distance.  Our large Queen room was great - very large, incredibly comfortable and well appointed - and, again, the great big bathtub was a special treat.  There is a great in house laundry - most importantly, the best dryer we have used at a ny of the hotels we have stayed in.  Great hotel and would highly recommend.

Das Atour Hotel Taicang ist sehr gut. In der Stadt lässt es sich bequem reisen und essen. Gehe zu Nanyuan Yinjin. Die Zimmerausstattung ist modern und vollständig. Der begehbare Kleiderschrank ist großartig. Die Matratze und die Kissen sind äußerst bequem und sorgen für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Die Spezialität „Schweinefleisch“ aus Taicang ist ebenfalls erhältlich. Sie ist zart und weich und schmilzt auf der Zunge. Sie passt perfekt zum Frühstück. Der Service ist sehr gut, das Personal ist freundlich, höflich und herzlich. Getränke und Snacks im Kühlschrank sind kostenlos und werden täglich aufgefüllt. Der Check-in war sehr gut. Es ist eine Empfehlung als erste Wahl wert.

A peaceful getaway with futuristic-style cabins set in a huge natural area. The space feels quiet and open, perfect for slowing down and disconnecting. There’s plenty to do if you want to stay active: long walks, SUPs, kayaks, archery, zip line, or just relaxing by the water. Everything is well organized and never feels crowded. Comfort is well thought out — BBQ sets are available, breakfast is offered, and the cabins are minimal but cozy. Great for a weekend escape from the city. Liked it very much, definitely will come back

Es ist ein sehr üblicher Aussehen, aber es ist sehr wunderschön. Ich mag das Dekorieren des Hotels sehr. Es ist auch ein einzigartiges Hotel, das von der Tür in die Tür wechselt und zuerst in der Wäsche gereinigt wird, und das japanische Wäschebild ist. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig und im Zimmer wird nicht von der Außenwelt beeinflusst. Das Personal ist gut bedient, ich werde dich ums Gehen fragen und es gibt Probleme, die rechtzeitig gelöst werden. Warm und sauberes Wasser, es gibt nicht viele Menschen. Die Service-Einstellung des Restaurants ist auch sehr gut. Es gibt einen Japanischen Tee besonders gut, da es uns helfen kann, uns zu freudigen und zu fragen, wo der Geschmack von Tokio und der Teekonus unterscheidet. Die japanische Ernährung ist sehr authentisch. Zusammenfassend ist diese Reise sehr zufrieden!

Es war schon besorgt, dass die neue Eröffnung schmeckt. Der Aufenthalt im Hotel hat einen guten Geschmack. Das Hotel verfügt über einen speziellen Autotransport bis zur Schneewelt, die Reise ist sauber und bequem, die Schneewelt zu spielen und immer noch in der Nähe zu leben. Der Blick auf das Gästezimmer im dritten Stock ist offen und transparent und die Zimmer sind sauber und sauber. Der Personalservice ist intim und bescheiden. Die allgemeine Wohnerfahrung ist ruhig und komfortabel, die Reisetour ist besonders geeignet und im Allgemeinen ist es empfehlenswert.

這個酒店位置很好，到古鎮也就幾步路的事情，很近，酒店後面有個小公園，散步可以，酒店的早餐也可以，蠻豐盛的，酒店提供健身房和洗衣機烘乾機，健身房就一個跑步機 勉為其難，洗衣機和烘乾機提供是比較便利的，我一大早出去跑步 回來自己手洗了衣服 然後去烘乾挺好的，上述是酒店不錯的地方，但我也要説酒店的幾個問題 ，我入住的的房間，電動窗簾是壞的 要手動，電話機有聲音但一直打不通 試過幾次，問前台，直接給我一個手機號碼 説有事打手機，還所第二天上門來檢修，結果等我們離開時，也沒人來檢修，該壞的還是壞着，晚上要看電視 ，網絡一直出錯，衹能手機通知服務員，前來調試，調試好了 結果一關再開 又不行了，後頭也不折騰了，最後就是入住的第二天我們一大早8.30出門 出門按了請及時打掃的按鈕，結果下午回到酒店 整個房間也沒打掃，毛巾什麼都沒有，我衹能再打手機 讓我等等 説馬上來打掃 我等了5分鐘，沒人上門 我直接到前台發飆了 説是當天的布草都沒幾時送到 所以沒法打掃。。我也無語了，在回到房間後，來個服務員，我直接和她説，你把毛巾啥的給我們把其他也不用打掃了，服務員還在嘮叨什麼，沒看到及時打掃的燈，我説怎麼可能 我們出去就按了，綠色的，看的清清楚楚，她説沒看到，我也懶得搭理她，這些問題搞的入住體驗感比較差，以後再來沙溪古鎮，我考慮要換酒店了

1) Nicht sauber, Haare am Turm. 2) Als Nichtraucherzimmer ausgewiesen, aber wie üblich steht in jedem Zimmer ein Aschenbecher und Gäste dürfen rauchen. Zum Glück roch mein Zimmer nicht nach Zigarettenrauch, aber sobald die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet wird, strömt ein starker Zigarettengeruch aus den Lüftungsschlitzen. Lieber schlafe ich bei 5 Grad ohne Heizung, als mir die Lunge zu ruinieren. 3) Flur und Zimmer sind sehr alt, überall Schäden. 4) Das Personal ist aber nett.

I recently enjoyed a short stay at this lovely place, and I couldn't be happier! The food and breakfast were absolutely delicious, making each meal a delight. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, which added to my overall comfort. My dog had a fantastic time as well, which is always a plus! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. Despite the rainy weather during our visit, the warm atmosphere and excellent service made it a memorable stay. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Die Lobby ist recht elegant und repräsentativ, doch die Gebäudestruktur wirkt nicht wie für ein Hotel konzipiert; der Weg vom Aufzug zu den Zimmern ist etwas umständlich. Die Zimmer sind im traditionellen Stil eines staatlichen Gästehauses eingerichtet, die Betten sind recht komfortabel und nachts ist es ruhig. Überraschenderweise befindet sich das Toilettenpapier einfach in der Schublade des Waschbeckens. Das Hotel liegt recht weit von Restaurants entfernt; man benötigt weniger als zehn Gehminuten, um sie zu erreichen. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist für den Preis von 58 Yuan begrenzt und die Qualität durchschnittlich. Insgesamt ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis durchschnittlich.
