Das Frühstück ist einfach und enthält lokale Produkte, die Ihnen einen Geschmack des Dorflebens geben. Auch der Heimstadium serviert Tee aus seinem eigenen Bauernhof. Ich genossen, verschiedene Tee zu probieren. Schließlich ist das Personal Xiao sehr freundlich und guter Service.

Located in the middle of Taxia village with food choices nearby. View of homestay is nice, facing a tulou. Only thing to note is that the homestay has no lift, only stairs so you will need to carry the luggage up. Traditional breakfast is served such as buns, porridge, eggs. Overall a good stay!

The accommodation provides spacious and clean rooms and is perfectly located in the Tulou scenic area at the southern part of Taxia village and very close to both the 田螺坑 土楼 and 河坑 土楼 as well as the 裕昌 building. All of them can be reached by car in just a few minutes. I arrived at the Inn without a car myself and the owner not only helped me organize the visits but even offered to drive me to several nearby tulou. We had the chance to share several meals prepared by his wife, which were all excellent, and some very good tea from the region. The host is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor - we talked a lot after I arrived despite my very limited Chinese. All in all, I can recommend this place very much - I would come back anytime if I decide to visit the area again. (P.S. make sure to ask the host about the fireflies nearby - seeing them under the starry night is a mesmerizing experience and was one of the highlights of my trip to Fujian)

As it wasn't a busy time and we were staying for a whole week, on check they upgraded us to the Wooden Loft Family Room, which was quite nice. The room was comfortable with big windows and a nice view across the stream to the forest. It was great to have a washing machine and the washing machine had a dryer function as well so we could still dry our clothes when it was cloudy and cool. The smart toilet was a bit disappointing as the controller wasn't very responsive and the flush was very weak. The tub was nice though the water was not quite hot enough to make it comfortable. Most of all we enjoyed the courtyard area and the breakfast/restaurant area, especially the tea room. They are really well designed and organized and provide a nice space to relax and read and write. The breakfast was quite nice, they provide a serving size based on the number of people, though it was often not enough for us and we normally asked for another serving. They also brought a fruit and yogurt platter to the room in evenings which we also enjoyed. The location is convenient to walk down to the Yuchanglou Tulou in Xiabancun, though part of the way will be on the main road which can be busy with traffic. To get to other areas such as Tianluokeng and Taxiacun it is also possible to walk, though again sometimes you have to walk on the main road as there is no walking path or small side road. There is a tourist bus service that goes between the scenic spots and you can even flag them down in between though you are supposed to have purchased a transportation ticket first and that is not striaghtforward to get if you didn't get it in advance. So, most guests come with their own car or rent one. If arriving by train, while trip.com shows the Yongding and Longshan railway stations as the closest, actually the quickest and most convenient station is the one at Nanjing. Also, because the hotel is within the scenic area you do need to purchase tickets to enter, either online tickets or paper tickets at the gate.

Excellent service from the lady boss and the staff. From the time I contacted her, she sent me lots of information about getting to the guesthouse. More importantly, she followed up with me to ensure that I am on the right track to the guesthouse. This was very much appreciated as I had a flight delay and that messed up my original travel plan. The lady boss was very proactive in ensuring that I find my way to the guesthouse. The lady boss' daugther is very cute and adorable. She shared part of her orange with me and when I told her that I liked it, she went off and got one for me! Even wanted to help me with my luggage but a little difficult as she's only 8 years old. The guesthouse is located on top of a small hill and lady boss will pick up guests at the bottom of the hill; actually, in my opinion, hardly needed as it's only 10 minutes or less walk up a gentle slope but she does the pickup as part of the service that they offer. The room is very nice and clean. The toilet is western style and has a very nice touch - spot lights are installed on the toilet ceilings and when the nights are cold, you will really appreciate the warmth from these lights after coming out from your shower! And finally, they will drive guests out to 2 of the best viewpoints for the Tianluokeng cluster at no additional charge.

Das Zimmer war nicht das, was wir erwartet hatten - Bilder sahen besser aus als persönlich, aber es war ein komfortables Zimmer. Bett und Kissen waren sehr komfortable. Frühstück war einfach, aber lecker. Das Zimmer beinhaltete Wasser und Wärme, die im Winter benötigt wurden. Alles war perfekt außer den Badezimmern schmelzt schlecht wie Abwasser gelegentlich. Wir denken, es war die Drinage oder die Rohre, so dass wir die Badezimmertür geschlossen zu halten. Einige Formen auch da und es gab ein Bereich hinter dem Toilette, das gerade leckte, so dass das Badezimmer die ganze Zeit sehr nass war. Es könnte auch eine Verbesserung aus der Dusche - die Tür schließt nicht so gut, Wasser, wenn die Dusche hält Sprühungen. Die Unterkunft ist in dem Dorf, so es war schön, um am Morgen zu gehen und das Dorf aufwachen zu sehen. Insgesamt war das Zimmer großartig, aber das Badezimmer war nicht. Wir essen auf der Website, aber es war etwas preiswert. Essen war schmackvoll, aber die Textur war nicht unserem Gefallen. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und erhitzt unser Frühstück, als wir spät kamen. Er gab uns auch eine Flasche von heimgefertigtem Reiswein, als wir auscheckten.

Wir kamen am Nachmittag aus der nahe gelegenen Bahnhof Nanjing. Ein wenig mehr als 1 Stunde Fahrt. Das Zimmer war etwas kleiner, als wir aus den Bildern vorstellten, aber wir hatten kein Problem, eine gute Ruhe zu haben. Wir verbrachten den Abend im Hof Spiele. Am Morgen nahm mich die Tante am Hotel für einen Spaziergang in der Nachbarschaft, es gibt zwei weitere Tuu in der Nähe. Die Besitzer waren auf einer Geschäftsreise weg, aber die Tante kümmerte sich gut um uns. Sie hat uns sogar Frühstück in ihrem Haus gemacht und uns kostenlos übernommen. Sehr cool Erfahrung in einem Tulou zu leben. Freut, dass wir diesen Ort gefunden haben.

Es ist wirklich toll, in diesem Volkshaus zu bleiben! Der Chef ist enthusiastisch und Gastfreund, bitte essen wir allein seine eigene Duft und trinken seines Hauses. Frühstück ist günstig. Parken ist kostenlos. Unter der Wurzel des Zimmers ist der Pflanzplatz, und Sie können vor dem Fenster den Landschaftsblick verpflegen. Das Landhaus ist sehr nahe vom Landschaftsgebiet und ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Sie können aus der alten Stadt Liu Xiaochuan kommen. Wenn Sie später wieder hierher kommen, ist die erste Wahl die Familie.

We stayed in Floral Luxury.1949 Guesthouse for 1 night. We booked Mufan room located on the ground floor as i am travelling with my elderly mom and carrying heavy luggage bags. The guesthouse butler will contact you the night before your arrival to add them to Wechat for easy communication. They will share their hotel location and offer pick-up service at the train station if required. Access to Yunshuiyao town is RMB90 perpax and free for those aged above 65 years old. Yunshuiyao is a scenic town area with 3 km long (2 - 3 hours walk). We hired a chinese speaking guide to accompany us to explain the history of Huaiyan building (square tulou), Hegui building (round tulou), and the town area. It cost RMB100. The guesthouse is located inside Yunshuiyao town, behind the shop houses, in-between waterwheel and 2 trees (named as husband and wife) aged above 670 years old. When we reached there at 2.30 pm, it was raining. The hotel staff immediately came out with an umbrella to pick us up and assist with the luggage. The check-in is fast, and the access to the room is by password, which they will share in Wechat. Checkout is also very easy. The hotel offered free fruits twice a day, afternoon and evening. The basic bathroom essentials are complete, and they also provide bathrobes. The bed and pillows are very comfortable for a good night sleep. Luckily the aircond can change to warm mode as it was very cold on raining day. There's a mini kids playground for children's. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast set come with porridge and soya drink. Can topup if needed more. The in-house restaurant provides lunch & dinner with a la carte chinese foods menu. The sky brightens at 5 am, while the sun rises high at 6.45am. If you are able to wake up early, this is the best time for you to revisit the town and tulou surrounding area for nice photos and cool breeze as only local people around. There's a roadside stall selling super long youtiao (equal to size of 2 youtiao) located near the stone bridge not far from guesthouse. The whole Yunshuiyao town is covered with natural peebles pathway. Wear suitable shoes as it will be very slippery during the rainy day.
