I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel for two nights, and I can truly say it was an unforgettable experience. The owners—a fantastic and lovely couple—made me feel more like a welcomed guest in their home than just a visitor at a hotel. The hotel itself is like a small palace, full of charm and character, and even features its own museum, which adds a unique and fascinating touch. Every single moment spent here was pure joy. The ambience is simply magical—peaceful, elegant, and full of history. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and special, treating me with genuine kindness and care. The entire place was impeccably clean, and it’s clear that a lot of love and attention goes into maintaining this gem. This is not the kind of hotel you come across every day. It’s truly one of a kind, and I feel so lucky to have discovered it. I can’t recommend it highly enough and I’ll definitely be coming back

An amazing hotel! The couple who runs the place is incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. They are always smiling and ready to help. Even if you don’t speak the same language, you can easily communicate using a translation app. They kindly served us tea, spent time talking with us, and even invited us to share a meal with them. Their hospitality made us feel truly at home. We are from Switzerland and had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel 100% to anyone looking for a warm and memorable stay.

Das Zimmer war neu, sauber und geräumig, mit einem Fenster zum Nebenfluss des Li. Es gab einen Waschraum auf dem Dach und nebenan ein wunderschön eingerichtetes Teehaus mit Panoramablick auf die umliegende Landschaft von Guilin. Das Beste an der Pension war das kostenlose Stand-Up-Paddling am eigenen Flussufer. So konnten die Kinder nach Herzenslust paddeln und sogar die Insel Maozhou umrunden – ein Riesenspaß für die Kinder. Wir verbrachten den Vormittag dort und aßen in der Pension zu Mittag. Die Reisnudeln zum Frühstück waren köstlich!

Es war eine sehr angenehme Reise. Die Haushälterin Xia an der Rezeption ergriff die Initiative und gewährte uns ein kostenloses Upgrade unseres Zimmertyps. Das Zimmer war gut gereinigt, insbesondere die Bettwäsche war unerwartet gut. Das gesamte malerische Gebiet wird von einem Unternehmen mit vielen Unterkunftsmöglichkeiten betrieben und die Innenhöfe der Villen eignen sich besser für Teambuilding oder Versammlungen. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle einfach und enthusiastisch, aber am Frauentag waren nicht viele Leute da, deshalb war das Erlebnis besonders schön und man konnte so viel posieren, wie man wollte. Es wäre nicht verkehrt, für eine Reise mit drei oder fünf Freunden die Nebensaison zu wählen. Beim Eltern-Kind-Ausflug gibt es im Sommer viele Wasserspiel- und Bastelprojekte. Der Li-Fluss ist im Nebel und Regen am schönsten!

We had a lovely stay. The staff was super welcoming and very helpful. The views were amazing. Direct view of the mountains. The location was perfect, lots of food options nearby, and a 15 minute walk to the ancient city. You can also rent an electric scooter from them, which is super convenient to move around and experience the natural landscapes of the region.

Das Zimmer hat kein Bergwasser gelagert, der Chef hat es gebeten, warmes Wasser ist nicht heiß, konnte nicht waschen, keine Leitung, sehen Sie das Haus, werfen Sie den Gebäuden, die älteren Menschen leben nicht sehr freundlich. Das alte Holzfenster hat immer noch eine besondere Eigenschaft.

Eine mehrköpfige Familie machte einen Ausflug und betrat versehentlich die Altstadt von Dayu. Das Gasthaus lag weniger als 100 Meter vom Tor der Altstadt entfernt. Das Vierbettzimmer war sehr gut für mehrere Kinder und ältere Menschen geeignet. Das Zimmer war geräumig und kostengünstig. Es gab auch einen Balkon zum Trocknen der Wäsche. Gleichzeitig konnte man den Parkplatz des Touristenzentrums sehen. Es lohnt sich zu bleiben.

The hotel is about 40 minutes drive from the railway station. We picked it because it's conveniently located next to Mopanshan Dock, from which the ships on the Li River launch. The rooms are clean, provided with warm blankets and sanitary necessities. The hotel owner was extremely helpful. I reached him in WeChat to ensure the booking for the Li River Cruise trip, and he arranged everything according to our wishes. Furthermore he provided a transfer from the railway station not only to his own hotel, but to a different one we visited the previous night. It was on the other side of the city and a very long drive, nonetheless the price was quite affordable. The driver was a relative of the owner, drove very safely, and took us on sightseeing stops along the way with no additional fee. We were a group of 8 people with children who behaved very loudly, yet he was patient with us. I thoroughly recommend this hotel if you ever visit Guilin, the owner will make sure to take good care of you.
