Das Hotel war super schön und sauber! Service durch das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, was unser Aufenthalt super genießbar machte. Der Butterservice, der dazu beigetragen hat, unsere Kleidung für die Waschung und unsere trockenen Kleidung zurück ins Zimmer zu bringen, war ein zusätzlicher Bonus. Sie haben auch ein leichtes Frühstück ins Zimmer geliefert, wenn wir es beantragt haben. Das einzige, was wir nicht mögen, war das Frühstück im ersten Stock im Essensraum, da der Eistart hart war und der Kuchen nicht sehr gut war. Allerdings ist es nur eine kleine Sache, hat unser Hotel-Stadt nicht zerstört. Wir würden dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen, jemanden, der nächstes Mal in der Nähe der Kunming-Bahnstation bleiben möchte :)

Absolut das Zentrum vom Zentrum Kunmings. Unten ist die Fußgängerzone, direkt daneben der Jinma Biji Archway (weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß), ein Paradies für Feinschmecker und Snacks. Es gibt auch einige lokale Hotspots (z. B. gegrillte Fleischpastete, Lu **, Qiaoxiangyuan Reispudding-Nudelsuppenrestaurant usw.). ❤️ 2. Service. Der Service ist vom Empfang bis zu den Zimmern ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten dieses Mal verschiedene Zimmertypen gebucht, und um uns auf derselben Etage unterzubringen, haben sie uns extra ein Upgrade gegeben, vielen Dank! ☕ 3. Frühstück. Die Auswahl beim Hotelfrühstück ist ziemlich groß und entspricht weitgehend unseren Bedürfnissen. Es gibt aber noch Raum für Verbesserungen. 👏 4. Da ein Familienmitglied am dritten Morgen einen Zug erreichen musste, haben sie uns sogar das Frühstück eingepackt und an der Rezeption deponiert. 5 Sterne dafür. 🙏 5. Wir ließen alte Kleidung im Zimmer liegen, die wir nicht mehr brauchten, und das Hotel kam extra, um zu überprüfen, ob es sich um vergessene Gegenstände handelte oder ob wir sie tatsächlich nicht mehr wollten. Ernsthaft und verantwortungsbewusst 👏 👌 6. Die Lobby ist etwas klein. Die Zimmer scheinen sich in der 23. bis 28. Etage zu befinden, von wo aus man die gesamte Umgebung überblicken kann, wirklich schön. 🤝 Empfehlung: Der bereitgestellte Kleiderdampfer erzeugt sofort Dampf, wenn er eingeschaltet wird, was leicht zu Verletzungen führen kann. Dies wurde dem Hotel bereits mitgeteilt. Fazit: In der Hochsaison etwas teuer, aber in der Nebensaison eine gute Wahl. Wenn ich Noten geben müsste, würde ich 90 Punkte geben.

For an overnight stay to be in close proximity to the airport, this hotel was perfect! I really liked our family room. It was very clean, new and modern. We had a nice view from our room. Complimentary airport transfer was easily arranged at 5am with takeaway breakfast prepared for us. There is no drive-thru for us to alight with our luggages. Our driver had to drive to the basement carpark which was dark and extremely confusing. Then we had to go through a narrow passage to find the hotel lift. Which was challenging with 2 toddlers (5 and 2 years old) and 4 large luggages and stroller. Hotel staff also doesn’t help with the luggage- this can be improved. This was the most challenging part for us.

Das Zimmer war groß, komfortabel und gut ein Problem war der starke Zigarettengeräuch, der durch meinen Aufenthalt geblieben ist. Lage ist nicht in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums, aber ein Walmart & viele Essen sind über die Straße. Ich weiß, dass es eine berufsame Urlaubswoche ist, aber das Personal sollte sich begrüßen.

Auch das Badezimmer war beeindruckend, sauber und ordentlich, die Dusche hatte viel Wasser und eine konstante Temperatur und die hochwertigen Toilettenartikel dufteten herrlich, sodass es bei jeder Benutzung zu einem kleinen Luxusfest wurde. Freizeiteinrichtungen Das Hotel bietet Gästen, die sich entspannen und erholen möchten, eine hervorragende Auswahl an Einrichtungen. Das Fitnessstudio ist mit modernen Fitnessgeräten ausgestattet. Beim Einchecken erledigte das Personal an der Rezeption die Formalitäten effizient und überreichte uns außerdem ein aufmerksames Willkommensgeschenk, das eine tolle Überraschung war. Egal, auf welche Probleme wir während unseres Aufenthalts im Hotel gestoßen sind, das Hotelpersonal hat immer sofort reagiert und Lösungen bereitgestellt. Sie kümmern sich aufrichtig um die Gäste, denken wirklich darüber nach, was die Gäste denken, und kümmern sich um die Dinge, die die Gäste beunruhigen, sodass sich jeder Gast, der im Hotel übernachtet, wie zu Hause fühlt. The hotel staffs provided an excellent service. The room is great & big, only the air conditioning is not cold enough, but they provide a portable air cond unit. Buffet breakfast is great with variety to choose & also the long dining hour from 7am to 130pm.

Amenities, ive rated 3/5 to remain neutral as all we needed was a place to stay to accommodate our family of 5. Now, where do I begin, first of? if you sre arriving at this place via didi or taxi straight from the airport, do yourself a favour and get dropped off outside and walk to the entrance of the ”hotel”. If you get dropped off inside the underground parking lot, Goodluck to your driver finding the spot to drop you off that connects to the hotels' elevator (its a maze and once u get there, it looks sketchy but its alright). Now, for the location: the location is superb! You're legit right beside a large mall with Tonssssss of restaurants to eat at even late at night! It is simply very convenient. And if you dont mind walking, there's another mall down south thats about 15mins walk. Lots of things to do. The lobby, the receptionist were kind and warm. They provided water whenever asked and didn't hesitate to help where they could. The free tea upfront, although we didn't fully utilize, was a nice touch. Now for the room: we selected the largest room they had which had 3 bedrooms. The price? It was insanely good. Almost unheard of. It was between 50-70 Canadian during the time of booking. I couldn't believe it. But not all hotels are perfect, and i have to say some of the things i experienced could definitely be improved. The restroom area had some scent to it that I couldn't point out as to what the smell is. I had to leave the exhaust fan on to ensure a neutral atmosphere. It worked fyi. The living room: is huge but tell me how there's only a 2-3 people sofa available and one small chair and a table. Its a wasted space. It ought to offer a large lounging furniture at this kind of room. It felt bare. The windows: simply put, although they installed windows capable of sound deadening, the weather stripping and the latch simply doesnt bond the gaps efficiently. Meaning, coldness of the night still finds its way. Luckily, the hvac system works and the curtains are relatively thick and also automatic (adjust at will). The beds are ultra clean and the floors were relatively spotless. But there's honestly one thing that is have to think about if I ever decide to rebook. I personally don't smoke, and i requested for a deodorizing treatment for our room prior to coming. The room itself? It didn't smell like cigarettes which was awesome, but here's something I don't see bring possible to address: at night time, while I lay down and sleep, there is a smell of people smoking cigarettes whose odour is somehow able to travel through the air ducts. Like each and every night, it was the same ordeal. My son didn't say anything, my parents inlaw didn't say anything, but my wife and I, yeah we smelled it. It isnt like as if you're beside someone smoking cigarettes, but its more like a scent that goes along with the air in the room that suggest someone had smoked, just unsure when. Other than that, sure, the beds, pillows and comforters were all clean and comfy. Honestly, my family was OK with the room. The convenience and price is really really hard to beat. Like it is extremely beyond belief affordable. Perhaps id reconsider staying here again if we were in kunming. We'll see.

Nach meiner Ankunft mit dem Zug suchte ich nach einer Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in der Nähe des Südbahnhofs von Kunming. Für einen Ausländer ist der Eingang des Hotels schwer zu finden. Das Zimmer selbst und die Bettwäsche sind sehr sauber, aber die Dusche und die Toilette sind etwas seltsam (man kann auf der Toilette sitzen und gleichzeitig duschen). Der Preis war sehr gut, also kann ich mich nicht zu sehr beschweren.

Das Hotel wird stark empfohlen! Der Aufenthalt ist großartig, das Zimmer ist gut gesunder, die Einrichtungen sind komplett, sogar die Badewannen sind sehr raffiniert. Die Tante Guangzhou hat sehr detailliertes Schleier, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und der Abgang ist schnell. Besonders Kunmingnnan Station Reception Service ist zu intim, der Preis ist super hoch, ich fühle mich wirklich wertvoll!

Despite the convenient location, comfortable beds, and all-important quiet sleep we managed to get, the hotel's communication to arrange our pick up from the train station at night and what turned out to be a self-check-in was just dismal, clearly needing more training to ensure better organisation for future guests. The following constructive advice is to help the hotel improve and for (particularly foreign) guests to note: 1. Ask for guests' phone number and inform the driver well in advance of our arrival, instead of waiting till the very last minute to do so. We reached out to the hotel via WeChat the day before and rightfully received detailed instructions (in Chinese) to find the driver (the pick up service is actually outsourced to a separate company using 3 different vans), but once we found the van, the driver angrily insisted we call the hotel to identify us by confirming our phone number - we were not allowed to board without the hotel's confirmation, which should have been done directly with the driver well in advance of our arrival. 2. This hotel is not manned after hours, let alone 24 hours, so please make it known well beforehand that we will have to check in ourselves if arriving after hours, and provide clear instructions on how to do so instead of communicating them through the phone while guiding us using the security cameras. It is not the guests' responsibility to do your administrative work (to report ourselves to the authorities by scanning the police QR code and filling out our details) at 11 o'clock at night when we have an early morning train to catch the following day. The hotel should allow guests to enter the room as soon as possible upon arrival, not have us wait half an hour while they struggle with what was clearly their first time checking in foreign guests - worse still over the phone - insisting that this be done before we could enter our room. 3. If the hotel truly wants the patronage of foreign guests, they will have to prioritise our convenience and comfort over theirs by actually having someone check us in in-person. Remotely doing so to save costs is as absurd as expecting foreign guests to communicate our details over the phone, sending photos of ourselves, our passport details etc. via WeChat, and then finding our room card and the room by talking to someone over the phone in Chinese. At the very least, these requirements and instructions should be clearly produced and communicated beforehand so that nothing is improvised. We hope the above experience helps improve what is a decent hotel providing good value for money.
