GGastnutzerAls ich zum ersten Mal nach Yiwu kam, entschied ich mich für ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel mit neuer Dekoration, Kohler-Sanitärartikeln, Samsung-Fernseher und der Hardware war von hohem Standard! Zur Begrüßung gab es auch Obst! Es ist nur so, dass das Servicebewusstsein nicht so ausgeprägt ist wie bei ausländischen Marken. Es waren nicht viele Gäste beim Frühstück da und die Köche und Kellner waren zu sehr damit beschäftigt, sich zu versammeln und zu plaudern, um einen proaktiven Service zu bieten. Was herzerwärmend war, war, dass es regnete, als wir hinausgingen, und der Portier die Initiative ergriff, einen Regenschirm hielt und ihn zum Auto brachte. Wenn ich das nächste Mal komme, werde ich mich wieder für Jindu entscheiden, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut!

GGastnutzerSuper fun! This was one of the theme hotels that were hidden on the Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street set. Appropriately, the Rosslyn Hotels' brand icon is the Landlady from Kungfu Hustle. Upon arrival, you check in at the North Gate's Tourist Services Desk. The concierge welcomed me with a complimentary bag of fresh fruit and asking me to add their butler (Housekeeper Xiao Xiao) to my WeChat. If I needed anything, I just had to text the Housekeeper Xiao Xiao (who was super helpful with all my questions (in English) during my stay). Then the bellhop whisked me away, via golf cart, to my hotel. There were several hidden hotels, with different themes, throughout the set. The bellhop took me through an unassuming door among into what looked like an empty set, and up an elevator to the room floors. The walkway offered a lovely view of the Ming Qing Palace set next door. The rooms were supposed to be themed as Guangzhou and Hong Kong in the 70s and 80s, but could easily pass for old Shanghai. The room was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable, the shower has nice and hot and with fantastic water pressure. The room has some of the largest closet space that I have seen in any hotel. The WiFi worked without the need to register a local cellphone number (I've found that many other hotels, in China, offered free WiFi, but you need to verify with an ID code text to you. The texts never come through to my U.S. phone number, so I have never been able to take advantage of free WiFi; that is until I got to this hotel.) The little details were delightful surprises around every corner. They always refer to guests as ”laoshi” (an honorific of teacher, or master, bestowed to actors) or as ”starlet”. Not gonna lie, I really wanted to take home the pair of the room's bone china cups. The stay also comes with very decent breakfast buffet that had both Chinese and western dishes. They will even make you fresh wontons and noodle soups to order. The restaurants in the park are not great and quite expensive by China's standard. I recommend loading up at the more tasty free breakfast to power through the day. The hotel's location was very convenient for touring Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street; which had very lively evening shows. (As you walk through the streets, look at the stores' signs and test your TV shows and movie knowledge by finding the Easter eggs.) The Qing Ming Palace Set is across the street from the Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street's South Gateon the other side of the park (don't worry, it's not that far). To access the other sets, you can take their shuttle, but it does not come around very often. It's more efficient to get a Didi. Overall, it was a magical stay of being in the movies.

Ssu_explorerI recently stayed at this fantastic hotel in Hengdian, and I cannot recommend it enough! From its unbeatable location to the exceptional service, everything about this place exceeded my expectations. The hotel is just a 4-5 minute walk from the Palace of Qin, making it incredibly convenient for exploring attractions. This palace is one of my favourites of all attractions in Hengdian. Despite being so close to the action, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. It’s also just a 10-minute walk to the Along the River Qing Ming Festival gate, and I loved strolling there in the evenings. The area is packed with amazing restaurants, and I highly recommend the grilled shop just 5 minutes away—it’s some of the best grilled food I’ve ever had! Lawson store is only 2-3 mins walk away! Desert and snacks are so yummy and much better than what you get from 7/11 convenient store in Australia. 😅😁 I stayed in a room on the 4th floor, and the view was great! The room itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel offers breakfast for just **18 yuan**, and the soup was particularly delicious. If you’re looking for more food options, the surrounding area is a food lover’s paradise. The hotel staff even helped me order food and recommended some fantastic dishes, which I paid for via Alipay. Their recommendations were spot-on, so don’t hesitate to ask them for suggestions! The staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Even though I don’t speak Mandarin, they were incredibly patient and helpful. One staff member even walked with me to the tourist center to help me get tickets! Since I stayed for 5 days, I opted for the Hengdian world studio yearly pass, which gave me unlimited access to all the attractions—some of which I visited multiple times. Along the river Qing and Ming festival - I recommend you to go there two - three times - one during the day time, one time around 5:00pm till late and then one time around 07:00. If you are a Song Dynasty lover like myself, you will never get sick of visiting this place. So many things to look at. Please use Baidu translate for Museum description. Very informative and transported back you to Song dynasty civilian life! If you’re planning to visit Hengdian World Studios, this hotel is the perfect base. You can take DiDi to other attractions and is very convenient. It’s clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near all the major attractions.

Here’s a breakdown of our stay: **Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店 **Check-In Experience:**   We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.   **Room Comfort:**   Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. **Facilities:**   The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine. **Service:**   The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out. **Room for Improvement:**   While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment. **Final Thoughts:**   This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.  In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages. Would we return? Absolutely!

DDr BPGuter Preis für Geld Hotel in einem ganz zentralen Teil von Yiwu für Leute, die kommen, um den internationalen Markt zu überprüfen. Viele ausländische Restaurants in der Gegend, 5 Gehminuten bis District 3 des Marktes. Ein 20rmb Didi Fahrt vom Bahnhof. Unser Zimmer war riesig, sehr sauber und hatte ein erstaunlich komfortables Bett. Ruhig in den Nachten, und kein Zigarettenruch riecht. Das Personal, insbesondere die Reinigungs Damen waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war nichts Besonderes, aber es war genug. Es wäre schön, einige mehr Einrichtungen im Zimmer zu haben, obwohl ......mini Kühlschrank, Lippen, Kaffee usw. Aber im Allgemeinen waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt, und würden glücklich zurück.

Die Reaktion war schnell. Mein Partner sagte, sie hätten auch eine Kaffeemaschine, und die Kollegin gab mir direkt zwei Kaffeegutscheine.

GGastnutzerI stayed 3 nights at the hotel which has a superb location right across from the Qin Palace. The hotel is undergoing some upgrade renovations from level 3-5, therefore we could hear the drilling and knocking sound at Level 7 (highest is level 8). The lady at the reception counter wasn't very useful with giving information, i.e. nearest convenience store, where to eat. She pointed us to a convenience store that was far away when there was a convenience store located next to the hotel across an alley. There was plenty of restaurants near the hotel, but couldn't recommend any of it. Instead, she told us to take an e-hailing ride to the Wansheng South Street. The laundry facility is on level 2 which was one of the level partially closed due to renovations. One of the housekeeping staff was using the limited laundry facility for her own clothes. I bumped into her twice, once around 5pm when both washers were in use, and I waited at the seating area outsite the laundry room for my turn. She told my children and I to move over to another side of the seating area as if I was trespassing into her space. Then when one of the washer started beeping to signal that the washing was completed, she told me it was hers when I started transferring those clothes (only 2 pieces) to the dryer so I could use the washer after waiting for more than 10 minutes. Another time was on the morning at around 7am. I bumped into the same housekeeping staff and she was again using the laundry facillity. It makes me wonder if hotel staff are allowed to use the hotel facilities for their personal gain. Overall, I'm happy with the location, but nothing else to shout about considering that this is an international hotel chain. Even the bedroom slippers are so thin compared to other hotels that I've stayed during my trip to China.
