I am from Singapore. I added the inn’s phone number on Trip.com into my WeChat. Via text messages in WeChat (I can read and write in Chinese), I asked the inn owner how to get to her inn prior to arriving. Her replies were prompt. So, for non-locals, as long as you can access WeChat using your foreign phone number and can produce text in Chinese, communication would be fine. Apparently there is a local bus that goes to the inn from Jilin train station but on the day of my arrival, the bus wasn’t in service. The inn owner arranged a car to pick me up instead. There is a variety of food that can be ordered at the inn. I slept very well on the simple floor bed. Most importantly, the inn provide excellent service in ferrying the guests to and from the rime spots starting from early in the morning sunrise. The rime I saw on my visit was pretty. There were many guests during my stay. I highly recommend this inn if you come to Wusong island for the rime!

Sie war super responsiv, gab uns große Restaurant-Empfehlungen und war nur eine gewaltige Hilfe, da wir nicht Chinesisch sprechen. Sie hat auch Buchtransfers aus dem Hotel geholfen, die wir wirklich geschätzt haben. Kann nicht warten, um zurückzukommen!

He patiently showed me alternative rooms until we found one that didn’t smell like a poker night. Had I left, I would’ve missed what came next. Comfort Food = Home Dinner delivered a miracle: stewed chicken with potatoes and mushrooms. One bite and—boom—mummy’s cooking. After days on the road, I finally found food in China that tasted like home. Tail wagging resumed. Care Beyond the Call Mr Hong returned with a portable heater, pointed out city landmarks, and even taught me how to take a non-reflective photo (yes, this dog learns fast). His easy friendliness softened the edges of dirty window panes and mostly Mandarin-only staff. I even showed him the ink-black towel after wiping the window—evidence, not barking. Menu Meltdown & A Win At the restaurant, I was handed a Chinese-only menu after saying I don’t speak Mandarin. I hit the roof. To their credit, reception listened: I received a call from the lady boss, and the issue was acknowledged. Then a hero appeared—the restaurant lady, who patiently translated dish names so I could choose lunch and dinner without guesswork. Gold bone earned. City Interlude: Jilin Catholic Church Between meals and meetings, I visited Jilin Catholic Church (吉林耶稣圣心堂)—a quiet pause from hotel hiccups. The church offered a moment of stillness, a reminder that even on a bumpy stay, the city holds pockets of grace. Logistics That Worked Back at the desk, the reception lady manager efficiently arranged my transport to Wusong Island—quick, competent, and reassuring. Breakfast & The Fine Print Breakfast surprised me in the best way: healthy, balanced, a thoughtful mix of local and Western dishes. One final bone to chew—early booking didn’t pay off as prices dropped later. A truly Winning Hotel would honour the lower rate at check-in. Verdict Despite communication bumps, this is a solid winter hideout: good Songhua River views, comforting food, and fast service when it counts. The hotel really is ski-in, ski-out, which made everything so easy. We booked a package that included ski rentals, lift tickets, and access to the hot spring spa, and it was great value. The hotel organised airport pickup from Changchun, and Mr. Lei Wang was incredibly helpful with restaurant tips and shuttle arrangements. Our teenage kids loved the ski school, and the slopes were beautiful. We’d definitely come back next year, and from here we headed on to Harbin for more snow and ice fun.

This hotel is a great option for travelers passing through Jilin, especially if you’re taking the high-speed train. The location is very close to the train station, which made our arrival and departure extremely convenient and stress-free. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a nice place to rest after a long day of travel. Everything was well maintained, and the size of the room was a pleasant surprise. The reception counter staff were friendly and helpful. They kindly recommended a good restaurant nearby for our dinner and also helped us book a Didi, which made getting around very easy. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with warm service. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a clean, well-located hotel near the Jilin train station.

More then I expected: It's a hotel+serviced apartments, very clean and spacious rooms , staff is very nice, sweet and helpful, breakfast is with western+Chinese stuff, better then I expected , almost 30 min far from jilin high speed railway station, 1.30 hours car drive from chang chun airport, 600 metres far from ski area, Basement have ski equipment to rent out, have small convince store, also have small good enough gym also, truly better then I expected 超出我的预期： 这是一间酒店+服务式公寓，房间非常干净宽敞，工作人员非常友好、亲切且乐于助人，早餐有西式和中式，比我预期的要好，距离吉林高铁站约 30 分钟路程，距离长春机场 1.30 小时车程，距离滑雪场 600 米， 地下室有滑雪设备可供出租，有小型便利店，还有小型且不错的健身房，确实比我预期的要好

Die drei Stockwerke kleinen Haustüren, die Einrichtungen sind bereit, es gibt Küchengeräte, ein Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr bequem; der kleine Bruder der Rezeption und die saubere Tante haben eine Notwendigkeit, um schnell zu reagieren! Die Lage im Zimmer ist gut, Schneebahn, Feuerblumenzimmer, Sonnenunterkunft! Sehr nahe dem Schneeplatz und der Geschäftsstraße, Ski bequem!

Sehr gemütliche und nette Leute. Der Besitzer hat uns morgens herumgeführt, um die Bilder vom Raureif zu machen. Abseits der Massen und das war besonders genug. Wir haben das Geld gespart, da wir keinen Eintritt zahlen mussten. Tickets, da wir zu anderen abgelegenen Orten gefahren sind. Sie können mich kontaktieren, wenn Sie weitere Hilfe bei der Standortwahl benötigen. Die Unterkunft ist einfach. Bringen Sie Ihr eigenes Handtuch mit, da sie keines zur Verfügung stellen. Und bringen Sie auch Ihre eigenen Toilettenartikel mit. Ein guter Ort zum Übernachten für Fotos, da es in einer dörflichen Umgebung liegt. Ich hatte während meines Besuchs die Gelegenheit, einer traditionellen Hochzeit beizuwohnen. Viel Spaß.

We had a wonderful stay at Keyiju Wula Culture Theme Hotel and were truly impressed by the unique cultural atmosphere. The hotel beautifully reflects traditional Wula heritage while offering modern comfort. The room was spacious, spotless, and perfect for our family. The beds were very comfortable, and the peaceful environment made it easy for everyone to relax. The facilities are very family-friendly and convenient for those traveling with children. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. It was a perfect way to start each day and something our whole family really enjoyed. A special thank you to Xiao Rui for the exceptional service. Xiao Rui was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for families looking for comfort, culture, and warm hospitality. We would definitely stay here again!
