Die Umgebung ist absolut atemberaubend, ein abgeschiedenes Paradies tief in den Bergen. Nach so viel Zeit in der pulsierenden Stadt sehnte ich mich nach ein paar Tagen Ruhe und Erholung. Direkt vor der Tür plätschert ein Bach, und etwas weiter oben sieht man einen großen Wasserfall. Der perfekte Ort, um der Sommerhitze zu entfliehen. Wenn Sie im März oder April kommen, können Sie in den Bergen Bambussprossen sammeln; der Besitzer stellt das Werkzeug zur Verfügung. Obwohl es ein kleiner Bungalow ist, ist er mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, inklusive Heizung und einer modernen Toilette. Der Besitzer hat mir sogar ein Upgrade auf eine Suite mit separatem Wohnzimmer gegeben. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind ebenfalls fantastisch – perfekt für Tee, Schach oder Filmabende.

A Comfortable, Pet-Friendly Stay with a Few Areas for Improvement The hotel can be difficult to identify when you first arrive because there is no sign directly on the building. Instead, the sign is attached to a gate that usually remains open, so it becomes partially folded and easy to miss. The hotel also does not have on-site parking. Guests park across the street at the restaurant where breakfast is served each morning. Breakfast was traditional Chinese and included steamed buns, sweet potato, a hard-boiled egg, watermelon, tea, and milk. Everything was very tasty. Coffee was also available, but it cost extra. The people looking after the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. When we arrived, they were filling the swimming pool after cleaning it and told us it would be ready later that day. Although the pool was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel, it did not quite meet our cleanliness standards because the deeper areas still appeared slightly cloudy. However, many other guests were comfortable using it, and we saw people enjoying the pool every day. The library area was absolutely gorgeous, but unfortunately, there was a strong smell of mildew that made it difficult to spend much time there. These were the main drawbacks of our stay. Our room, however, was lovely. It smelled fresh, the bed was firm and very comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The staff emptied the rubbish and replenished our drinking water every day. The bathroom products were high quality, and toothbrushes were provided upon arrival. The room would have been even better if there had been enough towels for everyone staying in it and if the water had been slightly hotter. The hotel is located directly beside the river, with access to a peaceful riverside walk through beautiful gardens. There is also an elevated walkway farther down the road that looked interesting, although we did not have the opportunity to explore it. The river area was especially relaxing, and if I return, I would bring folding chairs and a small folding table so we could sit in the shallow water, relax, and play games. Most attractions and restaurants are approximately a 20-minute drive from the hotel. The receptionist tried to help us with maps and itineraries. Unfortunately, even after attempting to find the same hike on three different days, we were unable to locate the trailhead. It seemed that even local residents were not very familiar with the exact route. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is that it is pet-friendly and does not charge an additional pet fee, which was an important reason we chose it. The gentleman at reception also helped us secure a dinner reservation at Naked Ranch, where we had a wonderful evening. Moganshan is a beautiful destination, and overall, this hotel provided a comfortable stay. There is certainly some room for improvement, but I would return because I slept incredibly well and appreciated the warm, helpful service. Thank you again to the staff for all their assistance.

Dieses Mal übernachteten wir in einem Zweibettzimmer im Rammed Earth Cottage. Das Zimmer war geräumig und verfügte über einen großen Balkon, umgeben von üppigem Grün. Morgens das Fenster zu öffnen und ins Grüne zu blicken, war unglaublich erfrischend. Das Zimmer selbst ist ein freistehendes Gebäude und bietet viel Privatsphäre und einen ruhigen Schlaf. Es verfügt über eine Bar, einen kleinen Tisch, eine Badewanne und einen Duschkopf im Zimmer und auf dem Balkon. Ein kleiner Tipp wäre ein größerer Fernseher und ein größeres Bett. Der Service war ausgezeichnet. Unser Butler war dieses Mal Xiao Tu, der prompt reagierte, geduldig meine Fragen beantwortete und mir die Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten des Tals vorstellte. Ich hatte sogar meine Wasserflasche während der Fahrt verloren, und er fand sie sogar auf einem Golfwagen für mich. Es war ein wahres Vergnügen! Das Tal ist wunderschön und bietet viele Aktivitäten, die wir jedoch aufgrund unseres Zeitplans nicht genießen konnten, was etwas enttäuschend war. Man kann auch mit dem Shuttlebus zum atemberaubenden Naked Castle fahren. Sobald ich mehr Geld habe, werde ich auf jeden Fall einen Schlossaufenthalt buchen. Die Restaurants im Tal waren alle sehr lecker. Kikaboni konnte ich leider nicht ausprobieren, Naked Taste hingegen schon. Ich bestellte ein Ribeye-Steak und ein Tomaten-Nudelgericht, beides war köstlich. Das Vorspeisenbrot wurde mit drei verschiedenen Soßen serviert, was ziemlich ungewöhnlich war, und jede einzelne war köstlich. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, viel mehr als in den meisten Fünf-Sterne-Restaurants. Es gab einen leckeren weißen Schokoladen-Lolli, den Mochi-Kuchen und das Obst war süß, aber auch sonst war alles sehr gut. Die Welpen in der Lobby waren so süß: ein Corgi und ein Dackel. Der Corgi hieß anscheinend Chuan Chuan. Sie hatten keine Angst vor Menschen und waren angenehm zu halten. Sie schienen sich kaum zu bewegen, lagen einfach nur da und sonnten sich auf einem großen Vollkornbrot. Kurz gesagt: Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Es ist zwar etwas teuer, aber es lohnt sich! Ich komme beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall wieder.

Er kontaktierte mich vor dem Check-in und gab mir viele Informationen über die Umgebung und Restaurants. 4. Der Balkon des Zimmers ist offen gestaltet und grenzt an das Nachbarzimmer; man kann die Gespräche der Nachbarn hören. 5. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und bietet sowohl chinesische als auch westliche Gerichte – schätzungsweise 50 bis 60 verschiedene Speisen. Es gibt auch eine große Auswahl an Desserts und frisch zubereitete Nudelsuppen. Nach dem Frühstück findet um 9 Uhr ein kostenloser halbstündiger Baduanjin-Kurs (Acht Brokatstücke) statt. Sehr empfehlenswert! 6. Die Matratze ist sehr gut, genau richtig fest, und das Bett ist mit zwei Metern Breite sehr groß. Das Schlafsystem ist hervorragend. Bei Reiseunterkünften ist die Matratzenqualität das Wichtigste, und die Banyan Tree-Matratze ist zweifellos exzellent und garantiert einen erholsamen Schlaf. 7. Das Zimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne zum Entspannen und ist sehr sauber. 8. Es gibt einen Außen- und einen Innenpool; der Außenpool eignet sich hervorragend zum Fotografieren.

Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

My husband and I recently stayed here for a weekend getaway to celebrate his birthday, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. Coming from Shanghai, we were really looking forward to escaping the fast-paced city life for somewhere peaceful, and this hotel served that purpose exceptionally well. Conveniently located not too far from the Huzhou Railway Station, it was very easy to reach while offering the quiet, relaxing atmosphere we were hoping for. Pros We booked the large suite with a bathtub, and it completely exceeded our expectations. Having two bathrooms was a n incredible convenience, and the entire space felt open and luxurious, equipped with two TVs-one in the living room and another in the bedroom. The bed was huge, and the mattress was so exceptionally comfortable that my husband could not stop talking about how well he slept. We also really enjoyed the lovely balcony, along with the complimentary tea, bottled water, and soft drinks provided in the room. When our air conditioning stopped working right before bed, the front desk responded immediately and sent some one up to fix it right away. To top it all off, the staff went above and beyond for my husband's birthday by putting up a lovely celebration setup in our room and gifting us a delicious mango cake so we could celebrate together(this is just if your birthday happens in the day of your stay). The service throughout our stay was genuinely warm and helpful, and the facilities were fantastic, featuring an absolutely perfect gym alongside ping pong and pool tables for entertainment. Cons The only downside to our stay was the swimming pool area. While the pool itself had potential, the water was unfortunately not clean and was surprisingly full of small plastic debris inside. It was something I had never seen before in a hotel pool, which was disappointing since we were hoping to enjoy a nice swim during our trip.

風景沒話説，很美。直接上圖，水清澈的傍晚在房間裏看出去可以看到魚在遊，鴨子和鵝都在湖裡，湖水的顏色非常美 交通也很方便，在城市裡，背靠大山，所以叫外賣或者出去吃都很方便。 主題酒店大堂有一架鋼琴可以隨便彈奏，有接駁車可以開到山頂，風景也很美麗，送的索道我們小朋友太小就沒去坐。送的驚鴻旅拍，小哥哥拍了大概二十幾張照片，拍完了第二天選片，有3張免費的精修，期待一下。 美中不足的是沒有圍欄沒有嬰兒床，對於十月齡寶寶不太友好，會擔心晚上睡覺摔下去，本來工作人員想幫忙把沙發移到床尾，但是沙發太長了，挪不過去。由於是新開業的酒店，希望後續儘快配齊吧，可以讓小月齡寶寶放心休息。對於大寶寶來説就不用擔心啦

This hotel is much more than just a place to stay — it is a complete family holiday destination designed around children, imagination and creating unforgettable memories. 🌟 Exceptional Service from Shi Jun — A True Credit to the Hotel Before arriving, I honestly considered cancelling our reservation due to communication difficulties. However, one person completely changed our experience — Shi Jun from the front desk team. Shi Jun demonstrated truly exceptional hospitality. Through WeChat, he patiently communicated with us, answered every question and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He helped us when we were close to giving up on the reservation, arranged room changes, helped find a suitable place for me to work, assisted when we needed to visit the hospital, and continued to care about every detail of our family’s needs. His professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for guests represent the very best of hospitality. Shi Jun is a young man who is a true credit to Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel. For his service alone, I would give 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 🌟 Beautiful, Spacious and Immaculately Clean Rooms The room was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. It was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. The family design created a warm and welcoming environment, with excellent bedding, a well-maintained bathroom and plenty of space for parents and children. For families travelling with young children, cleanliness and comfort are essential — and Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel truly delivered. 🍳 Excellent and Abundant Breakfast The breakfast was another highlight. There was a fantastic selection of food suitable for both adults and children. The variety was impressive and provided a great start to each day. 👨👩👧 A Wonderful Family-Friendly Environment The greatest strength of this hotel is its understanding of families. Everything is designed with children in mind, creating a place where children can feel excited, happy and full of imagination. Our child especially enjoyed the family atmosphere, and it was wonderful to see so many families creating happy memories together. ❤️ Great Potential with Some Areas for Improvement The hotel has an excellent foundation: beautiful rooms, a fantastic concept, wonderful family facilities and a great location. With some improvements, it has the potential to become one of the best family resorts in Anji. 🌍 International Guest Communication As an international guest, communication was sometimes challenging. Unfortunately, none of the staff members we met could speak English, and some were reluctant to use translation tools. Basic English support or greater willingness to use translation applications would greatly improve the experience for overseas visitors. 🧑🍳 Breakfast Service Professionalism Although breakfast was excellent, we noticed the chef using his phone in the breakfast area during service time. For a family resort with such great potential, maintaining professionalism in all public areas is important. 🌙 Night Reception Service At approximately 5:00 am, we needed assistance because our room key required reactivation. Unfortunately, nobody was immediately available at reception. A 24-hour guest service presence would improve the overall experience. 🚗 Arrival Experience The entrance creates the first impression. We noticed the security staff member appeared distracted using his phone and smoking rather than actively welcoming guests. A more professional arrival service would better reflect the quality of this beautiful resort. 🌧️ Typhoon Weather — More Indoor Activities Needed During our stay, a typhoon affected the weather and some outdoor facilities were closed. The room is beautiful, you've seen that already, but here's my genuine experience that I hope helps set your expectations. Overall, bare minimum service. There is no proper front desk reception, and I had to remind them to set up the butler group chat the day before arrival because there were no instructions. Upon arrival, the main door was locked. Someone eventually came and brought my luggage up to the room, and that was it. No friendly chats, no personal touch, no estate introduction or tour, no other instructions, just a few pre-set WeChat images. The butler is quite responsive on chat but often provides incomplete answers. Service at breakfast was cold. No one welcomes you when you walk in, and there was no proper introduction to what was available. There was only one staff member at breakfast. He eventually came over and asked which main dish I'd like. There was no mention of Western vs. Chinese options until I overheard someone else's order. Most of the time he was standing at the kitchen entrance using his phone loudly, which made it hard to get his attention. The loud phone noise made the experience quite unpleasant, as I was hoping for a relaxing, quiet breakfast. Food options are very limited for a solo traveller. I ordered ******* for every lunch and dinner. I was quite hungry in the late afternoon and looking forward to the savory snacks in the afternoon tea set. I ordered them to my room and was told the ”chef had a family emergency” and could not prepare the fries and popcorn chicken, though I later saw someone else having the complete set in the lobby. :/ I saw another review a few months back giving feedback that there was no floor mat near the hot tub area. Even though they always respond to negative reviews the same way, saying they will improve, the problem was unfortunately not fixed. You only have one floor mat at the shower area and have to remember to bring it across the room to the hot tub area, or you'll be dripping wet on a slippery floor when you exit the tub. Soundproofing is bad. There is a road right next to the room, and you can hear occasional cars passing by. During my stay, farmers were harvesting bamboo, and you could hear the loud truck engines (which sounded like excavators) and them talking loudly. Mad respect for farmers, just highlighting the downside of the location that you dont see in the nice photos. The whole experience was strange because it felt like other guests were there for photoshoot over an actual hotel stay experience. You could see beautifully dressed ladies posing at every corner of the estate. Nothing wrong with that, just not something I'm used to. The experience is not without positives. The room I stayed in 【云渌】 had an insanely beautiful view, which was what I came for. It directly faces the bamboo forest and mountains. On good days, you'll probably be able to see a nice sunset. The room was clean and had great, thoughtful amenities, including Le Labo toiletries, a small pack of laundry detergent, eye masks, earplugs, and a Dyson hairdryer, to name a few. I also loved the huge private balcony it came with. I was really looking forward to this stay, but coming from another 民宿 I absolutely enjoyed, the service here was a stark contrast. This place has so much potential if they could brush up on the professionalism of the service crew to match the aesthetic and pricetag. I sincerely wish them well and hope the service can be improved.

Das Moshangyin Hotel ist ein wunderbarer Ort für eine entspannende Getaway in Moganshan. Setzen und aussehen zu den Bamboo-Wäldern ist unglaublich friedlich und bedenklich. Ob das Wetter sonnig oder wolkenig ist, bleibt die Atmosphäre ebenso angenehm und charmant. Ein weiteres wunderschönes Detail ist der nahe gelegene Strom Sie können den sanften Sound von fließenden Wasser hören, was noch mehr Ruhe zum Aufenthalt hinzufügt. Die Gäste sind sehr freundlich, willkommen und aufmerksam, so dass sich die Gäste bequem fühlen, fast wie sie in ihrer eigenen natürlichen Heimatumgebung. Die Gäste, die dort bleiben, sind auch respektvoll und angenehm, tragen zur ruhigen Atmosphäre bei. Der Transport ist auch sehr bequem, mit Taxis schnell und zuverlässig ankommen. Es gibt ein nahe gelegenes Dorf namens Yucun, das schön zu besuchen ist, und viele Szenenbereiche rund um das Hotel sind auch leicht zugänglich. Insgesamt ist dies ein idealer Ort für jeden, der nach Frieden sucht, schönes Design, Natur und eine wirklich entspannende Erfahrung in Moganshan.
