Wir rufen uns an, wenn wir aus Shanghai ausgehen, und sagen, dass wir ihm bald im Voraus sagen, es ist zu heiß, er wird uns die Klimaanlage zu früh öffnen, zu warm. Als ich ankam, sah ich den Chef, der uns an der Tür wartete, um uns zu parken, uns zu helfen, unsere Gepäck zu holen und zu fliegen, würde er auch ein paar Tickets-Gebühren abgeben. Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

Neben der wunderschönen Lage mit üppigem Grün und beeindruckender Tierwelt waren auch die Hotel- und Zimmerarchitektur wunderschön. Das Angebot an Aktivitäten war endlos und es war für jeden etwas dabei. Wir haben den Ausritt im Resort und die kostenlose Land Rover-Fahrt gemacht – beides war unvergesslich. Die Ställe sind sehr sauber und die Trainer und Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und kompetent. Wir waren während des nationalen Drachenbootfestes dort, und obwohl das Hotel ausgebucht war, war das Personal sehr aufmerksam und hat all unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Es gibt ein täglich aktualisiertes Aktivitätenprogramm, und die Speisemöglichkeiten sind vielfältig und sehr lecker. Ich empfehle, sich vorab über das Wetter zu informieren, um die Aktivitäten in vollen Zügen genießen zu können. Wir werden dieses wunderschöne Resort aber definitiv wieder besuchen.

1. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. 2. Die Hotelanlage ist großzügig und elegant. 3. Butler Ida war sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Er kontaktierte mich vor dem Check-in und gab mir viele Informationen über die Umgebung und Restaurants. 4. Der Balkon des Zimmers ist offen gestaltet und grenzt an das Nachbarzimmer; man kann die Gespräche der Nachbarn hören. 5. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und bietet sowohl chinesische als auch westliche Gerichte – schätzungsweise 50 bis 60 verschiedene Speisen. Es gibt auch eine große Auswahl an Desserts und frisch zubereitete Nudelsuppen. Nach dem Frühstück findet um 9 Uhr ein kostenloser halbstündiger Baduanjin-Kurs (Acht Brokatstücke) statt. Sehr empfehlenswert! 6. Die Matratze ist sehr gut, genau richtig fest, und das Bett ist mit zwei Metern Breite sehr groß. Das Schlafsystem ist hervorragend. Bei Reiseunterkünften ist die Matratzenqualität das Wichtigste, und die Banyan Tree-Matratze ist zweifellos exzellent und garantiert einen erholsamen Schlaf. 7. Das Zimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne zum Entspannen und ist sehr sauber. 8. Es gibt einen Außen- und einen Innenpool; der Außenpool eignet sich hervorragend zum Fotografieren.

Selbstfahren in Jiangsu, Zhejiang und Shanghai ist eigentlich in Ordnung. Die Tante, die das Gästezimmer putzt, ist sehr gut. Solange ich nicht zufrieden war, rief ich am Tag vor dem Check-in an und fragte nach einigen Vorlieben für das Zimmer. Ich sagte, ich wünsche mir eine bessere Aussicht. Leiser. Als ich am nächsten Tag eincheckte, bekam ich daher einen Eingang im ersten Stock und konnte nur zwei niedrige Grünpflanzen im Fenster sowie das Kommen und Gehen der Bewohner und Mitarbeiter sehen. Es gibt keine Gazevorhänge im Raum. Wenn die Vorhänge geschlossen sind, ist die Innenbeleuchtung insgesamt sehr schwach. Dann rief ich im Gästezimmer an, um mich zu erkundigen, und mir wurde gesagt, dass es keinen Gazevorhang und keinen Platz zum Umziehen gäbe. Wenn Sie dies nicht möchten, können Sie auf eigene Kosten ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer durchführen, mit einem Rabatt von 980 pro Nacht. Nach der Kommunikation mit den zusammenlebenden Menschen ist kein Upgrade erforderlich. Es gab also keine Lösung, also legte ich einfach auf, schloss die Vorhänge und ging schlafen. Ich möchte im Resort kein Geld ausgeben. Hat er mich nicht angerufen, als ich gerade ein Nickerchen gemacht habe? Ich bin aufgewacht und habe gesagt, dass ein Zimmer frei sei und ich in einer halben Stunde nach oben ziehen könne. Dann wachte ich aus meinem Nickerchen auf und hatte Kopfschmerzen. Nach dem Umkleideraum war das Fenster kaputt und konnte nicht geschlossen werden, so dass viele Insekten hineinflogen. Drei Leute kamen, um sich die Reparatur anzusehen, und am Ende bestand die Bitte nur darin, die Tür zu schließen. Wir haben nicht mehr geöffnet. Im Zimmer wurden vier Insekten gefangen. Der erste Tag des Eincheckens war wirklich nicht angenehm. Dann habe ich mich zwei Tage lang normal hingelegt und bin gegangen. Es geht ziemlich schnell, ein Auto zu rufen. Aber ich würde nicht in Betracht ziehen, noch einmal zu kommen.

However, one person completely changed our experience — Shi Jun from the front desk team. Shi Jun demonstrated truly exceptional hospitality. Through WeChat, he patiently communicated with us, answered every question and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He helped us when we were close to giving up on the reservation, arranged room changes, helped find a suitable place for me to work, assisted when we needed to visit the hospital, and continued to care about every detail of our family’s needs. His professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for guests represent the very best of hospitality. Shi Jun is a young man who is a true credit to Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel. For his service alone, I would give 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 🌟 Beautiful, Spacious and Immaculately Clean Rooms The room was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. It was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. The family design created a warm and welcoming environment, with excellent bedding, a well-maintained bathroom and plenty of space for parents and children. For families travelling with young children, cleanliness and comfort are essential — and Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel truly delivered. 🍳 Excellent and Abundant Breakfast The breakfast was another highlight. There was a fantastic selection of food suitable for both adults and children. The variety was impressive and provided a great start to each day. 👨👩👧 A Wonderful Family-Friendly Environment The greatest strength of this hotel is its understanding of families. Everything is designed with children in mind, creating a place where children can feel excited, happy and full of imagination. Our child especially enjoyed the family atmosphere, and it was wonderful to see so many families creating happy memories together. ❤️ Great Potential with Some Areas for Improvement The hotel has an excellent foundation: beautiful rooms, a fantastic concept, wonderful family facilities and a great location. With some improvements, it has the potential to become one of the best family resorts in Anji. 🌍 International Guest Communication As an international guest, communication was sometimes challenging. Unfortunately, none of the staff members we met could speak English, and some were reluctant to use translation tools. Basic English support or greater willingness to use translation applications would greatly improve the experience for overseas visitors. 🧑🍳 Breakfast Service Professionalism Although breakfast was excellent, we noticed the chef using his phone in the breakfast area during service time. For a family resort with such great potential, maintaining professionalism in all public areas is important. 🌙 Night Reception Service At approximately 5:00 am, we needed assistance because our room key required reactivation. Unfortunately, nobody was immediately available at reception. A 24-hour guest service presence would improve the overall experience. 🚗 Arrival Experience The entrance creates the first impression. We noticed the security staff member appeared distracted using his phone and smoking rather than actively welcoming guests. The room is beautiful, you've seen that already, but here's my genuine experience that I hope helps set your expectations. Overall, bare minimum service. There is no proper front desk reception, and I had to remind them to set up the butler group chat the day before arrival because there were no instructions. Upon arrival, the main door was locked. Someone eventually came and brought my luggage up to the room, and that was it. No friendly chats, no personal touch, no estate introduction or tour, no other instructions, just a few pre-set WeChat images. The butler is quite responsive on chat but often provides incomplete answers. Service at breakfast was cold. No one welcomes you when you walk in, and there was no proper introduction to what was available. There was only one staff member at breakfast. He eventually came over and asked which main dish I'd like. There was no mention of Western vs. Chinese options until I overheard someone else's order. Most of the time he was standing at the kitchen entrance using his phone loudly, which made it hard to get his attention. The loud phone noise made the experience quite unpleasant, as I was hoping for a relaxing, quiet breakfast. Food options are very limited for a solo traveller. I ordered ******* for every lunch and dinner. I was quite hungry in the late afternoon and looking forward to the savory snacks in the afternoon tea set. I ordered them to my room and was told the ”chef had a family emergency” and could not prepare the fries and popcorn chicken, though I later saw someone else having the complete set in the lobby. :/ I saw another review a few months back giving feedback that there was no floor mat near the hot tub area. Even though they always respond to negative reviews the same way, saying they will improve, the problem was unfortunately not fixed. You only have one floor mat at the shower area and have to remember to bring it across the room to the hot tub area, or you'll be dripping wet on a slippery floor when you exit the tub. Soundproofing is bad. There is a road right next to the room, and you can hear occasional cars passing by. During my stay, farmers were harvesting bamboo, and you could hear the loud truck engines (which sounded like excavators) and them talking loudly. Mad respect for farmers, just highlighting the downside of the location that you dont see in the nice photos. The whole experience was strange because it felt like other guests were there for photoshoot over an actual hotel stay experience. You could see beautifully dressed ladies posing at every corner of the estate. Nothing wrong with that, just not something I'm used to. The experience is not without positives. The room I stayed in 【云渌】 had an insanely beautiful view, which was what I came for. It directly faces the bamboo forest and mountains. On good days, you'll probably be able to see a nice sunset. The room was clean and had great, thoughtful amenities, including Le Labo toiletries, a small pack of laundry detergent, eye masks, earplugs, and a Dyson hairdryer, to name a few. I also loved the huge private balcony it came with. I was really looking forward to this stay, but coming from another 民宿 I absolutely enjoyed, the service here was a stark contrast. This place has so much potential if they could brush up on the professionalism of the service crew to match the aesthetic and pricetag. I sincerely wish them well and hope the service can be improved.

Vom ersten Moment unserer Ankunft an fühlte sich alles friedlich und durchdacht an. Die Gestaltung und Anlage sind atemberaubend. Überall wächst Bambus, was die natürliche, ruhige Atmosphäre noch verstärkt. Die Hütten selbst sind modern und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter, mit denen wir zu tun hatten, waren unglaublich nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit – trotz der Sprachbarriere. Ob wir nun eine Mitfahrgelegenheit innerhalb des Camps brauchten (was dank der regelmäßigen Fahrten der Mitarbeiter immer möglich war) oder eine Frage hatten, sie halfen uns stets gerne. Die Kontaktaufnahme über WhatsApp machte alles noch einfacher – sie reagierten schnell auf alle unsere Anfragen. Das Essen war fantastisch. Besonders das chinesische Restaurant hat uns begeistert – jedes Gericht, das wir probiert haben, war unglaublich schmackhaft. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftspool und andere Freizeitaktivitäten wie Paddeln, die wir leider wetterbedingt nicht nutzen konnten. Trotzdem ist es gut zu wissen, dass diese Möglichkeiten bestehen. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Tierpark, wo man Pfauen, Ziegen, Hühner und Enten beobachten kann. Ein Spaziergang durch das Camp ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft, und die gesamte Umgebung lädt zum Entspannen und Abschalten ein. Alles in allem ist es der perfekte Ort, um abzuschalten, neue Energie zu tanken und einfach die Ruhe und die Schönheit der Natur zu genießen. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war, dass es beim Frühstück nur eine Kaffeemaschine gab, was zu einer langen Schlange führte. Wir mussten uns dann Kaffee kaufen, was etwas ärgerlich war – vor allem, weil wir ihn auch kostenlos hätten bekommen können. 🤭 Ich kann Elephant and Moon wärmstens empfehlen! Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Setzen und aussehen zu den Bamboo-Wäldern ist unglaublich friedlich und bedenklich. Ob das Wetter sonnig oder wolkenig ist, bleibt die Atmosphäre ebenso angenehm und charmant. Ein weiteres wunderschönes Detail ist der nahe gelegene Strom Sie können den sanften Sound von fließenden Wasser hören, was noch mehr Ruhe zum Aufenthalt hinzufügt. Die Gäste sind sehr freundlich, willkommen und aufmerksam, so dass sich die Gäste bequem fühlen, fast wie sie in ihrer eigenen natürlichen Heimatumgebung. Die Gäste, die dort bleiben, sind auch respektvoll und angenehm, tragen zur ruhigen Atmosphäre bei. Der Transport ist auch sehr bequem, mit Taxis schnell und zuverlässig ankommen. Es gibt ein nahe gelegenes Dorf namens Yucun, das schön zu besuchen ist, und viele Szenenbereiche rund um das Hotel sind auch leicht zugänglich. Insgesamt ist dies ein idealer Ort für jeden, der nach Frieden sucht, schönes Design, Natur und eine wirklich entspannende Erfahrung in Moganshan.
