I traveled alone with my 3 year old daughter and we had a fantastic stay! The owner was very kind to upgrade us to the largest king size bed room which was very spacious for my kid to run around. Unfortunately she didn’t realize we booked 2 nights and made us move the second night but still gave us an upgraded room! She made up for it by helping me move and watch my child while I settled into the second room. She and the restaurant chef were so kind with allowing us to eat a late breakfast because my child was too tired and could not wake up in time before breakfast ended. The chef made us a delicious fried rice with some tomato/eggs and hot Mongolian milk te which was the best meal we’ve had in Inner Mongolia because we are tired of eating lamb. Everyone treated us so well and loved my outgoing daughter. We sang karaoke at night and my daughter sat on the swings and ran around in the courtyard playing. I loved that the light to the AC turns off when the room lights turn off but the AC is still working. It makes sleep so much better to not have a light shining on you. The rooms are very new and there’s lots of cabinet space. Parking is available. Bottled water, slippers, shampoos/body wash are all provided. We also got free tickets to the grassland which we unfortunately could not make it to but appreciated. Thank you to the owner and the staff for making our stay so comfortable! We will definitely come back and stay again!

I stayed here as part of my 20 day road trip across the forests of Northern Heilongjian and the white hills of Inner Mongolia. After driving north from A'ershan to New Barag Youqi to see stand on the southern bank of Hulun Hu, I drove up to Manzhouli to stand on the lakes northern bank and watch the sunset. I had no idea what to expect from Manzhouli and so I booked 3 nights. I also enjoyed the Russian ethnic minority food, milk tea and bought some gifts in town. I ended up deciding to move on up north to Erguna via the G331 a couple of days early. Though I cut the stay short, I thought the hotel was great. It's in the high rise building and is eay to find. The welcome at reception was nice and friendly. I was given everything I needed and shown a much larger room than I booked. The rooms possibly the largest I have come across since living in China. The design is nice, warm, and bright. It came across as a studio alarment that was just missing a kitchen. The Auntie gave me some magnets as I was leaving and I appreciate that a lot. I highly recommend this place if you need a quiet, apartment like stay in the city. If you enjoy Russian food, or from Europe and missing home, there are plenty of Russian restaurants serving real bread, meat, potatoes and Russian beer.

莫爾道嘎鎮不大，離汽車站有點距離，拖行李的話打車比較好。房間稍微小一點。行李箱沒地方攤開，我是硬攤開在兩張床之間的那裡。提供了一次性浴巾和拖鞋，如果想要普通那種浴巾可以找老闆要。老闆和老闆娘很熱情，剛好遇到我去完森林公園後下午回來，給了我一個列巴讓我嚐嚐。第二天老闆幫忙打車去汽車站，聯繫了認識的估計沒空，然後趕緊搖老闆娘出來讓她聯繫她認識的。老闆聯繫的時候看我好像有點怕趕不上車的着急，一邊聯繫一邊説不着急不着急趕得上的。

Die Landschaft außerhalb des kleinen Holzhauses ist sehr gut, das Zimmer ist sauber, es gibt einige kleine Insekten, aber ohne Schalen, die Schalen sind genug und wurden nicht gepflastert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Hinterhalb gibt es einen Campingplatz, es sollte auch eine Feuerfestival geben, wenn viele Menschen sind.

Ein tolles Hotel, die Dekoration ist voller französischer Eleganz. Vom Service bis zu den Toilettenartikeln ist alles perfekt. Nur ist das Frühstück zu einfach, was in anderen Aspekten im krassen Widerspruch zur Exzellenz steht, und es gibt noch viel Raum für Verbesserungen.

I stayed here for one night as I had driven down from Genhe and had been exploring the white frozen grasslands, and driving along the Hulun Buir Ice and Snow Festival tracks. The hotel was decent and made for good sleeping and had clothes washing facilities. There was also lots of parking space. The hotel has a security guard for some reason. I haven't figured that out yet as no other hotel or guesthouse I have stayed in seems to need one. I guess it will make some of you feel safer and some of you think twice. The hotel door handle needed to be fixed, the door didn't shut properly and I just had to slam it to stop the alarm from going off. I paid for breakfast and it was okay. But I recommend going to local breakfast place for Baozi for the same price. I still recommend the place for a night of rest at a decent budget, but if you want a more memorable stay then find a more personable guesthouse.

As an american traveling through Inner Mongolia with my chinese partner and her mom, this was my first time staying in a traditional yurt and honestly it ended up being one of the most memorable parts of our trip and my first ever trip to China! The power went out on our first night because of an annual power inspection and it lasted longer than expected. After a long day of traveling i was definitely disappointed because i had been looking forward to taking a shower and relaxing for the night. Even though the outage was completely outside the hosts' control, they did everything they could to make us comfortable! They brought us lights, checked on us several times and kept us updated on the situation via WeChat. By the end of the trip, what stood out to me wasnt the outage itself, but how hard everyone there worked to take care of us. They went above and beyond to make up for the power outage inconvenience. They treated us to horseback riding, paid for lunch and paid for afternoon tea which we greatly appreciated. By the next day i wasnt even thinking about the outage anymore because we were having such a great time. Their kindness turned what could have been a frustrating start into a really great experience. It's easy to provide good service when everything goes according to plan but it's much harder when something goes wrong and in this situation, the hosts exceeded our expectations. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive. Whenever we were eating, they were always nearby in case we needed anything and they consistently made us feel taken care of throughout our stay. One of my favorite memories was feeding the young sheep! It seems like a simple activity but as someone who has never had any opportunity to experience life on the grasslands, it was an experience I'll always cherish. I loved being able to experience the beautiful scenery and slower pace of life out here. There is also a scenic spot just a couple miles down the road with a hill you can walk up for free if you are staying at the yurts as a guest. The view from the top is absolutely incredible with endless grasslands in every direction. While staying here and driving through the area, we saw hundreds if not thousands of horses, cows and sheep across the landscape which made the whole experience feel even more special!! Also, the fried beef meal was so good I had to order it twice. And the snacks with the afternoon tea were also yummy. They provide all the toiletries you need as well as several bottles of water daily. There is both air condition and heat which helped during this time of year as the room would get very hot during the day and cold at night. The way the yurts light up at night is beautiful. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for sharing this beautiful part of Inner Mongolia with us. I'm definitely not one to leave reviews but this stay was worth taking the time to write one. We left with great memories and i would gladly stay here again! highly recommended!

The hotel is not directly inside the Matryoshka Square complex. Have to arrange a taxi to visit the square. The view of the giant dolls and the surrounding lights are beautiful from the hotel. Can visit the China and Russia order crossing from this hotel. The room is clean and spacious. The sheets are clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel staff are very helpful and knowledgeable on the area. Do not take the breakfast option as the breakfast is delivered to room by delivery drivers

Das Hotel ist nicht sehr groß, aber sehr raffiniert, es ist sehr komfortabel, das Zimmer ist sehr warm, von dem Hotel zum Zimmer zu gehen ist es sehr komfortabel, es fühlt sich wie nach Hause, Die kleinen Schönheiten der Rezeption sind sehr verwandt. Der Hotelleiter ist auch sehr enthusiastisch. Das Zimmer ist ein Katzeneloft. Wenn nicht wegen der begrenzten Zeit, wird es sicher noch einige Tage mehr bleiben. The receptionist lady at the hotel was very friendly, kind, and welcoming. The hotel is located in a very convenient area in the city center, which was a great advantage. However, the cleanliness of the bathroom was not satisfactory. The hotel did not provide enough bottled drinking water according to the number of guests staying in the room. I believe it is important to provide clean bottled water based on the number of guests and beds in the room. This does not cost much for the hotel, but for tired travelers who have been on a long journey, it is a small but valuable comfort. There were also no porcelain cups available for drinking tea in the room. In addition, some foreign guests were talking loudly, coming in and out of the hotel, and making a lot of noise until around 2 a.m. This made our stay uncomfortable and disturbed our rest. We had traveled a long distance and were extremely tired, so we decided to overlook these issues and requested to extend our stay for one more night at the same hotel to get some rest. However, the hotel increased the room price, which was disappointing. Furthermore, although the agreed check-out time was 2:00 p.m., we were asked to leave after 12:30 p.m. As a result, we could not finish our lunch and had to check out at around 1:30 p.m. We hope the hotel can pay more attention to respecting the agreed check-out time and providing better service for guests in the future. I sincerely hope the hotel management will pay more attention to these issues and work on improving the quality of service for future guests. Wishing your hotel continued success.
