Das Zimmer ist ziemlich groß, das Bett ist groß und sehr komfortabel, Fernseher ist gut mit allen Kanälen, hat einen Balkon mit privatem Spa. Das Front Desk ist sehr gut und freundlich, Restaurant ist überraschend gut, aber das Frühstück war nicht groß, kann es besser mit heißen gefrierten Eiern und mehr Obstwahl machen. Hot Spring area ist gut, aber wenn sie noch besser schützen und wenn es jemand, der die heißen Getränke serviert wird perfekt 😊

A spacious, elegant hotel with wonderful hot springs. The hotel has several restaurants, so you can dine without leaving the premises. The grounds are very pleasant. I especially want to note the responsiveness of the staff. Employees promptly provide information about the schedule of events at the hotel and help with any current issues. We were running late for our train and couldn't get a taxi. The staff took the initiative and helped us arrange a car. Thank you to Amy for her organization, friendliness, and responsiveness! Thanks to her and her colleague, we made it to our train without rushing. We will be back! We remember our stay with joy!

Dieses Hotel hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer und die Rocky Reefbar. Kann hier viele schöne Fotos mit der Helix wie Brücke über dem Reef und der spiralen Form Kapelle nehmen. Buffet Frühstück hat viele Wahlen zum Essen. Die Zimmer, die wir reservierten, waren für die Ebenen 4 bis 5, aber sie hat uns nach dem Gehör auf 29 Zimmer aufgebaut, dass wir unsere 88 jungen Mütter für Urlaub gebracht hatten. Sie fügte uns zu WeChat und sandte uns Informationen über die Hotelaktivitäten. Als ich ihr sagte, wir wollen das Hotel-Gummi-Slips kaufen, hat sie sie ins Zimmer geschickt. Die einzigen schlechten Punkte sind: 1) unverantwortliche Tierbesitzer, die ihre Tiere nicht leisten (mein Mädchen wurde von einem Hund, der sie in Rundungen jagte, Angst hatte), 2) der Strandsand ist ziemlich grau und voller Pelze.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Stay at Renaissance Huizhou We had an exceptional 5‑star experience at the Renaissance Huizhou from the moment we arrived until we checked out five days later. As soon as our car pulled up to the lobby, Lai Zhifei (赖志飞) greeted us with genuine warmth and helped us with our luggage, providing a luggage ticket before we headed to the check‑in counter. The receptionist welcomed us with a smile, and like many staff members throughout the hotel—whether at the front desk, reception, or the buffet—he was impressively bilingual. Check‑in was quick and seamless. Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered a fantastic view. It was fresh, spacious, and perfectly maintained. Within minutes, our luggage was delivered and placed neatly in the walk‑in closet. The hotel was wonderfully quiet at night, and we slept incredibly well—the bed, bedding, and especially the pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of our stay. After being seated, the host immediately offered coffee, tea, or another beverage. Having lived in China for many years, I can confidently say this is the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever enjoyed. During this visit, one breakfast item I usually look forward to wasn’t available due to the Chinese New Year holiday. I mentioned it to guest services on WeChat, and shortly afterward, Mercedes, the Director of Rooms, personally called to explain. To my surprise, the item was delivered to my room the next day—complimentary. Mercedes is elegant, attentive, and clearly dedicated to ensuring every guest enjoys a 5‑star experience. Because my wife’s family lives in Huizhou, we visit often, and I’ve stayed at several hotels in the area. None come close to the Renaissance Huizhou's quality, comfort, and service.

Ein Kurztrip ins Le Méridien Xiaojing Bay hat meine Erwartungen bei Weitem übertroffen und war ein absolutes Highlight! Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach fantastisch – beim Öffnen des Fensters blickt man direkt auf das azurblaue Meer, und vom Balkon aus kann man den Sonnenaufgang bestaunen. Morgens wecken einen die Wellen sanft auf, und abends kann man einen Spaziergang entlang der Strandpromenade machen. Jeder Moment hier ist eine wohltuende und wunderschöne Szene. Der Hotelservice ist sehr aufmerksam, und der Butler Lucas reagierte immer prompt. Alles in allem ist dies der perfekte Ort für einen Wochenendausflug, und ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

老狼還是那句大實話，忠實的麗楓酒店的用户了，基本上沒讓我失望過。環境很好，房間給的也大，並且本人就是喜歡薰衣草的香氣。 這次給的房間寬敞明亮，並且窗外風景也還不錯，大屏投影非常適合我這種喜歡躺在床上看視頻的人。我肯定是給5星好評的！

2024/04/05-08 Park Plaza Hotel in Nankunshan in Guangdong The hotel's meals are truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in China! They have put so much effort into my food, who cannot eat everything. The weekend there was really pleasant even though it was raining badly all the time. After I talked to the hotel and a manager for about 2 hours that evening when I arrived, to find out if they would be able to give me something to eat, because I'm allergic to several things, I really did not expect much. They said they would bring it to my room... What a pleasant surprise the next morning and the 2 other mornings !!! The most beautiful and most delicious food you can imagine!! Wow and they are far from cities, thus they prepared it with what they had!! 😊🌸🌻👍🏻 The staff were also so polite and friendly!! Unfortunately there was no map of the resort and also not clear signs. I couldn't understand the cryptic directions to the hotsprings the reception gave...😱 Thus I had to wait till the lights came on, then I could see where the lights at the pools were .. Perhaps they can put a ”roof” or cover over some pools, then it will be more enjoyable when raining... Because if the rain, the roof swimming pool was closed, but beautiful view from there. There are so many beautiful nature places nearby to explore and fir hiking, but unfortunately the weather was not good as the rain was pouring! Perhaps the hotel can buy the ugly murals or ruins or half-built buildings that damage and interrupt the beautiful views of trees... It is really a sore eye in the beautiful view... then they can renovate and finish the buildings... I really hope one day I can go again!! But everywhere I have been telling people of this great hotel and will keep on doing it!! 👍🏻🌻😊

Der Service dieses Hotels ist sehr aufmerksam und vermittelt den Gästen ein Gefühl von Zuhause. Das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich, das Bett bequem und die Ausstattung komplett. Die Lage ist außerdem sehr praktisch, mit vielen Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die nette Rezeptionistin Taozi hat einen freundlichen Service! Ich habe den herzlichen, freundlichen und aufmerksamen Service empfunden. Ich hatte versehentlich die Stromkarte als Zimmerkarte genommen und konnte das Zimmer nicht öffnen. Die nette Rezeptionistin Taozi bat sofort jemanden, die Zimmerkarte hochzuschicken, und beantwortete geduldig die Fragen der Gäste. Auch der Service beim Ein- und Auschecken war sehr positiv und enthusiastisch! Ich hoffe, die Führungskräfte Ihres Unternehmens können ihr ein Lob aussprechen.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking views of the sea. Waking up every morning to such a beautiful ocean view made our vacation even more special. The swimming pools were fantastic, well-maintained, and suitable for both adults and children. The resort also offers excellent facilities, including beautifully landscaped gardens, relaxing lounge areas, a private beach, and plenty of recreational activities that made every day enjoyable. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. Every team member was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. Their exceptional hospitality made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. The only small downside was that the breakfast buffet could have offered more variety. While the food was fresh and tasty, we would have appreciated a wider selection each morning.

Das Hotel selbst hat eine schöne Lage am Strand und die Pools sind im Allgemeinen gut gepflegt. Das Hotel und die Umgebung scheinen jedoch sehr müde, mit viel von ihm braucht Wartung oder nur nicht überhaupt verwendet werden. Die Aufzüge brauchen auch eine Aktualisierung. Trotzdem ist es im Allgemeinen ein gutes Hotel, die Zimmer sind gut und haben gute Aussichten.
