We arrived at a small village villa in Chengdu, unsure of what to expect, and left with hearts overflowing with warmth and gratitude. In a place where no one even knew our religion, we were welcomed like family. Every greeting, every smile, every gesture radiated genuine kindness — something you rarely find in modern hotels. Jojo was the heart of that experience. She stayed with us for dinner, thoughtfully asking about our dietary needs as Muslims and ensuring every meal was prepared with care and respect. Her presence went beyond service; it was her way of making us feel truly seen, valued, and at home. Equally unforgettable was the aunty who served us with unwavering dedication and warmth. Every meal she prepared, every little detail she attended to, showed a sincerity that made us feel like part of the family. They are undeniably an asset to the homestay, and their kindness added a layer of comfort and joy that we will never forget. This homestay is spacious and ideal for Muslim travelers as well as families, offering a rare combination of comfort and authentic local hospitality. It is a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the city, but if you are seeking calmness and the genuine charm of Chengdu, this is the perfect place to stay. True hospitality isn’t about polished professionalism or fancy amenities — it’s about heart, authenticity, and human connection. The generosity, thoughtfulness, and warmth we experienced here are rare treasures, and the memories of this stay will remain with us forever.

We booked our stay for Chinese New Year and received a warm welcome from the very beginning. The owner and his family were very friendly and assisted us in getting settled in no time. They provided us with oranges each day and dumplings for the new year. Everyone made an effort to speak with us even though there was a language barrier and were all extremely helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located next to an ancient street which contains food stalls, restaurants, stores and other attractions. We will definitely book here again on our next trip to Anren!

Einrichtungen: Sehr perfekte Zimmerausstattung komplett Dienst: Diesmal ist das Service-Erlebnis sehr gut. Zunächst einmal, von der Registrierung der einzelnen Mitarbeiter, die sich auf die Gäste einlassen, sehr enthusiastisch und genießend empfangen, um die verschiedenen Verbindungen wie die Dusche und die Nahrungsmittelzufuhr zu fragen, sehr sorgfältig zu beobachten, und alle Mitarbeiter können auch zum ersten Mal die Bedürfnisse der Gäste erfahren und sich vorbereiten. Nach dem Austritt hilft es auch, alle Gepäck in den Wagen zu bringen. Der Service ist sehr sorgfältig. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, das chinesische Essen ist in den westlichen Essen vorhanden, der Personalservice ist auch sehr geduldig und rechtzeitig. The owner is very kind and helpful. They showed us where to get eggs and rice so we wouldn’t get hungry during our stay 😊 They also sell Maggi curry, which is a Malaysian favourite instant noodle—such a nice touch! The owner allowed us to do an early check-in when the room became available around 10:30 a.m. since we arrived early. They also helped arrange transportation to Xiling Snow Mountain, and the price was very reasonable. I didn’t take any photos of the room, but it was nice, warm during the cold weather, and very comfortable. Highly recommended, and we will definitely repeat this place if we come to Xiling Snow Mountain again. These photos were taken around the area very near to the guesthouse. Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Tiangong Heyuan Hotel Huashuiwan. Das Personal war hervorragendprofessionell, warm und immer bereit, zu helfen. Jeden Abend schickten sie gedankenvoll leckere lokale Snacks ins Zimmer, was die Erfahrung extra besonderes Gefühl machte. Das Team war sehr hilfreich bei der öffentlichen Verkehrsleitlinie und konnte sogar bei der Organisation des Transports bei Bedarf helfen, so dass die Reise reibungslos und stressfrei ist. Die heißen Frühlingsanlagen waren unglaublich komfortabel, mit klaren und freundlichen Anweisungen für die ersten Besucher. Die Zimmer waren unspottbar und gut gepflegt, und die zusätzliche AI-Unterstützung machte den Aufenthalt noch bequemer. Insgesamt eine hervorragende Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Ich werde sicher wiederkommen!

so far 3 night at chengdu. this is the most favourite accommodation of mine. The host super kind, helpful, generous. The room so spacious for 4 of us (2 kids /2 adult) the best things is the bed got heater & wool blanket to make sure we warm because weather here is super cold. Also i love the comfy sofa provided and I can relax and doing my work using the laptop. The host also gave us borrow extra heater and so generous provide us an oranges. The best part is I can put my luggage at reception while I go up to Xiling Mountain. You can ask the host to help booking bus ticket back to Chengdu city. Open the window and just secure the window net so you can enjoy the windy cold weather. Feel so blessed enjoying the God nature here. Overall I highly recommended this accommodation. So relax and peaceful.. the only sound I can hear is my kids snoring 😜🤣

性價比高，房間大，帶大陽台，樓下可以下河玩水。頂樓房間夏天不建議選該房型，熱得要死跟蒸籠差不多開空調都不管用，還有就是吃飯不方便離吃飯的地方太遠

An unforgettable experience. The snow mountain 🏔️ is close by for you to have a great skiing 🎿 🌨️ experience and the hotel is clean and Cosy. You definitely won't feel cold ❄️🥶 in winter, there are heated beds air-conditioning and the hot springs♨️ were awesome. My six year old daughter had a blast. We will definitely go back with our extended family.

Das Zimmer war groß n geräumig, mit 2 großen Betten, 2 Sänken n ein Balkon mit Blick auf einen schönen Blick. Service (Hauspflege) war ausgezeichnet, da sie unverzüglich unseren Anfragen begegnen. Das Front Desk Personal hat sogar in unser Zimmer geliefert Ginger Tee, um unsere kalten Symptome zu besiegen! Warm Frühling war leicht verfügbar und war großartig! Wir fühlten nur die Zimmermöbel war etwas alt n TV-Verbindung war nicht groß, da wir die Kanäle nicht mehr die Zeit auf. Alles andere war hervorragend!

Der Verantwortliche hat eine sehr nette Persönlichkeit, ist wirklich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie bieten Transport vom und zum Flughafen und in die Umgebung zu einem günstigen Preis an. Anders als bei einem normalen Taxi verlangen sie keinen höheren Preis. Das Essen war für eine Alleinreisende wie mich recht günstig und sehr preiswert. Der Ort war ruhig und die Aussicht war schön, umgeben von Bergen und Wäldern. Hat mir gefallen.
