Hotels in Las Condes mit Parkplatz

This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience. I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect: - staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests. - check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff. Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points.

Es gab eine Diskrepanz zwischen Restaurant und Hotel. Das System muss verbessert werden. Ich war überrascht, dass es im Zimmer keinen Kleiderschrank gab. Gute Betten. Zimmer in durchschnittlichem Zustand. Das Auschecken dauerte 25 Minuten (keine Wartezeit, das ist einfach die Zeit, die für das benötigt wurde, was eigentlich ein einfacher Verwaltungsvorgang hätte sein sollen). Die Leute sind sehr nett, sie brauchen nur verbesserte Betriebsabläufe.

クラブキングルームを利用しました。クラブラウンジを利用できよかったです。クラブラウンジでは、ゆったりとした空間で、美味しい食事や飲み物を楽しめました。サーモン、お肉料理、サンドイッチ、ベーカリー、スイーツ、サラダ、どれも秀逸でした。滞在中は、クラブラウンジのコンシェルジェにいろいろと旅行についてのアドバイスをいただき、市内観光やワイナリーツアーを堪能できました。部屋も清潔でゆったりとくつろげる十分な広さで心地よい空間でした。ホテルのスタッフはみなさんとても親切でした。また是非利用したいです。

Das neue Hotelgebiet ist sehr sicher, der Rezeptionservice des Hotels ist auch sehr gut Die Gesundheitsumgebung ist gut, sie bietet auch eine Tragemaschine. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist relativ einfach, aber es ist wirklich gut, den Schneeberg in einem Hotel zu sehen.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here this trip. It’s been an excellent hotel. Very comfortable room and beds, well positioned for shops and restaurants and a really helpful staff. I definitely recommend.

The overall it's really good because the hotel it's firstly very well located as it's close to main Street (excellent transport) but in a small street. Very close to nice dining and commercial areas. It seems Brand New so everythings Shiny and very clean, people a very nice. I would say the only issues are the very bad window frames which don't isolate the noise of the street and I imagine also the cold weather in winter and the pillows which are uncomfortable. Beside those two points the hotel is fantastic

Das Zimmer ist sehr gut, die Rezeption ist sehr gut und sehr freundlich und die Lage ist sehr bequem, aber Trip.com kann keine Kommunikationsplattform anbieten, es ist sehr unkomfortabel, ein Teil der Kosten kann nicht für die Reise berechnet werden. Weitere Änderungen an der Buchung hinter der festgelegten. Die WLAN-Schnittstelle des Hotels ist westlich, und wenn Sie nicht westlich sprechen, sollten Sie sie am Rezeptor verbessern.

It's a hotel just to spend the night. Do not expect any attention from the staff, like being on your honeymoon and a bottle of champagne as a courtesy, or a nice views from Tower C.

Dieses Mal ist es eine Geschäftsreise, eine Nacht, die Etage ist relativ hoch und sehr ruhig. In der östlichen Region Chiles (Reich) ist die Umgebung sehr gut, am reichsten Platz im Geschäft in Santiago, der Verkehr bequem, umgeben von verschiedenen berühmten Waren, Geschäften, Supermärkten, Nachtladen 🪩, Bierhallen, Geschmackvollen Lebensmitteln... Das einzige Gefühl fehlt, ist die Hotelanlage etwas alt und das Bett etwas weich, Aber das allgemeine Gefühl ist immer noch gut, das Frühstück ist auch sehr reichhaltig, alle Arten von Brot, Joghurt, Obst, Kaffee ☕️ Gesamt zufrieden mit dieser Reise 🧳 Aufenthalt

J'ai passé une excellente nuit dans cet établissement ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin : accueil chaleureux, chambre propre et confortable, literie de qualité et ambiance calme. Le petit déjeuner inclus mérite une mention spéciale : très complet, varié et délicieux, avec des produits frais et bien présentés. Je recommande vivement cet établissement, un excellent rapport qualité-prix !
