Everything went well. Great value, room was nice, breakfast was good. Ample parking and close to lots of stores and restaurants. Highly recommend.

The check in was very smooth once I managed to get in to the building. The room was huge, clean and had all the little touches except the lack of drawers (only 2 small drawers for a 2 Double bed room). Also only 3 hangers for clothes and nowhere to hang a coat. The staff were all very pleasant and friendly. Would definitely highly recommend to a convenient stay in London. Will most certainly be staying there again.

Hotel was quiet considering how close it was to the highway. There is nothing walkable to. Hotel has 1 restaurant but that's about it. We drove to a town about 15 mins away to have dinner. Room was adequate.. bed was fairly comfy, room appeared clean. Fridge was on way too low to be useable. Breakfast was typical.. some hot foods, fruit, juices, bagels, toast, yogurt, coffee. I don't typically risk any of the hot food so settled with a yogurt, a piece of toast and coffee. This location was convenient for our purpose and the price was good for what it was. There was a big mixup with Trip.com not having sent the hotel our payment confirmation but that wasn't the hotel's fault. We resolved it quickly.

Ich habe fünf Tage gelebt, insgesamt zufrieden. Das Frühstück ist relativ einfach. Es gibt einen Menschen, der alle Dienste anbietet. Die Menschen sind gut. Am letzten Tag haben wir noch die vorher verlorenen Ohrhörner geholt. Die herkömmlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, das Essen und das Tanken in der Nähe des Hotels sind sehr bequem.

I stayed at this hotel for my convocation and had a wonderful experience. The common area in the room is quite large, and the bedrooms are a reasonable size. A room with two beds can comfortably sleep four people. The service is five-star, starting with a very smooth check-in process. Additionally, they offer complimentary coffee for breakfast, as well as free luggage storage

Gute Einrichtungen, Zimmer war ein wenig von einem Spaziergang vom Lobby entfernt. Nicht die größte Aussicht vom Zimmer, sondern das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett war komfortabel und ruhig. Der Pool wurde gut gepflegt und hatte ein einzigartiges Arcade-Zimmer. Leider hat es meine Viertel gegessen... Ich werde hier nochmal bleiben!

The hotel was helpful. We were not able to go because our dog was sick. This happens. We understood that we would loose our money because I didnt have free cancelation or modification. But.... when I received an email stating I would be charged if I didnt check in I was mortified. I searched everywhere on the Trip.com app to see how much I would be charged if I didnt check in, on top of loosing our money. I couldnt find the answer anywhere. I called the hotel and they didnt know. When I made the reservation there was no mention of this extra charge. Needless to say I was upset. So, we made a point of driving to London to check in but not stay at the hotel. We went back home. 3 hour round trip. I won't use Teip.com again. And I will tell all my friends and family the same.

Das Einchecken verlief reibungslos. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Das einzige Problem war, dass sie in einer der Nächte, in denen ich dort war, vergessen haben, das Zimmer zu schminken. Mir wurde gesagt, dass ich die Rezeption benachrichtigen müsse, damit mein Zimmer gereinigt wird. Die Lage war eine Art Enttäuschung, aber das nächste Einkaufszentrum war White Oaks.

I took my kids to the hotel for a treat to get together and right in my hallway at 4am we got woken up by yelling and screaming they did kick them out but I was nervous and to he woken up like that was not necessary and when I told the front desk people they just said o they left but still it was not enjoyable and to get nothing for compensation I paid my money to go have a good night and that was not a good time I thought they could of said o come back on us or give me half off the next room something would of been appreciated
