LLuenDaThe room was very good, especially considering local standards — spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection and good quality.
Service was, in many cases, truly excellent: particularly from the dining staff, entrance/security team, and the porters, who were all attentive and genuinely helpful.
However, at reception the experience was more mixed. Sometimes was good. At times the staff tried to appear friendly, but it felt somewhat forced, and on other occasions their attitude shifted suddenly to being a bit aloof. This inconsistency made the reception service less authentic compared to the rest of the team.
Overall, the hotel is well located, easy to find, with a very nice swimming pool, making it a solid choice for a stay.

PPrakash MunuswamyDas ist kein Hotel und es ist nur ein Hostel für die chinesischen Reisenden. Es passt nicht für Geschäftsreisende aus anderen Ländern. Diese Einrichtung hat keine Toiletten. Es gibt nur ein Toilette für 5 Zimmer. Es ist ein gemeinsames WC und es war schockierend für die Menge, die sie belastet. Auch eine Küche wurde in ein Zimmer umgewandelt. Nur Vorteil ist, dass es in der Nähe des Flughafens ist. Toren dieser Wohnung werden ab 10pm geschlossen. Aufzüge werden um 10pm wechseln. Zimmer sind im 8. Stock. Dann stellen Sie sich vor, was passiert, wenn die Aufzüge ausgeschaltet werden und vor allem Sie die schweren Gepäck tragen. Außerdem haben sie keine Kartenschalter und Sie müssen die Zahlung durch die lokale Währung machen. Wenn Sie Budgetreisende sind, die keine Ausstattung brauchen, dann können Sie es bekommen. Andernfalls wird der Aufenthalt an diesem Ort Ihnen viele Frustrationen geben. Echte Zimmer sind völlig anders als die Bilder geteilt auf trip.com. Das Frühstück beginnt um 8 Uhr und wenn Sie früher beginnen müssen, wird dieser Ort nicht wieder funktionieren. Auch Handtücher sind nicht bereitgestellt. Nur ein paar Handtücher wurden bereitgestellt. Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht für Geschäftsreisende oder Familien vorschlagen.

TTangdengIch habe hier in zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Jahren zweimal übernachtet. Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt gegenüber einem Einkaufszentrum. Die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen sind streng und das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Die einzigen Nachteile sind das gelbliche Wasser und die häufigen Ausfälle der Klimaanlage, die beide sehr unangenehm sind.

RRaihanUSI recently stayed at Priyo Nibash Hotel in Dhaka, and my experience was truly impressive. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm attitude and quick service. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk team was always ready to help with any questions.
The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and nicely arranged. The bed was soft, the linens felt fresh, and the room had all the basic facilities I needed for a relaxed stay. I was especially happy with the quiet and peaceful environment, which made it easy to rest after a long day in the city. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping everything tidy and well-maintained throughout my stay.
The food at Priyo Nibash was another highlight. Their restaurant served delicious dishes that tasted homely and fresh. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the food was flavorful and well-prepared. I really appreciated the variety and the fast service, even during busy hours.
Overall, the service at Priyo Nibash Hotel stood out the most. Every staff member—from reception to room service—was polite, attentive, and professional. They made sure guests were comfortable and satisfied at all times.
If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly place to stay in Dhaka with great food and excellent service, Priyo Nibash Hotel is a wonderful choice. I would definitely stay here again!

AAnonymer BenutzerHotel Shuktara provided excellent service, with clean, safe - newly painted small basic rooms but with everything you may need. Cost effective option situated in Dhaka, behavior of the staff was excellent and Shahin was very kind. Hotel staff was available if you have any questions or concerns. They were always helpful, provided small currency exchange, daily room service, held luggage after check out and can coordinate CNG or rickshaws. There is 24/7 front desk and security outside the building. Buffet breakfast was plentiful of options which varied a bit every day. Free water refills at restaurant during breakfast, water bottles provided by daily housekeeping, tea kettle and mini fridge in room, WiFi worked great. Location was good to explore some of Dhaka during the day, however it’s unadvisable to be out in the area late. There’s two restaurants in the building, Starlight provided great attentive service and was a very hygienic restaurant. I can recommend this hotel if you’re looking for an affordable budget accommodation in Dhaka.

GGastnutzerAbsolutely tops in terms of service/ helpfulness! Hotel manager snd staff sorted out a complicated issue involving our booking and refused to take or ask for any money from us over the 5 days we stayed - even upgrading us to a suite for the final two nights when one became available.
Staff speak English - and are helpful in providing Information about getting around, arranging transportation and laundry. A lovely rooftop cafe - a green oasis- and Taste Snacks. A Full Range of Bengali dishes as well as western food is also avsilable. And all this for less than 50CAD - very good value!
The hotel is located near the Old City- easily accessible by taxi, tuktuk or rickshaw- also BaileyRoad is within easy walking distance, a quieter tree lined street and New Bailey Road with Shopping Restaurants etc though these are also available in a buzzier context in the streets surrounding the hotel.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and Return again- Note the address at 873 Outer Circular Road( not the one on listing we saw/ booked located several hundred meters away, at 12 Outer Circular Road. The hotels are not linked, whatever you are told by the latter. And actual Grand Circle Inn at 873 is of higher standard/ quality…
