Our stay at Spicers Vineyard Estate in the Hunter Valley was truly exceptional! The property is set amidst beautiful vineyards, offering a serene and picturesque atmosphere perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious and elegantly appointed, with every detail considered for comfort and luxury. We dined at éRemo Restaurant, the sister restaurant of Spicers Guesthouse, and it was a culinary delight. Every course was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor—the Binnie Beef Hunter Valley Wagyu was a standout! The accompanying Thomas wine was superb and perfectly paired with the meal. We also enjoyed a morning walk along the valley’s scenic trail and were greeted with the sight of hot air balloons floating over the hills—a mesmerizing experience. The entire stay was seamless, the staff were attentive, and the setting couldn’t have been more perfect. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the Hunter Valley in style!

Wir blieben im Carriages Boutique Hotel und Vineyard und es war einfach einer der Highlights unserer Reise. Hier wollte ich lange bleiben, und es war absolut auf die Erwartungen. Die Lage war schön und ruhig, umgeben von Natur, Vogelleben und der ruhigen Atmosphäre des Hunter Valley. Auf unserer ersten Nacht hatten wir sogar das ganze Eigentum für uns selbst, was die Erfahrung extra besonderes Gefühl machte. Wir genossen einen schönen Abendessen in der Nähe und konnten nachher durch die Gärten zum Hotel zurück gehen, was zu dem Charme des Aufenthaltes hinzufügte. Frühstück war einfach, aber perfekt, in einem Korb geliefert und ideal für einen entspannten Morgen. Einer der besten Momente war die Beleuchtung des Feuerplatzes in unserer letzten Nacht und die Freude eines ruhigen Abends mit einem Glas Wein. Die Lage, der Service, die Atmosphäre und die allgemeine Erfahrung waren alle fantastisch, und das wird sicherlich eine unserer schönsten Erinnerungen aus der Reise sein.

It was a lovely stay. Nice room, clean and tidy, the complimentary drink was a nice gesture. The property is huge and peaceful for a relaxing walk around. It's convenient to wineries and restaurants. The only thing didn't really work for us was the air conditioner, couldn't figure out how to turn it on.

Amazing stay. Room was super clean and modern. Love the espresso machine and they also provided milk. Really great basic necessities and the shower amenities smell fantastic. Fantastic place to relax and chill, overlooking the vineyards, watching kangaroos hop, and cows grazing the fields. It’s exactly what a getaway should be. Easy to check in and out. Thank you.

We truly loved the whole experience offered, from the individual chalets in the midst of the woods, to the kangaroos at our doorstep, to the wines offered at deeply discounted prices in the fridge and the comfortable beds. Locationwise, it is very central as many vineyards, Hunter Valley Gardens and restaurants are just 5-10minutes drive away. Definitely will stay here again should we return to this region

Lovely spot for a weekend in Pokolbin, set way back from the road in a picturesque clearing filled with wallabies! So nice to sit on the balcony and watch the sun go down as they fed on the grass. Lovely spacious room with kitchenette and a big bathtub. Beautiful bathroom products by Jurlique was a nice touch ! The bed was a little firm for me but my husband loved it. Knocked off a star for cleanliness as you could see the walls were quite dusty when the up lights were on. It didn’t feel super private , you could hear all conversation when guests were out on their balconies.

I had the pleasure of staying at this resort for one night and it was an exceptional experience. The ambiance was charming and serene, setting the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The highlight of my stay was the wine tasting session, which was expertly curated with a delightful selection of wines that catered to both novices and connoisseurs. The staff's knowledge and passion for wines were evident, making the tasting even more enjoyable. The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed, ensuring a good night's rest. While my stay was short, it left a lasting impression, and I look forward to returning to this resort for a longer stay in the future.

Gehen Sie nach Hunter Valley, dies ist eine sehr günstige Lage, in der Nähe des Weinguts und der Restaurants. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Kinderbereich und einen Swimmingpool, und die Umwelt ist besser. Hinweis ⚠️ Die Klimaanlage ist nur im Wohnzimmer vorhanden, und es gibt nur einen Deckenventilator im Zimmer. Wir buchten allein für meine Mutter ein Zimmer, aber sie war die Art von Person, die besonders Hitzeängste hatte und die ganze Nacht auf dem Sofa im Wohnzimmer schlief. Zum Abendessen gibt es nichts zu empfehlen, da wir in einem Restaurant gegessen haben, das teuer und ungenießbar ist (ich bin ein Mensch, der westliches Essen mag) und abends zurückkommen, um mein eigenes Essen zu kochen. Grundsätzlich zufrieden

Große Lage, mehrere Weinbauwerke sehr nahe. Die Besitzer waren hilfreich, uns in der Fernsehsuche mit Schlüsselpin und Dropbox zu überprüfen. Der Pool und die Bodenflächen entspannen sich am heißen Tag nach der Tour des Tals. Das Immobilien sieht „rustisch“ aus, in Einklang mit dem Provinz-Charm. Alles funktionierte gut und wir hoffen, die zukünftigen Besuche wieder zu buchen.
