LLuna0409Das Hotel war einfach wunderbar. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Chris an der Rezeption – er war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl ich nur eine Nacht dort verbracht habe, hat seine herzliche Gastfreundschaft einen großen Unterschied gemacht. Vielen Dank!

GGastnutzerThe room was great, staff was nice. Great decoration and vibe. The location is a bit more further from the airport as other hotels in the area.
I appreciated the 24/7 open facilities, including the laundromat. Many hotels close their laundromat at 9 or 10pm and that's not very helpful, if you're landing late.
The system of complimentary luggage lockers is great, so you don't have to wait for the staff to go get your luggage, but I hope they have an overflow option, because there were not many lockers.
Would be nice if the airport shuttle was included in the price, but none of the hotels in the area offer that AFAIK.

GGastnutzerwir hatten in Sydney einen Zwischestopp für unsere Reise nach Neuseeland und haben dieses Hotel gewählt. Würde es sofort wieder buchen. Tolle Zimmer mit fantastischen Betten. Frühstück war auch alles da was man möchte.

GGastnutzerWe stayed at the Crowne Plaza Mascot for a reunion of friends and spouses, and overall had a very pleasant experience.
The hotel’s location is excellent — it’s close to the airport, which makes it very convenient for people travelling from interstate or overseas. It’s also handy to the train station, so getting into the city or around Sydney is easy.
For anyone needing a car, there’s a Green Motion car hire service located right within the hotel, offering early rentals and late returns. That after-hours flexibility is great — and it saves you the usual airport surcharge.
The hotel itself isn’t particularly upmarket, but the service is friendly, professional, and accommodating. We had two dinners there and found the meals quite reasonable and enjoyable.
The buffet breakfast offers a good selection, and there’s a proper barista making real coffee — not the usual machine-made version some places serve. A thoughtful touch in the lobby is the water fountain with fizzy, chilled, and room-temperature options — perfect for refilling bottles and a nice environmentally friendly feature.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, with capsule coffee that’s reasonably good. A microwave would be a welcome addition for guests staying longer.
Overall, a convenient, friendly, and well-equipped hotel. I’d happily recommend it for both business and leisure travellers.

The staff in reception is kind and welcoming, breakfast is absolutely amazing. Location is in Mascot near the airport which is a great deal for traveler.
The kids pool is awesome. I wonder if there any halal beverages in Plane Spotter, if any i would like to try in my next visit.

YYolandeeeeeeAbsolutely loved my stay. This hotel is perfect for an overnight stay. Clean rooms and close to airport. Bed is firm just how I like it. Reception staff are amazing! I didn’t get the first receptionist lady that checked me in - BUT GIVE HER A RAISE! She was so lovely!

By the way, not sure WHY the Quest’s WiFi did not work well during my accommodation since 3 Jan. 2026, could you please check with The Property? The issues are:
1. The green button brighten but it is not network connection;
2. The Google became white & black suddenly not coloured;
3. Australia ATO suddenly errors occurred & jumping screen out to warn;
4. Networks warned “privacy warning” many times;
5. As a Quest client, I should available to use hotel WiFi freely but unfortunately the WiFi jumped on & off almost every 5 minutes and most of time during last 3 weeks living here the WiFi in the room can not be accessed !
6. The WiFi issues because always happened while Website & YouTube surfing for example Google or emails or WeChat, so you never know whether the issues will affect other resources or not ( yesterday last night Australia NAB banks APP suddenly showed ERROR warning) & Stamford Plaza Sdyney Mascot can not be found from OUTLOOK email without “sign-in” option and another email just be sent out before “found 0 contacts”! SO please check to Quest Hotel!
