GGastnutzerDas Hotel befindet sich nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum und dem Smith Street Mall entfernt. Auch die Wasserfront-Restaurants und Bars sind nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Taxitransfer Flughafen zum Hotel dauert weniger als 20 Minuten.
Die freundlichen Empfangspersonals haben auf Anfrage eine Änderung unserer gewünschten Bed-Konfiguration vorgenommen. Zimmer sind grundlegende, aber geräumig.
Das Restaurant ist gut auf den Objekten für Mittagessen, Abendessen und das, wo Sie das Zusatz Frühstück erhalten.
Wird hier wieder sicher bleiben, wenn in der Stadt nächstes Mal.

GGastnutzerPerfect hotel location for our needs since it is very close to the airport and the Marrara sport complex (10-15 min walk) in which our event took place. What we love most: very clean hotel room, convenient park ing spot right in front of our unit at an extra cost, great pool facility and some restaurant and coffee shop option on site. The room we booked was really spacious. We had a very pleasant stay.

GGastnutzerPoor communication with the shuttle service. They failed to communicate the shuttle service would be an unmarked car and did not provide the driver with my phone number. This resulted in a long wait at the airport around midnight, plus several phone calls.
The room we were given had hair in the bed and stained sheets. Thankfully, we were promptly given a new room, however, the person who gave me the new room key - passed the key to me and told me the room number and went to immediately leave. I had to ask him to show me the room and help move our bags. (I was travelling with my 8 year old child and by this time it was after 1am).
It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

GGastnutzerThe rooms were not in the best of shape. The spa did not work, the air conditioner was not in good working order which is needed in Darwin due to the heat, but the general cleanliness was good. The place seemed it was going to be renovated one day, but not sure. One pool was green. The overall experience was ok, but if I had had to stay for more than a weekend it would have been better at another place. It did the job of providing a bed to sleep, but best to be away from the resort during the day, which we did.

VVana LobatoUpon first check in, the receptionist confirmed that we paid through Trip.com but after taking the bond payment he then straight away told us he hasn’t received any payment and asked us to show our proof of payments such as trip.com confirmation, bank transfer, & even statement of bank deduction. We showed confirmation, bank transfer, statements as he asked and then the receptionist refused and insisted we haven’t paid. He refused all the proofs and insisted us to make another payment with them. He refused us to talk to the supervisor because he said “they will say the same thing”. Unfortunately, we didn’t get his name, so we couldn’t specify who he was. Terrible services.
