Great hotel, only objective was other who used spa and sauna would stay to long waited over one hour and could not use these facility one evening as to crowded for me to go in, I think signs should go up saying if other are waiting you should time to a limit of 30 mins unless no one waiting. Other wise staff were great and friendly.

Die älteste Schmerz war die Feueralarm, die auf einem gefrorenen Wintermorgen um 7:30 Uhr ausgebrochen wurde. Dies ist bei allen Konten ein regelmäßiger Vorfall und nicht korrigiert; offensichtlich von einem Mann rauchen; 20 Minuten von ******** Ankündigungen, bevor wir von einem anderen Reisenden herausgefunden, dass es eine falsche Alarm war.  Management kinda schmied schmeckt und tat alles. Das Badezimmer in unserem Zimmer war klein und Toiletten mussten von der Vorderseite gesammelt werden. 🙄 Ich musste Taschen hoch und unten und am Voreingang. Der Typ, der das Essenszimmer arbeitete, obwohl auf dem Frühstückswechsel ein wenig Diamant. Nach einem ‘seltsamen’ Kommentar musste er bemerkt haben, dass ich mit dem Feueralarm ********* unimpressiert war und ging aus seinem Weg. Eine Flasche Geburtstagsblase war ein klassischer Touch von ihm. Ich würde nochmal wegen ihm dort bleiben.

Wir reservierten ein Zimmer für drei Personen, aber zunächst fanden wir, dass das Zimmer nur zwei Sätze von Einrichtungen hatte, darunter Flaschen Wasser, Schläuche und Teebecher. Nachdem wir das Frontdesk angerufen hatten, wurde das Problem schrittweise gelöst. Es gab Spider-Webs außerhalb der Fenster, die uns davon abhalten, sie zu öffnen. Die Toilette machte gelegentlich ungewöhnliche Lärme, möglicherweise, wenn die Gäste in den benachbarten Zimmern flossen. Mein Vater ging schwimmen, aber der Schrank würde nicht öffnen, wenn er versuchte, seine sauberen Kleidung zu bekommen. Wir riefen den Front Desk für Hilfe. Ein Mitarbeiter kam endlich, aber die Interaktion fühlte sich ziemlich kalt und fehlte irgendeinen Sinn für Entschuldigung, trotz der Unannehmlichkeiten, die mein Vater erlebt hatte.

Very clean, chic hotel with a popular restaurant and bar. It is conveniently located on Northbourne Avenue , Elouera St and Mort Street which is directly the line of Canberra's night clubs if you are coming on a weekend. There's only two sets of lifts for Hotel Clients which isn't a problem for an Asian ( moi) who is used to very crowded areas. But this can be a bit inconvenient for locals who are used to express service. Pool, gym, sauna. Major plus points. And the best part of all is the free bar fridge in the room. (Not sure if it was a promotion but my friend and I could drink all of what was offered for free!) We didnt because we are massive alcohol fans. The only major downside is the 25 dollar parking fee. No, no no. You can raise the price a bit higher for the quality of rooms but it's a bit offputting to have that as an additional fee. Overall, a pretty great experience from service to aminities.

Alles gut. Haltestelle der Straßenbahn in der Nähe. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Waschmaschinen und Trockner sind kostenlos! Frühstück ist ok. Drei Sorten Toast, Joghurt, Früchte, Saft. Pancakeautomat. Kaffee ist auch ok.

The room was spacious and bed big and comfortable. The view was right to the pool area. The pool was heated nice and warm, big gym with great selection of equipment . The breakfast was good, but the coffee included was nothing special no barista coffee.

Good hotel with decent amenities and an excellent location, but the staff experience was extremely disappointing. We were travelling with a young child and requested a late checkout. They informed us it would be $30 to extend beyond 10 AM, so we agreed. We checked out at 11:45 AM, only to find they had charged $60, which felt unreasonable and misleading. On top of that, housekeeping knocked 3-4 times, and their behaviour was shockingly rude. One staff member even said, “You have 2 minutes, just get out in 2 minutes,” which was completely unprofessional. I’ve stayed in many hotels and have never encountered staff speaking or behaving like this. 0/5 for staff behaviour. If you care about service, I strongly recommend choosing a more reputable hotel. If you’re on a tight budget and only want to stay near Parliament and don’t mind compromising on service, then this place might work - but be prepared for poor staff interactions.

Everything was as expected. Was pleasantly surprised at the room size. Would definitely stay there again

The staff were friendly and helpful. Clean room, comfortable bed, wifi, aircon and as a bonus they have a buffet breakfast. Great location with on-site parking included and the German pub right next door for dinner within walking distance

We can hear people next door talking as we were arranged to stay at a connecting room. The door crack is so wide that we can hear people next door talking which gives a sense of insecurity. It is suggested that the door crack should be fixed, for the privacy of people staying at the two rooms who do not know each other.
