GGastnutzerI’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much.
Check in process: 2 stars
This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached).
Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests.
When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all.
Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s).
Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars
My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me.
I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down.
Room and amenities: 5 stars
In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

HHuangjinjibieguibinIn einem Armenier, der zwei Tage vor dem Hotel Almena lebte, war es einfach. Ich wusste schon, dass ich hier bin. Rein und sauber! Es gibt keinen Außergewöhnlichen Geruch, auch Bettwäsche haben Duft. Wenn Sie allein kommen, frei zu laufen, hier zu leben, Eriwin ist sehr klein, Sie können überall gehen, gehen Sie auch zum Bahnhof, gehen Sie zur Hyur, um einen Tag zu gehen, ist es nicht weit. Zum ersten Mal kommt der Leuchtturm mit der Karte, der erste Stock hat einen Torwächter, suchen Sie ihn, Aber keine Zahnfleisch, Schleifen, Sie müssen sich selbst informieren, Frühstückskoffee kann Tee trinken und den Geist wieder ausführen!

GGastnutzerJust checked in and wanted to leave my review now since tomorrow’s my last day in Yerevan and I’ll be busy. I booked one night through Trip.com — everything is exactly as described. The room is clean, cozy, and has some nice extras: a sofa that turns into a small bed, an extra cabinet, a bidet in the bathroom, and they even offered welcome tea and water. The bed mattress is super comfortable too, which I really appreciated.
The staff are very welcoming and polite. There’s no elevator, but they’re happy to help with your bags and anything you need.
The location might be a bit tricky to find the first time since the hotel is inside a residential block. But once you get there, it’s easy to reach again. Just look for the small road right after Armeconombank, follow it all the way to the end, and when you reach the backyard, look to your right — you’ll see the building.
This review comes after changing many hotels over the past week — and honestly, this one stands out for its value, comfort, and service. Definitely booking again on my next trip to Armenia.
وصلت لتوي وحبيت أكتب تقييمي من الآن لأن بكرة آخر يوم لي في يريفان وراح أكون مشغول. حجزت ليلة وحدة فقط عن طريق Trip.com، وكل شيء كان مثل ما هو موصوف بالضبط. الغرفة نظيفة ومريحة، وفيها تفاصيل جميلة مثل كنبة تتحول لسرير صغير، خزانة إضافية، وشطاف في الحمام. كمان قدموا لي شاي وماء ترحيبي، والمرتبة مريحة جدًا وهذا شيء مهم بالنسبة لي.
الطاقم محترم ومتعاون جدًا، ما في مصعد في المبنى، لكن يساعدوك في حمل الشنط بدون تردد.
الموقع شوي مربك أول مرة لأن الفندق داخل مجمع سكني، لكن بمجرد ما توصله، بتصير الأمور أسهل بعدين. فقط امشِ في الطريق الصغير اللي بعد Armeconombank مباشرة، وكمل للآخر، ولما توصل للباحة الخلفية، شوف على يمينك وراح تلاقي المبنى.
أكتب هذا التقييم بعد تجربة وتغيير عدة فنادق خلال هذا الأسبوع، وبصراحة هذا الفندق كان من أفضلهم من ناحية الراحة والسعر والخدمة. أكيد راح أحجز فيه مرة ثانية إذا رجعت لأرمينيا

AAnonymer BenutzerOverall a good experience. All the standard Ibis features are in place. The property is well-kept, everything is fine. Housekeeping does a great job too - so no worries.
In addition, in this particular Ibis you get a prime location in the city center with all the benefits, and also a restaurant with a variety of food and breakfast options.
I would like to point out a smooth and courteous check-in. Erik did a great job , ensuring all the preferences are accepted.
And personally, I would like to say special thanks to Zara. As a family, we are so grateful for her personal attention and help when we really needed it.
To sum up, I would say that Ibis Yerevan Center is a smart choice if you visit Yerevan. Look no further!

The room is quite nice and comfortable, bed quality is good and comfy, bathroom is clean, the breakfast is simple but the quality of the each item is nice and has a good combination of nutrition altogether. Hotel clerks are kind, polite and attentive. It is very good hotel and I had pleasant experience.

RRainy89Ich bin mit diesem Hotel sehr zufrieden, allerdings ist das Badezimmer etwas klein. Das Frühstück ist nicht sehr abwechslungsreich, schmeckt aber gut. Das Klima in Eriwan ähnelt dem in Xinjiang, daher sind die Früchte sehr lecker. Auch das Servicepersonal des Hotels ist sehr enthusiastisch und proaktiv und verlangt kein Trinkgeld. Die Kaffeebar am Straßenrand mit kleinem Brunnen nebenan erfordert direkt beim Auschecken ein Trinkgeld.

Das Prima Hotel in Jerevan war ein erstaunliches Budgethotel und überstieg unsere Erwartungen. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, warm und sehr komfortabel, und die Reinigung wurde täglich gemacht, was wir wirklich geschätzt haben.
Wir haben jeden Tag eine Flasche Wasser erhalten, und es gab auch eine kostenlose Wasserversorgung unten, wo Sie jederzeit wieder füllen konnten. Das Hotel hatte wirklich alles, was Sie brauchen, und ehrlich, noch mehr als erwartet für den Preis. Der Wert für Geld ist hervorragend.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit viel Nahrung, Obst, Tee, Kaffee, Desserts wie Kuchen und viele smachende Optionen. Es war mehr als genug, aber der einzige kleine Vorschlag wäre, ein wenig mehr Variabilität hinzuzufügen, wie kalte Kühlschränke oder zusätzliche Gerichte.
Das Hotel ist sehr gut, sehr freundlich und sehr hilfreich. Die Heizung im Zimmer war ausgezeichnet, was unser Aufenthalt extra komfortable machte.
Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, nahe an Busstops, so dass es einfach zu erreichen, zum Stadtzentrum, Mega Mall und anderen Teilen von Yerevan.
Insgesamt habe ich dieses Hotel geliebt und würde sicherlich noch einmal hier bleiben. Eine wunderbare Stelle zu einem wunderbaren Preis!

IIrinaSibirIch habe das Alex Hotel ausgewählt, um dort eine halbe Nacht und einen Vormittag zwischen zwei Flügen zu verbringen. Das war eine gute Wahl, denn ich war mit dem Taxi in etwa 10 Minuten im Hotel (es liegt ein paar Kilometer vor der Stadtgrenze), das Hotel war leicht zu finden und ich wurde um 3 Uhr nachts abgeholt und zum Einchecken eingeladen. Es ist ruhig und das Zimmer war sauber. Im Bad gab es heißes Wasser. Ich würde einen Duschvorhang empfehlen, da Duschen unmöglich war und das Wasser buchstäblich das ganze Bad vollspritzte. Zum Frühstück gab es Reis mit Kichererbsen, so etwas wie vegetarisches Schawarma, Kohl- und Karottensalat, zwei Sorten Kekse, Tee und Kaffee. 3000 Dram sind meiner Meinung nach ein bisschen zu viel. Insgesamt ist das Hotel jedoch gut für eine Übernachtung zwischen zwei Flügen geeignet.
