SstormkunisWhat an absolutely incredible hotel ! I am blown away with how helpful the staff were and how caring , I was leaving on the last day at 4am and a manager made me breakfast to take with me , I have had the best 5 nights away , the room was incredible ,food incredible location is perfect as you are literally 8 mins walk from two of the nicest beaches in Ksamil ,
The staff helped with food recommendations ,and tours and places to visit , and if I needed anything they were so happy to help , I will most definitely be telling all of my friends and family to stay here if they venture here ,and I hope to come back soon
I want to send a massive thank you and send my gratitude to everyone ,thank you so so much for making a solo traveller feel less alone

OOlgaA very good and fresh hotel with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and a convenient location — just 5-10 minutes walk to the beaches. Cafes and shops are nearby, but there are no noisy streets around. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room cleaning is excellent, and the towels are good quality. There is also a small hygiene set in the bathroom (gel, shampoo, and soap), everything is clean and tidy.
If you are lucky with the neighbors and they follow the basic rules of community living, the stay can be just perfect. Another big plus — the hotel has its own parking.

GGastnutzerGood hotel with a fantastic view . I had a 1 bed apartment fully furnished with everything you need for your stay . The view was breath taking as it is situated on a hill & rooms spacious and come with balconies . A bit far from the main attractions but taxi’s are available . The service was good but there is no restaurant so you have to order food from outside or go out to eat . There are a few nice places near by to eat and drink . If you are going to ksmail you can get a bus from down town for about €5 , over all a pleasant stay

Siamo stati contentissimi di aver scelto questo hotel. È tutto nuovo, pulitissimo e c'è un'atmosfera di pace e relax fantastica.
Siamo rimasti davvero contentissimi del ristorante dell'hotel. da italiani , siamo sempre un po scettici hahaha....Abbiamo cenato lì una sera e il pesce fresco era eccezionale. Anche la colazione a buffet è stata super, con un sacco di opzioni locali e fresche.
Le foto della piscina sono 100% realistiche ( giustamente viene il dubbio ma sono assolutamente come da foto): cè un'incredibile piscina a sfioro con un idromassaggio proprio accanto, e tutto con vista sul mare e un'altra piscina normale che non è gigante ma è bellissima perche puoi nuotare, rilassarti e amirare il panorama e il tramonto da li. La nostra camera era spaziosa, moderna e con un balcone privato, intimo e senza alcun rumore e anche li ci siamo goduti il panorama.
Non è da meno il servizio. Lo staff è davvero gentile e professionale. Un grazie di cuore a Florian e Johana (spero di aver scritto giusto i nomi) per essere stati così disponibili dall'inizio alla fine.
Ah, una nota importante: prima di prenotare avevo letto qualche recensione su Google che parlava della strada per arrivare, dicendo che era orribile e pericolosa. Onestamente, mi sembrano molto esagerate. Sì, la strada è in salita, ma è assolutamente fattibile e in cemento e bastava andare pianino. Non lasciatevi spaventare da questo, perché la vista e la tranquillità che si hanno da lassù valgono tutta la salita!
Non possiamo che raccomandarlo!

GGastnutzerI recently spent six nights at Hotel Julia in Sarandë with a friend, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The hotel is run by a lovely family who went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming throughout our visit.
Our room was spotless, cleaned daily, and had a beautiful view from the balcony—perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was excellent every morning, very generous portions, and served in a scenic setting.
The location is ideal—close to the beach and city center, but still quiet enough to relax. Most of all, the staff were amazing. Their hospitality made our stay truly special. I highly recommend Hotel Julia and would definitely return!

CClair-JWe spent 3 nights here in May, and honestly we will be back! Lovely hotel, and fabulous beach! Our room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed (including water in the fridge and tea/coffee). It was also cleaned every day to a high standard. The breakfast (free!) was fab, lots of choice and nice and fresh! The beach and sun bed were amazing, beautiful and right in front of the hotel!!! We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was really good! Grilled shrimp and Mediterranean salad were a highlight for me :-) but what really makes this place is the staff - friendly, kind, helpful and really focussed on good service! Shout out to thw young chap who is also a painter and decorator (when he’s not a waiter) - so helpful and friendly the staff on reception (very helpful) and the wonderful staff in the beach bar who made it so we could watch the football :-) location is also fab - outside of town, but only 30 mins walk and so nice and peaceful! Wpuld highly recommend!

PPaulJacoobUnser Aufenthalt im Hotel Havana in Sarandë war insgesamt sehr angenehm die Lage ist großartig, die Atmosphäre entspannt, und das Personal freundlich und willkommen. Wir genossen unsere Zeit dort und fühlten sich während des Aufenthaltes komfortabel.
Einige Elemente der Liste können jedoch ein wenig irreführend sein. Das Hotel Restaurant ist derzeit geschlossen, und das Frühstück ist sehr begrenzt, fast genau geteilt pro Gast, mit Kaffee nur als amerikanisch verfügbar. Ich verstehe voll und ganz, dass dies möglicherweise auf das Ende der Tourismussaison zurückzuführen ist, aber es wäre hilfreich, wenn diese Informationen in der Anzeige klar erwähnt würden, so dass die Gäste entsprechend planen können.
Trotz dieser kleinen Fragen hatten wir noch eine gute Erfahrung, und das Hotel hat das Potenzial, einen noch besseren Aufenthalt mit nur wenigen Verbesserungen anzubieten.

Das Personal des Resorts ist freundlich und aufmerksam und tut immer alles, um den Gästen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Die Vielfalt der Speisemöglichkeiten und Aktivitäten vor Ort trägt ebenfalls zur allgemeinen Attraktivität dieses Resorts bei. PPrayag BhalalaDie Lage des Hotels war ausgezeichnet und bequem, und die Sauberkeit war insgesamt gut. Die Serviceerfahrung war jedoch enttäuschend. Es gab kein Trinkwasser im Zimmer, das für die Gäste ungünstig war. Das Frühstück wurde eingeschlossen, aber es gab sehr begrenzte vegetarische Optionen, so dass es vielleicht nicht die beste Wahl für vegetarische Reisende sein kann. Die Ausstattung war durchschnittlich, aber die Gastfreundschaft und der Service konnte definitiv verbessert werden.
