What an absolutely incredible hotel ! I am blown away with how helpful the staff were and how caring , I was leaving on the last day at 4am and a manager made me breakfast to take with me , I have had the best 5 nights away , the room was incredible ,food incredible location is perfect as you are literally 8 mins walk from two of the nicest beaches in Ksamil , The staff helped with food recommendations ,and tours and places to visit , and if I needed anything they were so happy to help , I will most definitely be telling all of my friends and family to stay here if they venture here ,and I hope to come back soon I want to send a massive thank you and send my gratitude to everyone ,thank you so so much for making a solo traveller feel less alone ❤️

The place was very modern, lovely decorated, clean, and very quiet. All of the staff were very friendly, and helpful. There was only one down side about the hotel, we booked our stay with breakfast which was taken in a restaurant opposite the hotel which was fine to us but they limited the amount of food we could ordered 😓 only one drink, one dish and two slices of bread per person ☹️if one would choose eggs it was only two eggs per person. I do not eat a lot in the mornings but if one does then my advice is to don’t have breakfast included in your booking.

A very good and fresh hotel with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and a convenient location — just 5-10 minutes walk to the beaches. Cafes and shops are nearby, but there are no noisy streets around. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room cleaning is excellent, and the towels are good quality. There is also a small hygiene set in the bathroom (gel, shampoo, and soap), everything is clean and tidy. If you are lucky with the neighbors and they follow the basic rules of community living, the stay can be just perfect. Another big plus — the hotel has its own parking.

Good hotel with a fantastic view . I had a 1 bed apartment fully furnished with everything you need for your stay . The view was breath taking as it is situated on a hill & rooms spacious and come with balconies . A bit far from the main attractions but taxi’s are available . The service was good but there is no restaurant so you have to order food from outside or go out to eat . There are a few nice places near by to eat and drink . If you are going to ksmail you can get a bus from down town for about €5 , over all a pleasant stay

Una vera chicca con cibo e panorami fantastici. Siamo stati contentissimi di aver scelto questo hotel. È tutto nuovo, pulitissimo e c'è un'atmosfera di pace e relax fantastica. Siamo rimasti davvero contentissimi del ristorante dell'hotel. da italiani , siamo sempre un po scettici hahaha....Abbiamo cenato lì una sera e il pesce fresco era eccezionale. Anche la colazione a buffet è stata super, con un sacco di opzioni locali e fresche. Le foto della piscina sono 100% realistiche ( giustamente viene il dubbio ma sono assolutamente come da foto): cè un'incredibile piscina a sfioro con un idromassaggio proprio accanto, e tutto con vista sul mare e un'altra piscina normale che non è gigante ma è bellissima perche puoi nuotare, rilassarti e amirare il panorama e il tramonto da li. La nostra camera era spaziosa, moderna e con un balcone privato, intimo e senza alcun rumore e anche li ci siamo  goduti il panorama. Non è da meno il servizio. Lo staff è davvero gentile e professionale. Un grazie di cuore a Florian e Johana (spero di aver scritto giusto i nomi) per essere stati così disponibili dall'inizio alla fine. Ah, una nota importante: prima di prenotare avevo letto qualche recensione su Google che parlava della strada per arrivare, dicendo che era orribile e pericolosa. Onestamente, mi sembrano molto esagerate. Sì, la strada è in salita, ma è assolutamente fattibile e in cemento e bastava andare pianino. Non lasciatevi spaventare da questo, perché la vista e la tranquillità che si hanno da lassù valgono tutta la salita! Non possiamo che raccomandarlo!

I recently spent six nights at Hotel Julia in Sarandë with a friend, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The hotel is run by a lovely family who went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. Our room was spotless, cleaned daily, and had a beautiful view from the balcony—perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was excellent every morning, very generous portions, and served in a scenic setting. The location is ideal—close to the beach and city center, but still quiet enough to relax. Most of all, the staff were amazing. Their hospitality made our stay truly special. I highly recommend Hotel Julia and would definitely return!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Wir haben hier 3 Nächte als Gruppe von sechs geblieben und eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Das Hotel ist modern, sauber und in einer tollen Lage mit schönen Meerblicken. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, komfortabel und täglich gereinigt. Das Personal war freundlich, willkommen und immer bereit, mit allen Fragen zu helfen. Das Frühstück war frisch und bietet jeden Morgen eine gute Auswahl. Die Lage ist hervorragend, mit einfacher Zugang zu Sarandë Stadt, Ksamil, Restaurants, Supermärkte und dem Strand. Wir fanden es sehr bequem, um die albanische Riviera zu erkunden. Insgesamt hatten wir einen entspannenden und nützlichen Aufenthalt. Ich würde das Orchids Hotel zweifellos an Paare, Familien und Gruppen empfehlen, die Sarandë besuchen, und ich würde glücklich hier wieder bleiben.

I’m not going to talk only about how comfortable the hotel was, how welcoming the atmosphere felt, or how incredibly helpful and attentive the staff were — especially with all the little things that make traveling with a baby so much easier. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care made our stay feel truly special. But what I really want to highlight is something that goes far beyond comfort and hospitality: the exceptional professionalism, honesty, and integrity of the people working here. During our stay, I unfortunately left my wallet at a restaurant. It contained all my important belongings, as well as a valuable gold necklace. Naturally, I was extremely worried. The hotel manager immediately took action and contacted the restaurant. And what happened next was simply incredible: within just five minutes, the restaurant owner personally came to our hotel to return everything I had forgotten. Everything was there. Nothing was missing. I have traveled to many places and stayed in many hotels, but I have honestly never experienced this level of honesty, responsibility, and genuine care. It is moments like this that truly reveal the character of a hotel and its people. Hotel Azura is not simply a comfortable place to stay — it is a place where you feel safe, respected, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. A very special thank you to the manager and the entire team for going above and beyond, for making our stay so comfortable with our baby, and for showing such incredible kindness and integrity. This is the kind of hospitality you remember. Iwould wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Azura to anyone looking for a place where exceptional service comes from the heart. Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Havana in Sarandë war insgesamt sehr angenehm die Lage ist großartig, die Atmosphäre entspannt, und das Personal freundlich und willkommen. Wir genossen unsere Zeit dort und fühlten sich während des Aufenthaltes komfortabel. Einige Elemente der Liste können jedoch ein wenig irreführend sein. Das Hotel Restaurant ist derzeit geschlossen, und das Frühstück ist sehr begrenzt, fast genau geteilt pro Gast, mit Kaffee nur als amerikanisch verfügbar. Ich verstehe voll und ganz, dass dies möglicherweise auf das Ende der Tourismussaison zurückzuführen ist, aber es wäre hilfreich, wenn diese Informationen in der Anzeige klar erwähnt würden, so dass die Gäste entsprechend planen können. Trotz dieser kleinen Fragen hatten wir noch eine gute Erfahrung, und das Hotel hat das Potenzial, einen noch besseren Aufenthalt mit nur wenigen Verbesserungen anzubieten.

We spent 3 nights here in May, and honestly we will be back! Lovely hotel, and fabulous beach! Our room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed (including water in the fridge and tea/coffee). It was also cleaned every day to a high standard. The breakfast (free!) was fab, lots of choice and nice and fresh! The beach and sun bed were amazing, beautiful and right in front of the hotel!!! We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was really good! Grilled shrimp and Mediterranean salad were a highlight for me :-) but what really makes this place is the staff - friendly, kind, helpful and really focussed on good service! Shout out to thw young chap who is also a painter and decorator (when he’s not a waiter) - so helpful and friendly the staff on reception (very helpful) and the wonderful staff in the beach bar who made it so we could watch the football :-) location is also fab - outside of town, but only 30 mins walk and so nice and peaceful! Wpuld highly recommend!
