Many thanks again to all the Hotel Bowmann's teams!! I went there with some friends of mine for a cocktail and we spent a lovely time ! Everyone was so welcoming and smiling, the bar and restaurant are great and the courtyard so cozy and quiet. A special thank you for Maxim, the barman, who explained us all the cocktail selection that he personally invented and created. We tried some and each of them was really good. I recommend this Hotel without any doubt. Thanks again to everybody who took care of us during the night :)

OMG! Where do I start, there is so many things to list what’s wrong with this hotel. I don’t have all day to waste typing a terrible review which it deserves. My only regret is not having a body cam attached, cause for sure an Oscar award for best comedy horror would be a just reward for enduring a single nights stay from the hotel from Hell. Seems like the only thing they got right with this hotel is the name ‘Opera’ (Oscar Award) Deauville (Devil). From the start there was a breakdown in communication due to the fact the receptionists english was reduced significantly. After a long trip and checking-in you might want a nice hot shower before going out. Expect just under warm at best. Instead you might want to top up your body temperature with a cup of hot tea, well, expect to share a tea bag if you are travelling with a partner. When I asked for more tea bags at reception, I was told ‘I gave you that one for free’. Also, the combination of luggage, stairs, and lifts to your room, should flow smoothly like most hotels ‘Right!’… Nope, instead it is the moment your nightmare begins and you start to realise and say to yourself ‘DAMM IT!! why didn’t I F¥€%ing!! read this review on tripadvisor before I booked this hotel from Hell’. Not only did the coffin sized lift breakdown the first night, which meant we had to climb up several flights of a very tiny spiral staircase. Finally getting into our room, we could here our neighbours through the paper thin walls all night. Dusty small rooms, and unclean shower, we couldn’t get out of this hotel quick enough. Honestly not worth the price, pay more if needed but avoid this hotel from Hell, not just for your holiday experience, but more importantly health and safety reasons. You have been warned.

Als ich am Abend im Hotel ankam, wurde mir gesagt, dass sie keine zwei Zimmer hätten, also könnten sie in ein anderes Hotel wechseln oder mir eine Suite geben. Vier Männer, nur ein großes Bett und zwei Schlafsofas. Einer davon ist kaputt. Ich beschwerte mich nachts und sagte, dass es am nächsten Tag keine Möglichkeit gäbe, mit dem Manager über die Entschädigung zu sprechen, aber am nächsten Tag weigerte ich mich immer noch und sagte, ich würde auf den Manager warten. Am nächsten Tag, während wir auf den Bus warteten, gab es mehrere Beschwerden von der Hotelrezeption. Sehr schlechte Erfahrung.

First things first, there effectively is no Lennon Hotel. There is no reception there and no breakfast room. Everything from the administration on is done through the Avalon Hotel next door so, make the assumption that you are going to the Avalon and you will not get lost or confused. The decor is both dated and modern at the same time. I would say, typically French so I am glad they didn't go all chain hotel and boring. The Bedroom - The choice of furniture I would question. In some pictures you can see what looks like a coat rack. This is the 'wardrobe' in the room. There are 6 hooks which may or may not have 6 hangers. Beneath that could well be a full size laptop safe (free to use) and under that, what I would have used as the shoe shelf. There really isn't anywhere for smaller items at all, they likely will stay in your luggage. With the lighting it's either bright or very bright so, there wasn't really an option to have it dimly lit though there are a selection of ceiling light, wall lamps and table lamps, they are all bright. Our room (100) was not a king size bed, I feel 4' 6” as it was certainly smaller than we are used to. In many pictures it shows the white bed pillows supplemented by small blue (green) ones. This is certainly not the case with every room. The Bathroom - I can but speak for our room as I understand other rooms have different configurations. We had a walk in shower with a rain shower head and a hand held spray adjusted using ornate handles. The toilet was on the wall. I personally don't like those, I feel incredibly unsafe especially when they creak like this one did when sat on. To make it worse, we're only 5' 3” and it's just too high, we felt like 5 year olds in need of a step stall. I wondered if this might not be aimed at wheelchair users as I am disabled but I do not use a chair but a mobility scooter (which there was plenty of room for). Then I consider the sink which is high up, too high for a wheelchair user. Of course, there is no chair in the shower either so, if it is meant to be an accessible room, it kind of isn't. The walls are done in tiles. Very mismatched tiles, not sure whether that was intentional or just years of different repairs and replacements. I feel that the light blue small square tiles were original but that when the shower, toilet and sink were last done they were not replicable so got replaced with blue rectangle tiles. The floor tiles are probably original but very worn and though they may have been, I never felt they were clean. Being a walk in shower the water got everywhere and the floor remained wet all night so we kept a towel on the floor by the door. Us British might find it weird to see a hairdryer in the bathroom right next to the sink, I think a plug socket too! The large round mirror was supposed to light up with a touch switch but, we never got it to work. Wenn ich die Bewertungen lese, fällt es mir schwer zu glauben, wie dieses Hotel alle zuvor behandelt hat! Warum ist es auf einer niedrigen Etage? Es ist unhygienisch, der Service ist schlecht und es gibt nichts außer der Aussicht auf den Eisenturm ... Nach meiner Ankunft in diesem Hotel fühlte ich mich völlig anders als alle anderen! Es ist großartig und es lohnt sich! Zuerst war ein Mann an der Rezeption, er sprach ein wenig Chinesisch, rief den Namen meines Sohnes, nannte ihn Bruder und stieß mit ihm zusammen. Er war sehr freundlich! Auch die Rezeptionistin lächelte immer wieder. Sie gaben mir den 5. Stock. Das ist kaum zu glauben, da in den vorherigen Bewertungen alle gesagt haben, dass es sich nur um die unteren Etagen handelt. Es ist unnötig zu erwähnen, dass das Zimmer sehr schön ist. Das Schlafsofa ist mit Steppdecken ausgestattet. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Eisernen Turm ist atemberaubend! Bild 1 ist 17 Uhr, Bild 2 ist 21 Uhr, Bild 3 ist 22 Uhr und Bild 4 ist 9 Uhr. Jeder Moment hat seine einzigartige Schönheit! Ich habe dieses Hotel nur wegen der Aussicht auf den Eiffelturm gebucht. Dann buchte ich Tickets für olympisches Beachvolleyball und lief zum Veranstaltungsort. Auch der Sandzug ist sehr spannend! Das einzige Problem bei diesem Hotel ist, dass die Balkontür zu weit geöffnet ist, die Vorhänge nicht vollständig geöffnet sind und die Tür die Vorhänge zerkratzt. Ich habe es nicht richtig hinbekommen und ein Ring ist von der Gardinenstange gefallen. Als ich auscheckte, sagte ich es der Rezeption und fragte sie, ob ich eine Entschädigung zahlen müsste. Wir gingen zurück ins Zimmer, um es uns gemeinsam anzusehen, und sie fragte die Managerin noch einmal und sagte, dass keine Entschädigung nötig sei, und gab uns dann ein kostenloses Frühstück. Das Frühstück ist so lecker! Brot, Snacks usw. sind völlig andere Konzepte als das heimische Weiduomei! Das Brot, das sie verwenden, ist wahrscheinlich Butter von höchster Qualität! Lecker. Ich mag dieses Hotel wirklich!

Ein nettes Hotel, wir hatten ein riesen Eckzimmer, das eigentlich zum Verweilen eingeladen hat. Sehr schön eingerichtet, bequeme Betten, sehr sauber, eine Couch und eine große Dusche. Aber man hält sich in Paris ja nicht im Hotelzimmer auf! Leider liegt das Hotel in einer nicht ganz so pittoresken Ecke in Paris und echt fern ab von allem, wo man als Tourist so hin möchte, teilweise sollte. Der Ausblick aus den vielen Fenstern ist etwas trostlos: Périphérique, Hochhaus und Unterführung, wo man sich nachts nicht aufhalten möchte. Die Gegend ist wirklich nicht einladend. Um das Hotel herum wird kräftig gebaut, passt aber irgendwie alles nicht zusammen. Moderne Bürogebäude inmitten von Sozialbauten. Zur Metro läuft man gute 15 Minuten, vor der Tür fahren aber zwei Busse, einer fährt bis zum Louvre. Oder man nimmt sich ein Taxi. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, das Frühstücksbüffet ausreichend, französisch lecker. Auf der Terrasse der Skybar kann man Sacré-Cœur und den Eiffelturm in der Ferne leuchten sehen. Reicht das? Nee, leider nicht. Die Skybar ist gespenstisch leer gewesen und vielleicht darum etwas ungemütlich, leider. Öffnungszeiten unattraktiv. Hat irgendwie eher an eine stylische Raststätte an einer Autobahn gewirkt. Fazit: Ich würde dem Hotel 5 Punkte geben, der Gegend -5 und der Lage -4 Punkte.

Wir haben hier 2 Nächte früh Oktober geblieben, während wir in Paris für das Usher Konzert. Zimmer sind snug, aber sie machen die Arbeit, komfortable Betten und schönes warmes Wasser für eine lange Dusche. Ich fuhr nach unten und nutzte die Parkgarage unter den Treppen für mein Elektroauto, ich konnte kostenlos zahlen und wir wurden für Parkplätze auf der Grundlage anderer Parkplätze in der Nähe bezahlt, Das Personal war Fab Kevin, vor allem, der uns mit dem Autopark und dem Ladegerät aushelfen konnte. Der Außenhof war ein verstecktes Geschirr, gutes und Service war auch lecker. Insgesamt ein großer Aufenthalt in einem zugänglichen Teil der Stadt. Natürlich würde zurückgehen.

Sehr freundliches Personal, von dem wir immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt wurden. Unser Zimmer war entsprechend der Pariser Verhältnisse groß/klein, was aber für uns völlig ausreichend war. Unser Bett war sehr bequem, vorallem die Kissen sehr weich 😍 Auch wurde das Zimmer jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt und es war somit sehr sauber. Angenehm, dass man das Fenster weit aufmachen konnte, was nicht üblich ist für Paris. Wir mögen die Gegend am Ende des Canal Saint Martin bzw am Bassin Villette. Man kann von dort aus gut mit der Metro alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen oder zu Fuß am Canal Richtung Platz der République entlang schlendern. Auch kann man eine schöne Runde joggen gehen in Richtung La Villette. Wenn man sich für das Hotel entscheidet sollte man noch wissen dass es in der Nähe einer großen Kreuzung und der oberirdischen Metrostation Jaurés ist. Entsprechend kann es nachts etwas laut sein, was uns aber nichts ausgemacht hat. Wenn man den ganzen Tag zu Fuß in Paris unterwegs ist, kann man sicher gut schlafen. In der Gegend übernachten einige Obdachlose, wie an vielen Stellen in Paris. Sie sind friedlich, davon sollte man sich also nicht abschrecken lassen.

Das Hotel liegt in einem Bereich, das von dem, was ich sagen konnte, umgewandelt wurde von dem, was wahrscheinlich ein leichtes kommerzielle und Bürobereich durch neue Wohnungsbauten ersetzt werden, von denen das Hotel Teil war und während das Gebiet schön war es nicht war Ich bekam einen Taxi am Morgen, das Hotel versuchte mich eins zu buchen, aber es gab keine in der Gegend und ich ging etwa zwei Kilometer, bevor ich eins nach unten fahren konnte. Das ist ein Apartmenthotel und bietet nicht alle traditionellen Dienstleistungen, die Sie in einem Hotel erhalten würden, aber diese kommt ziemlich nah. Eine kleine Lobby mit einigen Sitz- und Verkaufsmaschinen und ein anderer Bereich mit einigen Lounges und Spieltisch. Mein Zimmer 311 verfügte über einen handlichen Eingangsbereich mit einem kleinen Schrank, der ideal für Ihre Schlüssel und andere kleine Artikel und einige Coat-Hügel ist. Das Badezimmer ist auf einer Seite und hatte eine große offene Dusche mit nur einem Duschegarten in meinem Zimmer, das ich glaube war, weil es ein behindertes Zimmer war. Die Dusche war eine gute Größe, aber der Boden der Dusche, die ein vorgefertigter Schrank war, fühlte sich nicht, da sie richtig an den Boden gebunden war und ein wenig gerecht bewegt war. Das Hauptzimmer war eine gute Größe für Paris und hatte alles, was ich für meinen kurzen drei Nächte Aufenthalt benötigt hatte, einschließlich einem komfortablen Bett, einem Desk mit komfortablen Stromausgängen und einer Küche, die gut gespeichert war mit den Dingen, die Sie täglich benötigen, um zu arbeiten. Ein kurzer Aufenthalt, aber mehr spezialisierte Geräte waren zur Verfügung, um auf dem Vordertisch wie Lebensmittelverarbeiter, Croc Pot und Crepe Maker, das war wohl eine gute Idee. Insgesamt hatte das Zimmer ein schönes modernes Gefühl und mehr als genug Platz. Als Wohnungshotelkonzept werden die Zimmer nur jeden sieben Tag serviert, was etwas zu wissen ist. Ich habe dieses Hotel gewählt, da es näher an dem Ort war, wo ich mein Mietwagen von und angesichts der Tatsache, dass die Französische Open war zu der Zeit meine Optionen waren begrenzt und das Hotel hatte Parkplätze, aber da es erschien, brauchte ich es nicht, weil es viele kostenfrei Straße Parkplatz direkt außerhalb des Hotels in den zwei Nächten, die ich brauchte. Ich mag die Adagio-Kette von Wohnungen in Europa wirklich und das war ein weiteres tolles.

GGastnutzerAn der Rezeption war ein Chinese namens Qi, der mit großer Begeisterung dabei half, das Zimmer einzurichten und aufzuwerten. Die Zimmereinrichtung war sehr modern, mit raumhohen Fenstern und einem Aufzug. Der Duschraum hatte auch einen superluxuriösen großen Duschkopf, der mir eine gute Erholung ermöglichte, nachdem ich in der Arbeit feststeckte und super erschöpft war. Das Essen im Restaurant ist auch sehr lecker. Tatsächlich ist der Preis ähnlich wie bei westlichem Essen in China. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass die Preise in Frankreich bereits in vielerlei Hinsicht niedriger sind als in China
In der Wahrnehmung der Franzosen mag das Hotel relativ weit weg sein, aber es liegt in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station. Wenn Sie es gewohnt sind, in einer großen Stadt in China zu leben, wird es sich nicht besonders anfühlen, 4-5 U-Bahn-Stationen in die Innenstadt zu fahren weit. Daneben gibt es auch viele Restaurants und einen Supermarkt.

AAvelineI thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Artus Hotel and I was lucky to chance upon this hotel during my search. There are so many options and recommendations out there. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my maiden trip to Paris.
First, the location. I can walk to the major landmarks like River Seine, Louvre, 'Dorsay museum, Notre Dame, etc. It is located close to St Germaine, so there are many charming streets to roam about and many options for food and supplies. I feel safe wandering around on my own as a solo female traveller.
Second, the place is tastefully decorated. I like my room which has windows that overlook the streets as well as the decor. The bed is so comfortable that I slept very well during the three nights I was there. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean and I like that the hotel embraces environmental practices. The only thing is that the yellow lights in the room can be a bit dim, but the white light used in the bathroom is bright.
Third, the staff. I was greeted by a lady when I checked in and she is so understanding, patient and nice with me. I would like to commend her for her great personality and attitude, but I missed getting her name. The other staff I met are equally friendly and nice (two young ladies, one named Li/Yang; and another gentleman). Even if they don't know something, they will look up the information for me. They will also provide me with recommendations. I also must compliment the driver who picked me up from the airport and drove me to the airport (hotel transfers). He is very polite and considerate and he makes me feel at ease when i was travelling in his car. Even the gentleman who helped me with my luggage wore a big smile on his face. Thank you to everyone I've met during my stay and which made my experience a pleasant one.
I learned only on my last day that they have another sister hotel a few steps away. One of the staff recognized me and invited me to take a look inside. Again, the place is tastefully done. If I have a chance to be back in Paris, I will check out both Artus Hotel as well as this hotel. I would also like to take this opportunity to make a request to the guests who are going to stay in the hotel - let's make an effort to treat the room as if it is our own. That way, the hotel will stay in a good condition for a longer time and future guests will get to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Thank you :)

GGuest UserDas Hotel Villa Saxe Eiffel haben wir für einen mehrtägigen Städtetrip nach Paris gebucht. Die Lage des Hotels könnte nach meiner Auffassung nicht besser sein. Den Eiffelturm und den schönen Park davor erreicht man zu Fuß. Eine Metrostation erreicht man in etwas mehr als 5 Minuten. Es gibt zahlreiche, gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Gleichzeitig liegt das Hotel sehr ruhig in einer gehobenen Wohngegend. Das Zimmer war angenehm groß, sehr sauber und mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken von guter Qualität geboten, sodass man sehr abwechslungsreich frühstücken kann. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Sauna, die kostenfrei gebucht werden kann, sodass man sie für sich alleine hat. Das Hotel verfügt nicht über Parkplätze, aber das haben wir über das Parkhaus Parking Cambronne gelöst, dass in ca 12 Min. zu Fuß erreicht werden kann. Ich würde dieses Hotel bei einem nächsten Parisurlaub wieder buchen und empfehle es ausdrücklich für Paare, die entspannt und in schönen Ambiente Paris erkunden wollen.

My recent stay at Hôtel Dame des Arts allowed me to immerse myself in the splendor of the awe-inspiring interior design crafted by Raphel Navot and indulge in the allure of the popular rooftop bar, which undoubtedly left a positive and lasting impression.
The interior design of the hotel was a masterpiece in itself, with Raphel Navot's talent evident in every detail. The ambiance exuded elegance and sophistication, creating an atmosphere that truly enhanced the overall guest experience. Additionally, the rooftop bar provided breathtaking views of Paris, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment.
Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations.
This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service.
Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing.
On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience.
In conclusion, Hôtel Dame des Arts undoubtedly showcased a dedication to exceptional design and ambiance. However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression. I firmly believe that fostering a culture of attentive and respectful service, along with diligent billing practices, is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience. By addressing these issues, Hôtel Dame des Arts can elevate its reputation and ensure that every guest is treated with the care and professionalism they rightfully deserve. The only thing annoyed me very much is that the housekeepers are very rude. Everything else seems fine,except the controlling pad surface is a bit dusty. I lived there for 3 nights, everyday there are someone coming to my room without knocking the door or telling me who that is. First day I was quite shocked, I thought it was my problem because I didn't turn on the 'Do not disturb' light. That's fine.
The second day, I had the 'Do not disturb' light on, someone(housekeeper) still opened my door without knocking the door or telling me who that is. That was very awkward. I feel no privacy in the room as someone could just come into your room without any notice . That annoyed me very much. I mean, what is the point of 'Do not disturb' button ??!! Later I turned off the 'Do not disturb' light and turned on 'Please make up room' light. I went out of the room and saw the housekeeper in the there. I kindly asked her could she make up my room for me. She seems unhappy and told me that It is too late and she is off already . Come on, it was only 4pm, and I am going to stay there another night. I came back after one hour , saw the ' Please make up room' light still on, so I didn't expect my room was made. Luckily someone cleaned my room but didn't turned off the light.
Then it was the 3rd day, I had the late check out till 3pm and I had the 'Do not disturb' light on. You know what happened? The housekeeper opened my door without any notice again while I was in the room and said DO NOT DISTURB. It was obvious light color and I am really annoyed by that. If it happened once , ok. But everyday for 3 consecutive days ???! All the other staffs are fine but I do think it lacks housekeeping training. It ruined all the privacy and trust etc.
If it is only for the room, and concierge etc I like it.
The housekeeping is terrible and disappointing.

GGuest UserHatte wirklich guten Aufenthalt dort! Ich ging mit einem Freund und wir trafen erstaunliche Leute! Die Bar ist günstig und nett!! Eine perfekte Möglichkeit, neue Freunde von rund um und von der Hostel. Ich empfehle. Unsere Fenster wurden gebrochen und sie haben es repariert! Das Bad ist wirklich grundlegender.

Positiv zu vermerken ist die gute Lage in einer tollen Gegend, nettes Personal, eine coole A**osphäre und viele zusätzliche Aktivitäten. Von den Punkten, die verbessert werden könnten: Es ist nicht besonders sauber, der Griff an der Tür zur Toilette war kaputt, es wurde nicht angegeben, dass Handtücher gegen Aufpreis erhältlich sind (obwohl ich es vielleicht nicht bemerkt habe).
Eine gute Wahl für Alleinreisende und ein großartiger Ort, um neue Leute kennenzulernen.

PPUIYIIch habe es gebucht, um mit meinen Freunden ein Konzert zu sehen, außer dass das Hotel etwas klein ist, alles andere ist in Ordnung, vor allem im Stadtzentrum, es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, der Verkehr ist sehr gut, es ist sehr gut geeignet für mit Freunden gehen
