Die Lage ist wirklich gut, 2 Metro Stationen nah, weitere 2 in unter 10 min gehen Entfernung außerdem diverse Buslinien. Beide Nebenstraßen haben Cafés, Restaurants, Bäcker und Supermärkte. Die Zimmer sind klasse, Betten bequem und vor allem ruhig. Man hört nichts. Klimaanlage ist vorhanden.

Es gibt etwas über dieses Hotel, das Sie zurück in die Vergangenheit nimmt. Liebe der Windestufe, die Grafit auf den Wänden. Wir blieben im Stadtzimmer, das minimalistische war, mit Betonrohrschnitten für einige der Möbel, Straßenstil Gemälde auf den Wänden, Deckenstrahlen gemalt rot. Besichtigung vom Zimmer war auf einem Platz, der faszinierend war, um die verschiedenen Charaktere über den ganzen Tag zu sehen. sehr komfortabel Bett, anständige Dusche. Frühstück wird in der Keller, vorhin mehr Grafit auf den Wänden, liebte es. Das Frühstück ist mehr im traditionellen französischen Stil, mit Brot und Croissant serviert in einem Korb mit Getreide und Joghurt. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfreich in allen Bereichen. Dieses Hotel ist vielleicht nicht für alle, aber wir liebten es. Die Atmosphäre und die Lage waren gut. Ich würde nochmals besuchen.

Really enjoyed my stay. I was staying for one night with my mum. Location - Short walk from Gare Du Nord its a busy street but thats central Paris for you, despite this the reception is open 24hrs so need to worry about being locked out. Room - Had requested twin beds but the bed was huge and we had to share, the room was a standard room, good size, had a little balcony and the basic things needed for the night. We only had one cup in the room and we just asked to change it and have two which was quickly resolved, nothing is to much trouble, the reception were very nice and happy to help. The bed was the most comfy bed I had ever slept in. such a good night sleep. The room was overlooking the road which was quite noisy but during the night was fine, it did not prevent me from sleeping. There was a large step as soon as we entered the room which my mum often forgot about! The room also had a nice functional safe and a fridge. Hotel - The lift is quite small, could just about fit one person and one larger type suitcase. There are some quirky looking stairs which we used a few times when the lift was busy as we were on the third floor. Mum struggled but it was ok and only a few flights of stairs. The breakfast room was quite small and did struggle to fit around the table as its quite tight. Simple options but enough to start the day - there was offers of egg, frankfurter type sausage, cereal, toast, croissants, jam, cheeses, yoghurts and hot drinks, few juices. Overall would stay again, it suited what we needed for our brief stay in Paris. My only criticism is that i had emailed ahead to ask if there was any gluten free options for breakfast as i have an intolerance and i didnt get a reply. I should of brought my own anyway but would of liked a reply to prepare if i needed to bring or not. Thanks for a nice stay Midnight Hotel

Sehr freundliches Personal, von dem wir immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt wurden. Unser Zimmer war entsprechend der Pariser Verhältnisse groß/klein, was aber für uns völlig ausreichend war. Unser Bett war sehr bequem, vorallem die Kissen sehr weich 😍 Auch wurde das Zimmer jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt und es war somit sehr sauber. Angenehm, dass man das Fenster weit aufmachen konnte, was nicht üblich ist für Paris. Wir mögen die Gegend am Ende des Canal Saint Martin bzw am Bassin Villette. Man kann von dort aus gut mit der Metro alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen oder zu Fuß am Canal Richtung Platz der République entlang schlendern. Auch kann man eine schöne Runde joggen gehen in Richtung La Villette. Wenn man sich für das Hotel entscheidet sollte man noch wissen dass es in der Nähe einer großen Kreuzung und der oberirdischen Metrostation Jaurés ist. Entsprechend kann es nachts etwas laut sein, was uns aber nichts ausgemacht hat. Wenn man den ganzen Tag zu Fuß in Paris unterwegs ist, kann man sicher gut schlafen. In der Gegend übernachten einige Obdachlose, wie an vielen Stellen in Paris. Sie sind friedlich, davon sollte man sich also nicht abschrecken lassen.

First things first, there effectively is no Lennon Hotel. There is no reception there and no breakfast room. Everything from the administration on is done through the Avalon Hotel next door so, make the assumption that you are going to the Avalon and you will not get lost or confused. The decor is both dated and modern at the same time. I would say, typically French so I am glad they didn't go all chain hotel and boring. The Bedroom - The choice of furniture I would question. In some pictures you can see what looks like a coat rack. This is the 'wardrobe' in the room. There are 6 hooks which may or may not have 6 hangers. Beneath that could well be a full size laptop safe (free to use) and under that, what I would have used as the shoe shelf. There really isn't anywhere for smaller items at all, they likely will stay in your luggage. With the lighting it's either bright or very bright so, there wasn't really an option to have it dimly lit though there are a selection of ceiling light, wall lamps and table lamps, they are all bright. Our room (100) was not a king size bed, I feel 4' 6” as it was certainly smaller than we are used to. In many pictures it shows the white bed pillows supplemented by small blue (green) ones. This is certainly not the case with every room. The Bathroom - I can but speak for our room as I understand other rooms have different configurations. We had a walk in shower with a rain shower head and a hand held spray adjusted using ornate handles. The toilet was on the wall. I personally don't like those, I feel incredibly unsafe especially when they creak like this one did when sat on. To make it worse, we're only 5' 3” and it's just too high, we felt like 5 year olds in need of a step stall. I wondered if this might not be aimed at wheelchair users as I am disabled but I do not use a chair but a mobility scooter (which there was plenty of room for). Then I consider the sink which is high up, too high for a wheelchair user. Of course, there is no chair in the shower either so, if it is meant to be an accessible room, it kind of isn't. The walls are done in tiles. Very mismatched tiles, not sure whether that was intentional or just years of different repairs and replacements. I feel that the light blue small square tiles were original but that when the shower, toilet and sink were last done they were not replicable so got replaced with blue rectangle tiles. The floor tiles are probably original but very worn and though they may have been, I never felt they were clean. Being a walk in shower the water got everywhere and the floor remained wet all night so we kept a towel on the floor by the door. Us British might find it weird to see a hairdryer in the bathroom right next to the sink, I think a plug socket too! The large round mirror was supposed to light up with a touch switch but, we never got it to work. Das People Paris Marais befindet sich in der sehr gemütlichen Gegend von Marais in der Nähe des Seine und genießt Spaziergänge neben der Flussbank. Das Hotelkonzept ist modern, sauber und nichts anderes als sinnlos mit einem starken Umweltprofil. Das Frühstück war jedoch ein wenig sp****, wenn Sie den vollen ”Continental” erwarten, wie es oft bei anderen Hotels ist, aber Sie erhalten, was Sie zahlen. Wir werden dieses Hotel definitiv empfehlen.

My flight got delayed, so I arrived late to the hostel around 2 AM on the night of March the 10th ”My reservation was from the 9th, so no problem” I seemed to wake up the receptionist who suddenly got busy on phone but had done the check in procedures, I reconfirmed it's a bottom bunk bed ”due to a medical condition, I can't climb” he said Yes Yes.. My room is on the 5th floor, I was fine and asked if there's a lift, he said Yes Yes ”basically was busy on phone and didn't even listen to what I was saying” I went up ”no lift btw but it was okay” to find the bed assigned is on top, and there was only one person in the room! I went down again asking if I can take the vacant bottom bed, then he got mad!! No you can't, wait for my colleague in the morning to see if he can move you. I asked if I can stay at the reception till then, but no it's closed... So I will just stay here in front of the Reception desk I replied. I affirmed I had my request delivered for a bottom bed, there was only one person in the room, so why can't I just get any?! He got very mad; started to call me crazy, and then shifted to the ”I don't speak English” and saying Me NO ME NO ME NO... He then approached very very close waiving threatening with his finger ”saying we are not discriminating you”!!! What? Who said discrimination?!! Then, I started to film his attitude with my cell phone right away as it was that close it gets physical.. He panicked when I started to film and called the police on me and asked me to go spend the night in the kitchen!!! Unluckily for him, I can understand French pretty well but I only speak English... He asked the police to come because I was making a fuss and a scandal. The police arrived like 30 mins later, while me shaking and waiting in front of the desk as he vanished when I started to film. Very Unluckily for him, the police was very supportive to me and they spoke English... When I told them the whole story; they asked him to return my money as long as they didn't adhere to my request for bottom bed, it's a medical condition but he was so rude to them as well saying, It's not his problem! He refused to refund saying tomorrow in the afternoon I come back to his colleagues be refunded. The police stayed with me till I booked another hotel for the night and THEY SAID IT'S NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY RECEIVE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE SAME PERSON but they can't file a case against him since it didn't get physical. While booking an alternative accommodation at 3 AM outside in the street, he called me in to give my money back!! This is a story I wanted to share, a story of lying, aggressive, and rude receptionist. Ah, and to the police; he stated that there's someone taking the bottom bed... While the key of the bottom bed was actually left on the check out tray!!! If you want ur days ruined and both yours physical and psychological health abused and tortured go to this place and deal with this man in particular. I dare their management

Wenn ich die Bewertungen lese, fällt es mir schwer zu glauben, wie dieses Hotel alle zuvor behandelt hat! Warum ist es auf einer niedrigen Etage? Es ist unhygienisch, der Service ist schlecht und es gibt nichts außer der Aussicht auf den Eisenturm ... Nach meiner Ankunft in diesem Hotel fühlte ich mich völlig anders als alle anderen! Es ist großartig und es lohnt sich! Zuerst war ein Mann an der Rezeption, er sprach ein wenig Chinesisch, rief den Namen meines Sohnes, nannte ihn Bruder und stieß mit ihm zusammen. Er war sehr freundlich! Auch die Rezeptionistin lächelte immer wieder. Sie gaben mir den 5. Stock. Das ist kaum zu glauben, da in den vorherigen Bewertungen alle gesagt haben, dass es sich nur um die unteren Etagen handelt. Es ist unnötig zu erwähnen, dass das Zimmer sehr schön ist. Das Schlafsofa ist mit Steppdecken ausgestattet. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Eisernen Turm ist atemberaubend! Bild 1 ist 17 Uhr, Bild 2 ist 21 Uhr, Bild 3 ist 22 Uhr und Bild 4 ist 9 Uhr. Jeder Moment hat seine einzigartige Schönheit! Ich habe dieses Hotel nur wegen der Aussicht auf den Eiffelturm gebucht. Dann buchte ich Tickets für olympisches Beachvolleyball und lief zum Veranstaltungsort. Auch der Sandzug ist sehr spannend! Das einzige Problem bei diesem Hotel ist, dass die Balkontür zu weit geöffnet ist, die Vorhänge nicht vollständig geöffnet sind und die Tür die Vorhänge zerkratzt. Ich habe es nicht richtig hinbekommen und ein Ring ist von der Gardinenstange gefallen. Als ich auscheckte, sagte ich es der Rezeption und fragte sie, ob ich eine Entschädigung zahlen müsste. Wir gingen zurück ins Zimmer, um es uns gemeinsam anzusehen, und sie fragte die Managerin noch einmal und sagte, dass keine Entschädigung nötig sei, und gab uns dann ein kostenloses Frühstück. Das Frühstück ist so lecker! Brot, Snacks usw. sind völlig andere Konzepte als das heimische Weiduomei! Das Brot, das sie verwenden, ist wahrscheinlich Butter von höchster Qualität! Lecker. Ich mag dieses Hotel wirklich!

Das Hotel liegt in einem Bereich, das von dem, was ich sagen konnte, umgewandelt wurde von dem, was wahrscheinlich ein leichtes kommerzielle und Bürobereich durch neue Wohnungsbauten ersetzt werden, von denen das Hotel Teil war und während das Gebiet schön war es nicht war Ich bekam einen Taxi am Morgen, das Hotel versuchte mich eins zu buchen, aber es gab keine in der Gegend und ich ging etwa zwei Kilometer, bevor ich eins nach unten fahren konnte. Das ist ein Apartmenthotel und bietet nicht alle traditionellen Dienstleistungen, die Sie in einem Hotel erhalten würden, aber diese kommt ziemlich nah. Eine kleine Lobby mit einigen Sitz- und Verkaufsmaschinen und ein anderer Bereich mit einigen Lounges und Spieltisch. Mein Zimmer 311 verfügte über einen handlichen Eingangsbereich mit einem kleinen Schrank, der ideal für Ihre Schlüssel und andere kleine Artikel und einige Coat-Hügel ist. Das Badezimmer ist auf einer Seite und hatte eine große offene Dusche mit nur einem Duschegarten in meinem Zimmer, das ich glaube war, weil es ein behindertes Zimmer war. Die Dusche war eine gute Größe, aber der Boden der Dusche, die ein vorgefertigter Schrank war, fühlte sich nicht, da sie richtig an den Boden gebunden war und ein wenig gerecht bewegt war. Das Hauptzimmer war eine gute Größe für Paris und hatte alles, was ich für meinen kurzen drei Nächte Aufenthalt benötigt hatte, einschließlich einem komfortablen Bett, einem Desk mit komfortablen Stromausgängen und einer Küche, die gut gespeichert war mit den Dingen, die Sie täglich benötigen, um zu arbeiten. Ein kurzer Aufenthalt, aber mehr spezialisierte Geräte waren zur Verfügung, um auf dem Vordertisch wie Lebensmittelverarbeiter, Croc Pot und Crepe Maker, das war wohl eine gute Idee. Insgesamt hatte das Zimmer ein schönes modernes Gefühl und mehr als genug Platz. Als Wohnungshotelkonzept werden die Zimmer nur jeden sieben Tag serviert, was etwas zu wissen ist. Ich habe dieses Hotel gewählt, da es näher an dem Ort war, wo ich mein Mietwagen von und angesichts der Tatsache, dass die Französische Open war zu der Zeit meine Optionen waren begrenzt und das Hotel hatte Parkplätze, aber da es erschien, brauchte ich es nicht, weil es viele kostenfrei Straße Parkplatz direkt außerhalb des Hotels in den zwei Nächten, die ich brauchte. Ich mag die Adagio-Kette von Wohnungen in Europa wirklich und das war ein weiteres tolles.

Das Hotel liegt 5 Fahrminuten von Disney und etwa 7 Gehminuten vom Geschäftsviertel entfernt. Das Hotel verfügt über einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus nach Disney. Die Rezeption ist voll mit jungen Leuten und der Service ist besonders gut. Aufgrund der geografischen Lage wird empfohlen, das Frühstück bei der Buchung des Hotels zu buchen. Das Restaurant und das Frühstück haben Drei-Sterne-Standard erreicht. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Balkon ausgestattet. Bei schönem Wetter können Sie im Zimmer sitzen und eine Tasse Tee trinken oder im öffentlichen Schwimmbad im Zentrum des Hotels schwimmen. Das Zimmer ist komplett mit P2-Küchengeräten wie Geschirrspüler, Kochtöpfen, Woks und Kühlschränken ausgestattet und die Einrichtungen sind sehr neu. Darüber hinaus stehen Ihnen im öffentlichen Bereich ein Fitnessstudio und eine Sauna zur Verfügung.
