Très bon accueil et un hôtel très bien situé avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Pour vos séjours parisiens c'est un hôtel idéal. Vous serez proche de Montparnasse, de la place d'Alesia, de la place Denfert Rochereau, de la Porte d'Orléans...

Hi, Diese Bewertung ist nicht speziell für Hotel Parc, sondern im Allgemeinen über Hotels in Paris. Ich habe dies mit zwei Hotels in Paris erlebt. Incident One mit Parc Hotel Paris. Ich ging zum Hotel Parc. Ich habe für ein Zimmer eine Buchung durch booking.com gemacht. Für die Zahlung habe ich dem Hotelrezeptor eine Kreditkarte vorgestellt. Der Hotelrezeptor sagte mir, dass die Zahlung abgelehnt wurde. Ich habe ihn mit einer anderen Karte vorgestellt, auch für diese Karte, der Empfänger sagte mir, dass die Zahlung abgelehnt wurde. Am nächsten Tag sah ich, dass das Hotel mich zweimal auf der gleichen Kreditkarte belastet hatte, die angenommen, die Zahlung zu verweigern. Eine Gebühr wurde gleichzeitig erhoben, als dieser Empfänger mir sagte, die Zahlung zu verweigern. Ich hatte sie gebeten, mein Geld zurückzuzahlen. Sie weigerten sich, zurückzuzahlen, indem sie sagten, es ist die Stornierungsgebühr. Jetzt geht es um ein anderes Hotel. Ich habe am Abend geprüft, eine Zahlung durch eine Kreditkarte getätigt. Die Zahlung war erfolgreich. Am nächsten Morgen hat dieses Hotel mich wieder auf der gleichen Kreditkarte für die gleiche Beträge gezahlt. Ich habe es mit dem Hotel überprüft. Der Hotelrezeptor sagte, dass er es getan habe, weil er dachte, ich habe die Zahlung nicht getan. Dieser Kerl hat sich nicht um die Kontrolle vor der Abrechnung gekümmert. Seine Erstattung wurde mehr als eine Woche nicht erhalten. Das Hotel ist sehr verteidigungsfähig, sagen, dass sie zurückgezahlt haben und ich sollte mit Ihrer Bank prüfen und es ist jetzt mein Problem. Ich habe mehr als 15 Länder besucht, aber ich habe nie ein solches Verhalten von den Hotels erlebt. Ich werde Paris nie wieder besuchen, und ich werde niemanden vorschlagen, diese Stadt zu besuchen. Selbst jemand möchte es besuchen, ich werde ihnen vorschlagen, vorsichtig mit den Hotels zu sein.

Todo el personal ha sido muy amable. la habitación está muy bien. La cama es cómoda, al igual que las almohadas. Me ha encantado la ducha, porque el agua caliente sale enseguida, y con mucha potencia. Lo que menos me ha gustado del Hotel, ha sido el desayuno, y la sala del desayuno. En el desayuno no había mucha variedad, y la sala era muy pequeña con las mesas muy juntas. Aún así, la persona de recepción, que es quien se encarga del desayuno, estaba muy pendiente de las necesidades de la gente. 

Our nights accommodation in Paris was the B&B Hotel Paris Porte D'orleans. A very new hotel, so everything was new and clean. Our room was well appointed and comfortable, the bathroom had everything we needed, and a bonus was the room had a long distance view of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel has a very pretty courtyard area for those who smoke. The hotel is an easy walk to trains to take you into the heart of Paris. There is a bar but at the time of our visit, they were still pending their liquor license so we were unable to get drinks. The hotel is quite close to a major road, so the rooms at the front of the hotel can be noisy. They provide a good breakfast buffet, including the usual eggs, toast, juice, tea/coffee and of course, croissants.

I wish I'd listened to the few recent bad reviews that had been written about this property and kept my reservation at our original small boutique, well-rated BW affiliated hotel. However, given we were only staying a night and that it was offered for a reasonable number of points for as a Bonvoy reward, I took the jump. Elite members used to decent Marriott-branded hotels, spend the extra points and choose one of the other Paris hotels (the Westin, the other Marriott or the Renaissance). I can confirm that: -AC or the hotel's ventilation system currently doesn't work. Windows don't open. We had the vent blowing on ”high” and it was just recirculating air. I have a travel clock that's also a thermometer. We never managed to cool the room below 24C. It was around 13 or 14C outside that night. Shouldn't have been that hard to cool down the room by 2-3 degrees to sleep well. I love the thick feather duvets Marriott uses, but not when the room can't be cooled down to 20-21C. When I called the service hotline, I was told they were having issues with the system and it was what it was. No offer to even bring up a fan. Nothing. It was a ”oh well, too bad” attitude. -We also had toilet issues. Our toilet flushed poorly. You had to hold the flush button for at least 30 seconds to properly flush anything. -Platinum/Titanium elite members, forget about receiving any value or being recognized here. I don't expect an upgrade to a suite or the top corner room every time I stay. I understand hotels do what they can with what they have available. Their inventory shows ”executive” rooms and diffetent types of suites available. We booked a standard ”Paris view” king room and received a ”Paris view, high floor” king room. The way the floors are built, the elevators are in the middle. There's around 15, maybe 18 rooms to the left or right of the elevator lobby on each floor. Our door was 4 doors away. Couldn't even be bothered to place us further away. That was my minimal expectation. No slippers or bathrobes in rooms here. Poor shower pressure. Good luck washing your hair if you have long ones. -Front desk: The coldest reception welcome I've received at a Marriott in a long time. I swear if Bill Marriott was still CEO, properties like this would get a call from HQ to review their staff training. We are French Canadians. The agent was struggling in French and answered us in English a few times even though we were clearly not English speakers. That was extremely odd in Paris. No mention of Bonvoy status, only that, and I quote ”breakfast is not included. Because of your membership, you can take the continental buffet tomorrow morning at the restaurant. Normally, it's not included, but we don't have a lounge at the moment”. Jeez louise, I felt like I was being handed a favour... -There's a ”Bonvoy Elite” line for the front desk, but it was neither manned or enforced in the evening when we arrrived, or the following day at check out, where the line was all t

Kleines Touristenhotel mit rund 25 Zimmern. Das Hotel liegt in 2 Min. Fussweg zur U-Bahnstation Pernety, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Zimmer im Hotel sind jedoch sehr klein. In unserem Zimmer hatte es kaum eine Ablagefläche, geschweige denn einen richtigen Schrank. Rund um das Bett 30 - 80 cm, das wars… Die Dusche war ok; für die Duschkabine darf man aber keine Platzangst haben. Eine enge Treppe führt in die Obergeschosse; der Lift ist ebenfalls klein. Der grösste Mangel im Hotel ist aber der Frühstücksraum. Für eine solche Anzahl Hotelzimmer nur 22 Sitzplätze -＞ das genügt einfach nicht. Es kann nicht sein, dass man morgens um 8.30 Uhr zum Frühstück will und dann fast eine Stunde in der Hotel-Lobby warten muss. Das Frühstück selber ist relativ spartanisch. Das Hotelpersonal dürfte auch freundlicher und kompetenter sein, angefangen bei Receptionspersonal bis hin zur Bedienung im Frühstücksraum. Alles in allem kann man dort bei einem Städtetrip übernachten - bedingungslos empfehlenswert, na ja….

I stayed at this hotel for four weeks in June and July. My experience here was disappointing, starting from the moment that I checked in. My reservation stated that fees and taxes were included and the final amount to be paid at the hotel was shown. I reserved “connecting studios for 4 people” and I was charged an extra 210 Euros at check-in without being told. When I questioned this later, I was told that there is a tax of $2.50 per person per night and the reservation amount only included this tax for one person, so I was charged for the other 3 people at check-in. However, I was still overcharged. One person was under 18 and should not have been charged at all. Another person was leaving early. I was able to eventually get a partial refund because of this. When I chose this hotel, I was looking for one that had air conditioning, and this feature is stated on the website for the hotel. When we arrived, it was very hot in both rooms and the temperature cannot be adjusted in the room. When I tried to get the air conditioning fixed, I was told that the temperature cannot be decreased under 26 degrees Celsius (78.8 Fahrenheit). The temperature cannot be controlled from the room. Most of the time, it seemed that the A/C wasn’t even on, and I was so hot that I was sweating. I did notice that the temperature in the lobby was always much cooler than in our rooms though. If you are looking for a hotel with air conditioning, you won’t be comfortable here. The customer service varied greatly depending on who was at the front desk. Some people were great and some definitely were not. The rooms are only cleaned once per week, but I didn’t mind that. The hotel uses thin, papery mattress covers that seem to be disposable and continually slip off of the mattress. I found myself constantly trying to put the mattress covers and sheets back in place to avoid sleeping on the bare mattress. The covers tear very easily, which made it difficult. This was very annoying. Overall, our stay wasn’t horrible, but we didn’t enjoy this hotel and were happy to check out. I won’t stay here the next time that I am in Paris for an extended stay.

Sehr gutes, günstiges Hotel, Verkehr bequem, Frühstück ist auch sehr gut, die Einstellung des Kellners ist auch sehr freundlich, es gibt einen großen Supermarkt in der Nähe, wie wir den ganzen Tag draußen bleiben und wenn die Einrichtungen nicht hoch sind, können Sie leben (mit sehr einfachen Pools und kleinen Tischplatten) ～ps ist ein günstiges und leckeres vietnamesisches Familienrestaurant in der Nähe.

Sehr freundliches Personal, von dem wir immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt wurden. Unser Zimmer war entsprechend der Pariser Verhältnisse groß/klein, was aber für uns völlig ausreichend war. Unser Bett war sehr bequem, vorallem die Kissen sehr weich 😍 Auch wurde das Zimmer jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt und es war somit sehr sauber. Angenehm, dass man das Fenster weit aufmachen konnte, was nicht üblich ist für Paris. Wir mögen die Gegend am Ende des Canal Saint Martin bzw am Bassin Villette. Man kann von dort aus gut mit der Metro alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen oder zu Fuß am Canal Richtung Platz der République entlang schlendern. Auch kann man eine schöne Runde joggen gehen in Richtung La Villette. Wenn man sich für das Hotel entscheidet sollte man noch wissen dass es in der Nähe einer großen Kreuzung und der oberirdischen Metrostation Jaurés ist. Entsprechend kann es nachts etwas laut sein, was uns aber nichts ausgemacht hat. Wenn man den ganzen Tag zu Fuß in Paris unterwegs ist, kann man sicher gut schlafen. In der Gegend übernachten einige Obdachlose, wie an vielen Stellen in Paris. Sie sind friedlich, davon sollte man sich also nicht abschrecken lassen.
