Wenn ich die Bewertungen lese, fällt es mir schwer zu glauben, wie dieses Hotel alle zuvor behandelt hat! Warum ist es auf einer niedrigen Etage? Es ist unhygienisch, der Service ist schlecht und es gibt nichts außer der Aussicht auf den Eisenturm ... Nach meiner Ankunft in diesem Hotel fühlte ich mich völlig anders als alle anderen! Es ist großartig und es lohnt sich! Zuerst war ein Mann an der Rezeption, er sprach ein wenig Chinesisch, rief den Namen meines Sohnes, nannte ihn Bruder und stieß mit ihm zusammen. Er war sehr freundlich! Auch die Rezeptionistin lächelte immer wieder. Sie gaben mir den 5. Stock. Das ist kaum zu glauben, da in den vorherigen Bewertungen alle gesagt haben, dass es sich nur um die unteren Etagen handelt. Es ist unnötig zu erwähnen, dass das Zimmer sehr schön ist. Das Schlafsofa ist mit Steppdecken ausgestattet. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Eisernen Turm ist atemberaubend! Bild 1 ist 17 Uhr, Bild 2 ist 21 Uhr, Bild 3 ist 22 Uhr und Bild 4 ist 9 Uhr. Jeder Moment hat seine einzigartige Schönheit! Ich habe dieses Hotel nur wegen der Aussicht auf den Eiffelturm gebucht. Dann buchte ich Tickets für olympisches Beachvolleyball und lief zum Veranstaltungsort. Auch der Sandzug ist sehr spannend! Das einzige Problem bei diesem Hotel ist, dass die Balkontür zu weit geöffnet ist, die Vorhänge nicht vollständig geöffnet sind und die Tür die Vorhänge zerkratzt. Ich habe es nicht richtig hinbekommen und ein Ring ist von der Gardinenstange gefallen. Als ich auscheckte, sagte ich es der Rezeption und fragte sie, ob ich eine Entschädigung zahlen müsste. Wir gingen zurück ins Zimmer, um es uns gemeinsam anzusehen, und sie fragte die Managerin noch einmal und sagte, dass keine Entschädigung nötig sei, und gab uns dann ein kostenloses Frühstück. Das Frühstück ist so lecker! Brot, Snacks usw. sind völlig andere Konzepte als das heimische Weiduomei! Das Brot, das sie verwenden, ist wahrscheinlich Butter von höchster Qualität! Lecker. Ich mag dieses Hotel wirklich!

I was debating between a 4 or 5 star review but had to go with 4. The hotel itself is located a short 3 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Metro station. The property is very nice and the staff was excellent, English was really spoken as were many other languages. The breakfast was excellent, I'd recommend the package with breakfast included. Two reasons for the one star reduction. First, the hotel has 2 elevators. One was foam when we checked in and had been for some time. Having one elevator in a hotel with 118 rooms becomes problematic at busy times and we waited for 5 elevators more than once. It looks like either the elevator was damaged by water or mechanical or a renovation was planned, but.. I think it was the former as a renovation is done and workers are present and the situation scheduled. This was just a sign and apologies. The second issue was one evening we came back to the hotel from a day out all day to find our bathroom had 1 towel, not a full size but a bath mat sized towel. We were informed their towel service didn't return the towels that day. We baked and a second small towel showed up but, that was not well planned out. The GM did apologize profusely, but it seemed like poor inventory control to hand zero stock on hand. Otherwise, great location, fantastic staff, rooms are decent sized and well appointed. Ask the staff for recommendations on restaurants and cafes, they are all knowledge

Please be aware when booking this property! Coming from someone that is in the Hospitality industry! This hotel has so much potential but its killing it with its service and facilities. Starting from the location, the property its located in a quiet are and super easy access with 2 minutes walk from Arc de Triomphe and this might be the best part about the hotel! Don't bother booking the stay with breakfast there are plenty of restaurants offering brunch for cheaper and better quality, there were never eggs, sausages and so on everything was always empty and it took 20 minutes to replace everything. Even one day when we were having breakfast we had to leave because of an issue with the alarm it was impossible to stay in the restaurant (which is the reception) even in the room it was impossible to stay. Due to the location the hotel is very small for the amount of guests they are receiving so be aware that the check-in and check-out might have a huge line because its so small the are that people don't have space with all the bags. The rooms are very small and when we first arrived we had to request to change it, it was impossible to breath they were nice to change to the street side since we were facing on the previous room a white dirty wall. The new room was more spacious and you could see the top of the Eiffel Tower. The service is terrible! You have 2 people which the name I can't remember that work in the reception that are very helpful and nice but the rest its terrible! Housekeeping is super loud during the morning! The people serving during breakfast are constantly eating, drinking coffee and making loud sounds with cutlery while we are eating! The chef takes time to cook it's a mess! The property has so much potential that is sad to see that they don't use their potential. I must say it is disappointing to pay $620 for 3 nights and have to go through this...The pool is paid so you are not using it unless you pay.

mit der Entscheidung für das Hotel Bleu de Grenelle haben wir alles richtig gemacht. Der Eifelturm ist fussläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Außerdem direkt an einer Metrostation mit 3 verkehrsgünstigen Linien. Supermärkte, Läden und viele Restaurants/Bars/Cafés befinden sich ebenfalls in dem Viertel. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr hilfsbereit war immer freundlich. Zimmer sind modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr ruhig mit schalldichten Fenstern. Frühstück war reichhaltig. Sehr gefallen hat uns das Konzept der Nachhaltigkeit. Während des Aufenthalts wird eine Glasflasche zur Verfügung gestellt und der Wassersprudler ist jederzeit zugänglich. Man kann natürlich auch seine eigene Wasserflasche auffüllen. Das spart Plastik und Geld. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im wunderschönen Paris.

Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer. Es war sehr sauber und ruhig, mit einem großen Badezimmer. Die Zimmer sind sicherlich geplant und grundsätzlich, aber funktional. Die Person am Rezeption am Tag, an dem ich verließ, war extrem hilfreich. Das Hotel ist sehr bequem gelegen: ca. 100 m von Gare Saint Lazare (und der U-Bahn) und sehr nahe den Geschäften und großen Geschäften in einer sehr lebendigen Nachbarschaft. Ich würde glücklich wieder da bleiben. Großer Wert für Geld.

Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind sehr neu und größtenteils gut gepflegt. Der Service ist sehr gut, die meisten Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind freundlich und haben eine gute Einstellung. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist durchschnittlich, aber exquisiter. Jede Soße ist in einer separaten Glasflasche verpackt. Das Privilege-Zimmer ist sehr groß, mit einer kleinen Suite-Aufteilung und zwei Fernsehern. Wenn Sie sich für eine Unterkunft in der Nähe der Porta Maillot bis zum Arc de Triomphe entscheiden, ist dies die erste Wahl aus Kostengründen. Die Zimmer und Dienstleistungen sind viel besser als das Hyatt, das 3 Minuten entfernt ist.

I am extremely satisfied with my stay at the hotel during my 4 day visit to Paris. the friendly service, the cleanliness, the delicious food, the pleasant atmosphere (nice music, calmness and politeness from Sasha, Patrick, Isabelle and the women who take care of the cleanliness and the delicious breakfast). very convenient location, as well as proximity to a metro station. The front desk ladies were really lovely. They give us a little tour of the lobby and everyday would have free croissants or bread to take, as well as free coffee, water, soft drinks and champagne which was such a nice touch. Our room was a lot smaller and more cramped than we expected for a 4 star hotel. The cleaning service didn't empty our bathroom bin, give us new toilet paper or take the glasses we left at the front door for collection. The rooms were also quite loud from traffic and other guests. The breakfast was a bit disappointing in a small, quiet, dark room downstairs. The bacon and eggs were cold and often all gone when we got there, even with 2 hours left of breakfast service and took a while to be replenished. Overall the room and amenities was disappointing but the amazing customer service somewhat made up for it and made it a pleasant stay.

Kleines Touristenhotel mit rund 25 Zimmern. Das Hotel liegt in 2 Min. Fussweg zur U-Bahnstation Pernety, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Zimmer im Hotel sind jedoch sehr klein. In unserem Zimmer hatte es kaum eine Ablagefläche, geschweige denn einen richtigen Schrank. Rund um das Bett 30 - 80 cm, das wars… Die Dusche war ok; für die Duschkabine darf man aber keine Platzangst haben. Eine enge Treppe führt in die Obergeschosse; der Lift ist ebenfalls klein. Der grösste Mangel im Hotel ist aber der Frühstücksraum. Für eine solche Anzahl Hotelzimmer nur 22 Sitzplätze -＞ das genügt einfach nicht. Es kann nicht sein, dass man morgens um 8.30 Uhr zum Frühstück will und dann fast eine Stunde in der Hotel-Lobby warten muss. Das Frühstück selber ist relativ spartanisch. Das Hotelpersonal dürfte auch freundlicher und kompetenter sein, angefangen bei Receptionspersonal bis hin zur Bedienung im Frühstücksraum. Alles in allem kann man dort bei einem Städtetrip übernachten - bedingungslos empfehlenswert, na ja….
