Es waren Flöhe im Zimmer und ich kam nicht, um sie zu töten, selbst nachdem ich es ihnen gesagt hatte sehr unhygienisch kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer Der einzige Vorteil ist, dass es in der Nähe der Herz-Jesu-Kirche liegt und zu Fuß erreichbar ist Es liegt auch in der Nähe von Lafayette Aber wegen des Wurms werde ich nicht wiederkommen

Washrooms were so tight otherwise best located hotel and prices were reasonable. Free coffee for all days Also they provide me a 2 days breakfast free as their Christmas promotion were going out. Overall 4.8/5 ❤️

Wish they have bathtub option

After a bad experience in the other hotel that it was near of the state train station, we choose this hotel and the person that was hosted as it was very, very nice. He gave us a free breakfast. He was I’m Muslim guy and he helped us very much

I don't really have good experience with this hotel. When i first arrived at the hotel, communication with the guy at the front desk was terrible. My friend arrived before me and asked if she can do an early check in and if not if she can leave her bags with the reception. He told her that all available rooms were handed out and she has to wait until the check in time, which is at 15:00. When i arrived, i asked for parking options and he wasn't able to help but he also didn't say he doesn't know. He just spent my time after a long drive and in the end, i found my own. After that we wanted to check in at 15:45. He told us that the room is not ready and we need to wait like 15 minutes. My friend already asked for a room, the rooms were given out to other people, and she was asked to wait until the check in time and they were not even able to do that! The room was extremely small. When we were given the room after 16:00, one hour later than the promised check in time, the corridors were messy with other rooms dirty towels. There were already stains in the pillow cover. It can be that the stains cannot be removed by washing but still disturbing. When we asked to get the room cleaned, the same stained sheets were there.

Great hotel location is best central of everything. The staff is great and very friendly people. Will definitely stay here again.

夜裡入住，竟然床單被單沒有更換，很多體毛都在床上，被單也有。直接被震驚！叫上前台來看，立馬承認，並且幫助更換了一套。這種事情在各地旅行，從未遇到過。酒店全部訂滿無法更換，第二天對後續三晚也未做補償。

除了房間面積小，其他都不錯，智能電視機以及咖啡機熱水壺都好，大堂免費咖啡額外好。酒店位置也可以，周圍走走看看挺好
